In this week’s episode, Lucia Sinatra, co-founder of No College Mandates, joins The Feds to discuss the current status of college and university COVID-19 vaccine mandates, and to provide insight into what students’ experiences were during the mandate era. While all regular schools have dropped their policies post-Executive Order signed by President Trump in February 2025, many student healthcare programs have not. Lucia is working with congressmen to codify the executive order into law, and add language that includes healthcare students.

Lucia Sinatra is a retired corporate securities attorney. After becoming a mother, Lucia turned her attention to fighting inequities in public schools in California for students with learning disabilities. She co-founded No College Mandates to help end college and university Covid vaccine mandates and to offer free public resources which have helped tens of thousands of students and families make the most informed decisions about continuing education.

Joining the podcast this week is Kristi Dobbs, a dental hygienist who was severely injured by the COVID-19 shot in January 2021. Kristi reached out to many for help, including NIH itself, but was gaslit and censored repeatedly. She has found the most healing through dietary changes and through the community she helped form, React 19.

In our discussion, Kristi sheds light on the common difficulties the vaccine injured face in receiving medical help, and the emotional and spiritual toll that results. Kristi currently serves at React 19’s board secretary and is now an integrative dental hygienist, having completely changed the way she approached dentistry as a result of her vaccine injury experience.

Note: The referenced Idaho Medical Freedom Bill, after being vetoed by Idaho Governor Brad Little, was revised and signed into law after the recording of this podcast. The law takes effect July 1, 2025. It protects individuals from being discriminated against based on their medical choices.

This week on The Feds, we are joined by Sasha Latypova and Katherine Watt. Both are independent reporters and researchers. This week, we discuss the PREP Act, the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, a law passed in 2005 used as the US government justification for all COVID-19 mandates. Sasha and Katherine discuss the inherently unconstitutional nature of the law, the ongoing legal efforts to skirt this law, recent Idaho legislation, and other measures that can be taken to return bodily autonomy rights to Americans. Katherine and Sasha point out that this law is treasonous, and give the reasons why. We also discuss how the COVID-19 emergency is still in effect until 2029 and perhaps why it hasn’t been cancelled.

Joining The Feds this week is R. Davis Younts, constitutional attorney to military service members actively being suspended from the US military after declining to take the flu shot. We discuss the recent Cleveland Clinic study that found people who took the flu shot were 27% more likely to get the flu! We question who is possibly giving these orders under the current administration.

We also discuss the three categories of military members who were harmed by the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Service members seeking reinstatement are being required to sign this declaration: “My decision to separate was made freely and without coercion.” We end with a discussion of the lawsuits that will give Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, listed as a defendant, the opportunity to, instead of defending past unlawful military policies, use the Constitution as the ultimate law and policymaker in the military, and make whole those who have been greatly wronged.

Lt. Col. R. Davis Younts, Ret., served as an officer in the Air Force JAG Corps and now works

as a constitutional attorney. He was ranked the number one senior defense counsel in the Air Force and has won a number of awards for his service record, including the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal, the Air Force Commendation Medal, and the Trial Advocacy Award from the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Davis founded Younts Law in order to provide legal guidance and expert criminal defense to service members and veterans. Younts graduated from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. He was a law student on September 11, 2001, a day which prompted him to pursue military service.

Joining The Feds is Amy Haywood, a military spouse who has dedicated the past several years informing the public of the quiet policies of the Department of Defense Education Activities (DODEA) schools. After her own child enrolled in one school overseas, she discovered that the schools included DEI, critical race theory, and gender ideology into their teaching and curriculum. Today we discuss what she saw, the lack of transparency by DODEA, the history of DODEA’s accountability problems, why programs like this are so dangerous to specifically military children, and what the Secretary of Defense, Congress, and parents can do to change the status quo.

Amy Haywood served as a senior legislative assistant for a former member of the U.S. House of Representatives and was the lead staffer on the Electronic Warfare Working Group. Aside from government experience, she has worked as an early childhood educator and university adjunct professor. Dr. Mary Talley Bowden joins The Feds this week to talk about her own continued fight for medical freedom, both for patients and for herself as a doctor.
