This week, Haley is opening up about her struggle going from suffering from Anorexia Nervosa to Binge-Eating disorder, to how she made peace and is able to have a healthy relationship with food. She also shares research that provides answers as to why some individuals who suffered from anorexia often pick up binge eating. She reflects upon the difference between mental and physical recovery, stigmas, and shares tips that have helped her get to her current mindset.
