Do you struggle with trying to be perfect? Join us in this beautiful conversation of breaking down perfectionism & moving forward in the healing journey. Marisa (she/her) is a mental health advocate, childhood trauma & cPTSD survivor, and founder of little bent, not broken–an instagram page where she shares her story to help at least one person feel seen, heard, and less alone. “little bent, not broken” is meant to serve as a reminder that even after everything we’ve gone through, we are whole, capable, and resourceful, not broken beyond repair.
In 2021, Marisa received her trauma-informed coaching certification which she has used to empower fellow recovering perfectionists to be more kind, patient, and loving toward themselves, while also helping them turn up the volume on their compassionate inner voice to be louder than the inner critic. Now, Marisa uses that training and experience to support other trauma-informed entrepreneurs in their creative & business endeavors.
