Hey bestie! Today, I can finally let out the news – I recently finished a 21-day Daniel Fast (I'm going to record a separate episode for this)!

Not only am I down more than 5 pounds, I've also been expanding my relationship with the main man, God!

In this episode, we'll talk about how to find space in your heart to forgive, one of the hardest things for me, especially when it comes to my father being absent in my life. I'll share how scripture is helping me FINALLY get over this gaping void that's been in my heart for 40 years.

For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you, 15 but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. - Matthew 6:14-15 ESV
