Finally a new episode... wooo hoooooo!!!  Today's episode is par for the course... our guest couldn't make it at the last minute so we do what we do best!  We get into some overthinking!!  Today we're asking the hard questions like who was the first racist?  How to manifest the things you desire and we bring it all home with gratitude and love.

Welcome to episode 18 of Overthunk!  Today we get to chat with the one and only Ophira Eisenberg about a potpourri of things that cause us stress and anxiety and had a blast!  Ophira is a standup comic and host of NPR’s nationally syndicated comedy, trivia show Ask Me Another among other things…  She’s also on a new first of it’s kind show, Up Early Tonight on HULU, she’s an author, a mom, and can be seen on any number of comedy shows, benefits, podcasts… I mean I don’t think she sleeps…  I wish I had that energy.  I like to say yes to lots of things too but then… reality sets in and my overthinking and anxiety kick up and say “why did you do this!?”
