Surf lifesaver Braden Flemming joins Bill Woods with one week to go before setting off to paddle between the top of Australia, and Papua New Guinea.

Braden, along with 9 other crew members will embark on the 4-5 day journey a week from today all to raise money for the Black Dog Institute.

Bill asks Braden how he's been preparing, and why he's taking the trip to begin with.
