Dave expands his betting addiction into college football as he waits for the NFL "real season" to start and Chris continues to encourage him. Chris questions if anyone will still talk about the Seattle NFC Championship game on their deathbed and Dave admits he plans to with his dying breath. The duo both give their notoriously wrong predictions for each game of the season, as is tradition. There isn't much left to speculate, let's get to some real football!

Posting its first show in 2005, Packers Therapy is the longest-running Packers podcast on the Internet. Hosts Chris and Dave began the show as a way of capturing the spirited chats the two co-workers had about the team around the office. The two have no pretense about being experts: they are just two opinionated shareholders who love the team, follow it closely, but don’t always see the Packers fortunes eye to eye.
The guys encourage comments and questions via their Twitter feed @PackersTherapy or email to [email protected] and read and respond to as many as they can during each show.

The Green Bay Packers have announced their cutdown to the Final 53, and with a few small surprises, the team is a comfortable mix of familiar names and new faces that made a name for themselves in training camp. CD, Jersey Al, and Kelly break down a young, fast, and high-ceiling roster of players that is already changing and morphing following the big day.

Chris and Dave give their exclusive and articulate thoughts on the cuts that have been made to the roster after another Packers pre-season victory, putting them atop the worthless NFC North pre-season standings. Dave starts the infant stages of a spiral towards a crippling gambling addiction, which Chris happily condones in favor of fantasy football.

There were certainly noteworthy performances in the final preseason game against the Seattle Seahawks, but no real surprises. With the initial-53 roster now set - and still ever-changing - we dive into our reactions.
What were the surprises? What are we most excited about? What still has our attention the most?
Fortunately, there aren't many causes for concern, and the concerns that do exist have more than one potential solution. Strap in, Packers fans, and trust that this Packers front office and coaching staff has built a team that should, at the very least, be fun to watch in 2023.

Chris Lempesis is back to break down Green Bay's 19-15 win over the Seattle Seahawks in the preseason finale on Saturday at Lambeau Field. He breaks down the performance of quarterback Jordan Love. He tells you why the preseason was a success for him overall and why he's all-in on Love as the next franchise quarterback for the Pack. He then reviews the rest of the good and bad from the Packers in this one before giving you his 53-man roster projection for the team.

The Green Bay Packers have completed two preseason games and now the players have just one more chance to impress the coaching staff before cutdown day.
Sean and Gil discuss the play of Jordan Love and some of the young Packers who have impressed thus far in camp and in the first two preseason games. We break down the strong play of young defensive linemen Karl Brooks and Colby Wooden, the strong play of 2022 draft pick Rasheed Walker and the good problem the Packers seem to have at wide receiver with Malik Heath shining.
And we take a look ahead to the preseason finale against the Seattle Seahawks.

Remember all of that negativity from the national media about the Green Bay Packers' chances this season with Jordan Love under center? Two weeks, two games, and joint practices with two different teams can lead to a wide range of outcomes. While the Packers didn't win every joint practice, or both preseason games, maybe they didn't need to win in order to come out of training camp prepared to beat the Bears in Week 1. After all, competition breeds success.
We're all too familiar with how the Packers have started the regular season since 2020. To say they've come out flat is an understatement. Sure, they've rebounded each time, even last season (before eventually imploding), but losing to the Bears Week-1 this season cannot be an option.
So far Matt LaFleur seems to have navigated the offseason and training camp very well, and we think these joint practices might be part of the plan to end the streak of losing in Week-1.
