The February 19 edition of Friday Night SmackDown was the final show before WWE Elimination Chamber 2021, and that made it one of the more important nights on the Road to WrestleMania 37.

In the main event, the six men who would fight inside the Elimination Chamber to earn a shot at Roman Reigns would battle. Kevin Owens teamed up with Daniel Bryan and Cesaro to fight Jey Uso, King Corbin and Sami Zayn.

Edge wanted to make a statement before Elimination Chamber, and he announced he would open SmackDown. With two Elimination Chamber matches determining the future champions of red and blue brands, The Rated-R Superstar had a major decision to make.

Bayley invited Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler for the second-ever edition of "Ding Dong, Hello!" The WWE women's tag team champions had many future challengers, including Lana and Naomi as well as Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez, but SmackDown's Bianca Belair and Sasha Banks also had beef with the champions.

This show had work to do in building up WWE Elimination Chamber. Everyone was sure to have their eyes on this big night!

On the heels of an epic NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day, the February 17 edition of WWE NXT was all about fallout. The show did not promise much wrestling to start but plenty of opportunities for action.

After Finn Balor successfully defended his NXT Championship against Pete Dunne, Adam Cole superkicked The Prince as well as Kyle O'Reilly. Betrayed by his friend, O'Reilly opened the show seeking answers from the Undisputed Era.

The Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic officially ended with two huge winners. MSK ended an incredible run with victory, defeating The Grizzled Young Veterans. Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez toppled Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon to become the first-ever women to win the tournament.

Blackheart and Moon tried to refocus by taking on two members of The Way, Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell. This long-running feud was sure to produce another excellent match.

The leader of The Way, Johnny Gargano defeated Kushida at TakeOver but at a price. With his back turned, Dexter Lumis abducted Austin Theory. The Rebel Heart vowed to find his "sorta-kinda son."

This show had massive potential off of one of the absolute best TakeOvers in recent memory. Especially while on the Road to WrestleMania, anything was possible from the black-and-gold brand!

Just six days from WWE Elimination Chamber, the six men who will compete in the event's namesake match for the WWE Championship clashed in a gauntlet match to determine which lucky Superstar would enter Sunday's match last.

The star-studded main event headlined a show that looked to put the final touches on the build for the WWE Network special while propelling the hottest feuds on Monday nights forward.

With NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day just days away, the February 10 edition of WWE NXT set the stage for the first major event of 2021 for the black-and-gold brand.

Three semifinal matches were on tap for the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. The women's final semifinal match was a battle of rivals where Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon looked to cost The Way a major opportunity by defeating Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell.

Timothy Thatcher and Tommaso Ciampa have had an unlikely ride in the men's Dusty Rhodes Classic, but they needed to fight one of the best tag teams in the world, The Grizzled Young Veterans.

Austin Theory announced that because of injuries suffered at Kushida's hands, the NXT North American champion would not compete at TakeOver. He wanted to get revenge in a battle with the Japanese Superstar.

Pete Dunne and Finn Balor were set to face off in the middle of the ring before their huge NXT Championship match. Karrion Kross and Scarlett had something to say on the show, likely connected to the recent warning made to Santos Escobar.

Cameron Grimes returned to the NXT ring, as did Xia Li, who has been looking to make a lasting impression on behalf of Tian Sha.

This episode was huge for the black-and-gold brand, setting the stage for NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day!

The February 8 edition of Monday Night Raw continues WWE's Road to WrestleMania. With WWE Elimination Chamber just two weeks away, it was time to start building that card, deciding what championships and challengers would be fighting inside the steel.

Haunted by the ghost of Bray Wyatt inhabiting Alexa Bliss, Randy Orton continued to try to focus on gold. Continuing his rivalry with Drew McIntyre, The Viper challenged the WWE champion in a non-title match.

The Scottish Psychopath himself had his own goal. He wanted to address his best friend Sheamus. The Celtic Warrior had attacked McIntyre last week and then demanded a WWE Championship match. It was just a matter of the time and place.

Lacey Evans has been tormenting Charlotte Flair for weeks since Ric Flair helped her defeat The Queen. This week, Raw gave them the ring to face each other while Ric watched on.

This week's show was heavy on tag team action as both the men's and women's divisions continued to advance in the Dusty Cup tournaments.
