New from Cheesehead TV and the Packers Talk Network it's the Packers War Room Podcast.  Ross Uglem from PTN and CHTV hosts with FanRag's Jacob Westendorf and Cody Bauer from Cheesehead TV.  The guys are in full offseason mode and will bring you, the fan, a 14 episode series breaking down the Packers offseason and draft preparations as they march towards the 2017 NFL Draft.

The guys get together to discuss quarterbacks, the safest position on the Packers roster.  With the world's best quarterback and a top flight backup, QBs are far from the mind of the Cheesehead faithful.  Ross, Cody and Jacob drift off, recapping the running of the table, talk about team needs and talk about breakout players from the 2016 Packers season.  Check out this new show from PTN!

The Packers season is over and the offseason has begun.  Tom Clements has left the building but what other changes might be coming for the Packers?  Does Clements' departure spell any particular changes for the Packers offense?  Eliot Wolf didn't land the GM spot in Indianapolis.  Is he destined to become Green Bay's next GM or is he possibly more valued in Green Bay than anywhere else?  Jacob and Jason look back on 2016 for the last time and start looking ahead to what the early days of the offseason might look like for the Packers.   What other changes are coming or, more iimportantly, aren't likely to come?  It's the beginning of a long offseason and it starts with this episode of Pulse of the Pack.

The carriage finally turned into a pumpkin.

An eight-game winning streak that capture the hearts of Packer fans everywhere came to a screeching halt 60 minutes short of another Super Bowl appearance, as Green Bay was clearly outmatched by an Atlanta Falcons team that had every piston firing on Sunday.

With that loss, Packers fans are, once again, looking to pick up the pieces, figure what went wrong, who to blame (and fire), and make plans for another Super Bowl run next year. The Cheesehead Radio gang has been with you on this entire journey, and will bring their knowledge bombs and fiesty opinions LIVE on Wednesday night.

Joining the gang will be the return of ESPN's Rob Demovsky, who is one of the greats in the Packer beat writerverse. Rob will give us his verdict on the 2016 Packers and what we can look forward to (and worry about) this offseason,

In a year in which listeners sent Chris and Dave to Lambeau, the guys provide a postmortem of both the Packers NFC Championship Game loss in Atlanta and for the 2016 season. Sure, the ending was sour, but the fellas think that, overall, the season was pretty sweet. The boys are folding their tent for the year, but plan to pitch another for their 13th season in August.

And just like that, the Packers season is over.  They were stomped, boat raced, insert adjective, by the Atlanta Falcons in the NFC Championship game and are now looking ahead to 2017 instead of preparing to play in Super Bowl LI.  Jacob and Jason try to start sorting through the rubble and make sense out of what we saw from the Packers on Sunday.  Mike McCarthy said the Packers "ran into a buzz saw".  What does that mean beyond just an incredible Falcons offense?  Were the Packers really just playing with house money the entire time and somehow able to knock off the Giants and Cowboys along the way?  Was this season a failure with a loss like that after winning eight straight?  What changes need to be made in Green Bay?  Cody Bauer (@CBauerNFLDraft) joins to talk about the future and some of the free agent and draft moves the Packers may be likely to make.

It's a bonus edition of Pulse of the Pack as Jacob and Jason drill down on the match up between the Packers and Falcons.  Justis Mosqueda (@JuMosq) of Playmaker Mentality and Bleacher Report joins the show followed by Bleacher Report's Erin Underwood (@ErinBUnderwood) to get their take on the keys to the game.  The Packers are dealing with several injuries to key players: Jordy Nelson, Davante Adams, Morgan Burnett, Geronimo Allison.  Can the Packers survive without any of these key guys and how might they mitigate the losses?
