Round these parts we're changing seasons. Tuesday is officially Fall here in New England so Ray and Eric are chatting all about Fall, we're talking apples, pumpkins, cider, halloween and even a little about running. Even if you're not in the New England area this episode is filled with tips on how to dress for cooler weather, some safety tips for running in the dark and a whole lot of fun.
This week on Coffee talk Mike and Eric sip some coffee and chat a little bit about hip injuries in runners. They also talk a little bit about glute and hamstring issues. They had a blast chatting and hope you enjoy listening!
This week Razor is out and Adam Malek is in. Not that Razor is being replaced or anything, he had something more important to do. Adam came on in and we talked trail running, his new Youtube channel and a bit about counterfeit footwear. We know, we didn't think it was a thing either, but it is!
Check out episode 79 and check out Adam's Youtube channel via the link below:

This week Mike from Foundation Performance sits down with a cup of Italian espresso and chats with Eric (and his Maxwell House coffee) all about warming up. Warming up is something we runners know we should do, but rarely actually do! Listen to see just how easy it is to warmup properly before your run.
Take a trip down memory lane with Eric and Razor as they revisit some of their favorite running memorabilia. Razor took us all the way back to the 80s with some of his high school plaques and letterman jacket, while we relive the day before Eric's wedding day.
This week we sit down with our good friend and listener Junior and talk a little bit about the things that can bother us about the run. We then get a little more positive and finish with what we love about running. Cause ya gotta end on a positive note! Right?
