Craig Elsten and Chris Reed get together for some more Yu Darvish contract extension talk, and ask the question, do you have a number at which you'd like to see the Padres walk away from a Manny Machado contract extension? Then, the guys preview spring training, including the key stories they'll each be watching for during March.

Craig and Chris are joined by Ben from MadFriars.com to talk about some of the hidden gems in the Padres farm system, but first, the community gets together to talk about the Padres extending Yu Darvish for 6 years/108 million dollars, committing to their ace through his age-42 season.

Craig Elsten and Chris Reed get together to recap the news from Fan Fest, focusing on three key questions:

• Why are the Padres playing coy with Fernando Tatis Jr.'s fielding position?
• How important is it for the Padres to offer Manny Machado a contract extension BEFORE the regular season?
• Can the Padres afford to let Juan Soto walk at the end of 2024, and are there any possible scenarios by which it would be acceptable to trade Soto before his deal expires?

Craig and Chris Reed are joined by special guest John Precoda for tonight's show! The guys discuss:
