Order 66 changed the Star Wars timeline...with the help of Anakin Skywalker, Palpatine was able to control the galaxy and eliminate the Jedi. I think now that the Empire is around and Palpatine wants the Clone Troopers gone to make way for the Storm troopers, he could issue a reverse order 66. Wouldn't it be interesting if there was a program in their inhibitor chips that would turn their brains off? What if this won't apply to ALL Clones, but rather just some?

Will Palpatine phase out Clone Troopers by way of time, or some other, nefarious way?
