This summer as we study the Psalms, we will learn that true rest can only come from the Lord The Psalms is a book filled with prayers and songs that express the entire range of human emotion; from the highest points of joy and thanksgiving, to the lowest points of depression and loss, and everything in between. The thoughts and feelings these writers express help us draw near to the Lord and find rest in Him.
