Out on the R.O.W.

In this episode, Ty Linker sits down with Logan Ryan to dive into his journey — from burning rods out on the pipeline to chasing his passion for music. Logan shares how welding shaped his work ethic, his path on the ROW, and how those same lessons fuel his music career today.

We also talk about the upcoming 2nd Annual Shield Arcing Showdown at Arkansas Elite Welding Academy — where welders from across the country will compete for pride, prizes, and a scholarship to the first-place winner. Plus, this year we’re adding something special: a raffle giveaway during the competition, giving everyone a chance to walk away with more than just bragging rights.

Whether you’re chasing a career in welding, inspired by blue-collar grit, or just love hearing about people turning sparks into something bigger, this episode is for you.
