Johan Dalene, a 21-year old violinist has already won first prize in about 10 international competitions. I ask him what it´s like to play on an almost 300 year old Stradivarius, he tells us about his phone ringing while performing ....and why do I call one of his strings a Titanic string....?

Today I am talking to Elin Rombo, a world famous Swedish opera singer! In 2009 she received the prestigious Birgit Nilsson scholarship. In 2013 she was named Court singer and in 2016 she was awarded the medal Litteris et Artibus by the Swedish King.

But she has another very important story to tell. Only 15 years of age, she started a long journey with multiple surgeries for a tumour. When she was cured but still got pain, no one told her about persistent pain. It has affected her, but she told noone about it. 

Now, 30 years later she learned about persistent pain by coincidence....and finally got better!

25 years ago, he was lying in bed or on the floor, not doing too much else. He thought his life had come to an end. Then he decided that the man in the mirror was going to fix this.

Now, he works with paintoolkit.org. Has not seen a doctor or pain medication since. He has become an honourary member of the British Pain Society. He still has pain.....but it does not stop him from anything.
