Was that a ghost? Nope, just me (& the start of season 3) 👻 It can be spooky & eerie when something from the past just pops back up in the present & you see everything differently.
That’s what I’ve been dealing with as a newly late-diagnosed neurodivergent with ADHD. I’m sorry to just ghost you like that, but I hope you’ll see why as I begin to unpack a little bit of my last six months, and also share pieces of my coming to terms with & managing a new diagnosis & label. With that comes a grief process, introspection, dysregulation, & finding that new normal.
Fortunately, I’m happy to say that I’m in a really great place, with tons of supports, & I’m ready to share my lessons with you. You know, like I do! Stick around for an awesome season (& ADHD bonus mini series), and make sure you’re connecting with us on social media using https://bio.site/soswithdrtaelor.
Also! As life (& SOS) is changing, I’m only taking a couple other coaching clients before I close the doors (potentially permanently) and open new ones for this community! If you’ve been considering 1:1 coaching, now’s the time! 🩵 Fill out the intake form on the link above & I’ll get back with you!
This season will be full of a variety of different topics this community has been requesting AND a complication of monologues (solo style 😎) & dialogues (interview format w/ guests) all in the aim of helping Healing Humans + supporters along the Overcoming journey 🪷 Let us know what content YOU want to see, & we’ll see ya on Mondays this season 🩵 Thanks for being here & all of your support ✨ To continue the connection & conversation around all things healing, growth, & Overcoming, be sure to follow along our podcast page @OvercomingPod https://www.instagram.com/overcomingpod .
