The boys get ready for the regular season by examining the pathology report on the Green Bay Packers roster, looking ahead to the season opener at Seattle, and venturing some predictions about what the upcoming season might hold by reopening The Packers Therapy Hotel and Casino betting lines.

Posting its first show in 2005, Packers Therapy is the longest-running Packers podcast on the Internet. Hosts Chris and Dave began the show as a way of capturing the spirited chats the two co-workers had about the team around the office. The two have no pretense about being experts: they are just two opinionated shareholders  who love the team, follow it closely, but don't always see the Packers fortunes eye to eye.

Following tha,t the guys discuss what has encouraged them, and what has them concerned from the Packers last two preseason games ( with a lot of praise for the first team offense).

The boys go Behind the Bench this week with a discussion on the backup quarterback debate, with questions of whether they should keep 3 QB's, and who the backup QB should be.

The guys then discuss the plight of Carl Bradford, and whether or not he will make the team before previewing the final preseason game. Jacob wraps up the show discussing backup QB's in the show's signature segment "You're going to want to cut that."

BJ Raji is done for the season, sending Chris and Dave careening into some Nose Tackle hand-wringing. The fellas also lament the close calls officials are making this preseason, fearing that the torrent of yellow flags is making the game disjointed, less fluid, and harder to watch. Finally, in honor of Richard Rodgers (Packers TE and writing partner of Oscar Hammerstein II) the boys celebrate Dave's 45th birthday by recounting "a few of their favorite things..."

The Green Bay Packers settled a lot of fears last week with a dominating performance by the first team offense and defense over the St. Louis Rams.  While a healthy Aaron Rodgers might mean bolder predictions about deep playoff runs, the number of penalties approach ridiculous levels.
