This week Ray and Eric get into their favorite Summer races once more and talk about their favorite Fourth of July races. They even work to settle the debate, was Arnold Mills a better guitar player than Ace Freeley? The world may never know.
Ray and Eric get a bit nostalgic this week and take a look back at some of their favorite summer time races. The good ol' days of getting together with your running pals, putting in a hard effort and chucking back an ice-cold brew. While you may not have run the same races, think back to your favorite races and remember the good ol' days!
Not exactly sure if thats how it's spelled. But this week Ray and Eric tackle a multitude of topics. From Virtual races to the gear they're rocking these days, they'll even let you know if GPS watches work on the International Space Station.
This week we talk all about indulgences. Just like most of you Ray and Eric are cooped up in their house for most of the day, with that they've found themselves indulging in things like ice cream, Netflix and other things. With a contribution from listener Junior Waterbury this episode tries to tackle what to do when those indulgences get a little bit out of control.
These days the places you can safely run are getting less and less. Social distancing is the name of the game these days to keep yourself and everyone else safe. However, with everyone working from home there is a lot of people looking to get out and blow off some steam, parks, beaches and the like are jammed with people. In this episode Ray and Eric talk all about some spots you can run at a safe social distance.
With the inability to run in groups and many of Our Run Club members sheltering in place it can be difficult to get a workout in. Ray and Eric share some quick easy workouts you can do while in quarantine with minimal equipment to help make you a better runner. Check it out and stay safe friends!
