This week on The Feds, Holly Felmlee joins us again to discuss her recent Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) lawsuit win.

Holly Felmlee was a financial analyst for the Department of Defense Education Activities (DODEA), who worked in Japan and Belgium during the Covid years. Based on her vaccination status, she was unwillingly put on AWOL status and fired, re-hired, and fired again within a 4-day period. Holly filed an EEOC complaint and sued the Department of Defense (DOD) . We discuss what her recent win means, the extensive waste and abuse she saw as a financial analyst, and the abuse within DODEA schools.

As of March 11, Holly and the Department of Defense are still discussing the terms of her reinstatement. The DOD attempted to bring Holly back as a GS-9, but the job is now promoted to a GS-11 and there is resulting confusion with her back pay terms. As of now, Holly has not been reinstated or received back pay.

Joining The Feds this week is Aaron Kheriaty, MD – psychiatrist, author, speaker, and Missouri v. Biden plaintiff. We begin by discussing DOGE and the role of artificial intelligence. We discuss REAL ID’s that are catapulting the United States further towards a surveillance state. Dr. Kheriaty details what can be done to reign in the intelligence agencies, who ultimately use the data from the surveillance systems. We discuss Missouri v. Biden, the censorship case of which the judge wrote that, if true, is “the worst free speech violation in the history of the United States.” We end with Dr. Kheriaty’s thoughts on social isolation and what measures the American public can take to end it.

Major Michael Gary, CBRN specialist and former Maine National Guardsman, joins The Feds for a second time this week. Like many others, due to his refusal to take the COVID-19 experimental jab, Mike was reprimanded, discharged, and left to rebuild his life outside the uniform he once wore with pride.

With the Harkins v. United States ruling in January, 2025, declaring COVID discharges unjust, and with President Trump's Executive Order mandating service members’ reinstatement, Major Gary expected the Guard to make things right. Instead, he found himself stonewalled by a leadership still unwilling to acknowledge the damage they had done. Calls have gone unanswered, paperwork has been lost, and those in charge have treated the reinstatement process as little more than an inconvenience.

Mike is calling for all military service members who were served reprimands and disciplined over the COVID-19 jab mandates, to publish those letters and descriptions of disciplinary measures, so military commands have no choice but to address the specific cases.

Ryan Sweazey and Francesca Graham of Walk the Talk Foundation join The Feds this week. The role of an Inspector General is to identify and address misconduct within individual agencies, but instead, their offices have increasingly been used to cover up the misconduct and gaslight the whistleblower. Ryan and Francesca discuss specific examples of IG corruption, the plight of the whistleblower, what can be done to end the IG malfeasance under the Trump administration, and the value that the Walk the Talk Foundation adds to the equation.

Air Force Lt. Col. (Ret) Ryan Sweazey, founder of Walk the Talk Foundation, is a former Inspector General of the Air Force and currently a commercial airline pilot. Army Lt. Col. (Ret) Francesca Graham is the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Advisor for Walk the Talk. Both were assigned to the Defense Intelligence Agency and saw incredible dysfunction within the DOD Inspector General’s office. In January 2022, Sweazey launched the Walk the Talk Foundation, with the mission to substantially change a dysfunctional Inspector General system, while advising and assisting victims navigating the treacherous waters of whistleblowing in the military.
