Today on the 5: I came across an article on Wired talking about distrust of the US Congress and the possible impact of generative AI on that distrust. The real problem is that these generative tools aren't causing distrust, they're just magnifying what's already there.

Today on the 5: Roejen from Project Archivist alerted me to an early Andy Sidaris movie from 1979 titled Seven. I immediately watched it, and it might be the best movie Sidaris ever made!

Today on the 5: A listener who I talk to over on Discord linked a movie to me that I strangely don't think I've seen before. It's called Necronomicon: Book Of The Dead, and if you like films like Re-Animator or From Beyond, you'll probably enjoy this Lovecraftian anthology flick.
