We looked at how to cook during the current lock down as well as cooking on a budget. Alongside of this we made a Tuna mousse! (souffle to some!) Recipe below:1 can of tuna 2 eggs 4 table spoons of Mayonnaise1/2 pint of milk110 grams of cheese Mix it all in a bowl, decant to some oven proof dishes and pop in the over for between 15 and 20 minutes!
