In part 2 of the Owning your Story series, I talk about my journey with sobriety.
I share how my dependency with alcohol got started, when I was first confronted about it, when I realized I had an issue with it, how I started my journey with sobriety, the things I found out about my inner circle when I stopped drinking, and address a few things that I am still struggling with in my sobriety journey.

This is definitely a heavy episode, but I am very happy to share my experiences if it can help someone else who is currently going through this as well.
