The Tshegofatso Pule Foundation has expressed outrage over the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court decision to grant R5,000 bail to 39-year-old Mduduzi Mnisi, accused of murdering 14-year-old Likhona Fose. Mnisi, who was on parole at the time, is alleged to have been seen with Fose in Durban Deep on the day she went missing in May. Her mutilated body was found the next day. The state claims premeditated murder, but Mnisi's defense argues there's no direct evidence tying him to the crime. Elvis Presslin spoke to Botlhale Modisane, spokesperson for the Tshegofatso Pule Foundation, to discuss the community's response and the ongoing fight for justice
