Episode 20 consists of reasons why music can be beneficial for your mental health.
Music can provide each individual a space to explore their emotions and in doing so can allow them to work on processing said emotions and finding a form of release to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety and emotional distress.
Music is something we all listen to and can relate to certain memories or feelings.
