Leadership doesn’t mean that you always have the answers... or are always right... or that you never fail. Leadership is knowing that all of the above is part of the process. It’s having the determination and passion to keep moving forward, towards the results you want. It’s being passionate about something... so much, that you lean into your fears to gain a better outcome... all the while, having the courage to be vulnerable. In this episode I reflect back on the last 4 months of my journey with OWN YOUR SPACE. There’s been some story telling of my own experiences and I’ve had some really great interviews that highlight other people’s life lessons. It’s been a learning process, for sure. The word GRATITUDE sums it all up. I’m grateful for many things, but Love & Failure are two, that really stand out. They are essential to us becoming better versions of ourselves. Life is a journey. Having the support and self awareness to get through our experiences is such an important part of growth. Life comes at us in seasons.... seasons of change. Seasons are part of the process and a transitional time. We all go through change. So with that, this episode wraps up Season 1, with Gratitude.
