If you want a true underdog story, look no further than the 2023 Green Bay Packers, who with a win over the Bears to close out the season, capture the 7th seed in the playoffs and what was/is a rebuilding year! As Jordan and the Packers head to Dallas for the wild card game on Sunday, Kelly and CD talk you through what led to this point, a history of why the Cowboys are as big of a rival for "fans of a certain age" as the Bears, and of course, our Hot Pockets. GO PACK GO!!!

Playoffs? Hell, yeah! The Packers beat the Chicago Bears to advance to the post-season and finish with a winning 9-8 record. Green Bay fans are euphoric, but a match-up with the Cowboys in Dallas might change the mood. Still, Chris and Dave note that the Packers are playing with House Money (something that never happens at the Packers Therapy Hotel and Casino), so they really can't lose. Even so, the fellas are giving the Packers a puncher's chance this weekend at AT&T Stadium.

Posting its first show in 2005, Packers Therapy is the longest-running Packers podcast on the Internet. Hosts Chris and Dave began the show as a way of capturing the spirited chats the two co-workers had about the team around the office. The two have no pretense about being experts: they are just two opinionated shareholders who love the team, follow it closely, but don’t always see the Packers fortunes eye to eye.
The guys encourage comments and questions via their Twitter feed @PackersTherapy or email to [email protected] and read and respond to as many as they can during each show.

There were a lot of valid reasons for Packers fans to not believe this team would be in the playoffs this season. Most of us were just hoping to know if Jordan Love was the guy or not.
Spoiler alert - Jordan Love is the guy, and the youngest team in the league belongs in the playoffs.
Now is not the time for perfection seeking and nitpicking. This Packers team is not perfect, but they are far ahead of where we thought they would be at this point. Now is the time to enjoy watching Packers playoff football. For a rare moment, whatever happens next doesn't matter. Win or lose against Dallas, this Packers season has been a success. The QB position is set. The HC is one of the best in the league. It looks like the GM just had an all-time great draft class.
These things are worth celebrating and enjoying, Packers fans.
The future looks as bright as ever. Go Pack Go!

Chris Lempesis is back to break down Green Bay's playoff-clinching 17-9 win over the Chicago Bears on Sunday at Lambeau Field. He talks about the job turned in by head coach Matt LaFleur over these past few weeks, and the season as a whole. He then heaps praise on Jordan Love for another masterful performance in this one. He talks about other standouts on the offense, before showing some love to the defense, as well. There was one concern for him coming out of Sunday and it lies on the special teams. Lastly, he takes questions and comments from listeners received via social media and email.

Well, if nothing else, you can't say the 2023 Packers haven't been a roller coaster ride for fans this year. Following the most dominating, four quarters in all three phases of the game win over the Vikings, the Packers find themselves eerily in the same position they finished last season in: needing a home win over a division rival to make the playoffs. The Bears come into Lambeau on Sunday with nothing to lose, and the Packers need to pull it together with all their injuries to turn this season into chicken salad, when at one point, it sure seemed like chicken s***. Tune in to CD, Al, and Kelly as we talk you though a great win and the big game against Chicago.

Ah, the sweet scent of Love! Like most Packers fans, Chris and Dave are totally into Love...and as long as Jordan can find and hit the open man, the fellas will remain so. In a nod to the recently deposed President of Harvard, our boys built this episode from material liberally borrowed from another source, but unlike Dr. Gay, the guys give clear and unambiguous attribution to their source.

Having beaten the Lions and Vikings in their last meetings, it's now time to move on to the Bears, this time with a playoff berth on the line. The Bears will be no pushover and like the Lions last season, the Bears would love to play spoiler to the Packers' playoff dreams.
Tune in as Myles and Tim revel in the beatdown of the Vikings and look forward to the matchup with the Bears.

Chris Lempesis is back to break down Green Bay's dominant 33-10 road win over the hated Minnesota Vikings on Sunday night at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. And in a welcomed change, he gets to speak kindly about the defense, breaking down their strong showing. He then takes questions and comments from listeners received via social media and email
