Where do I begin? High AF on caffeine (and I mean HIGH), I entered the 1-900 warehouse deep in Kensington for a "pre show" tour of Ryan's place to see where all the ice cream magic happens. I was instantly blown away. The set up, the machinery, the cleanliness, the knowledge, and just everything combined was immaculate. We were then joined by Cuzzy at the roundtable, "welfare pre-check style", and immediately dove into conversation. LISTEN UP: this is extremely informative, so do your best to ignore my rambling, stuttering , over caffeinated self, and enjoy what these men have to say, because they had A LOT to say. I came out of this podcast having a huge sense of respect, and an even greater sense of admiration for these guys. They are masters at the ice cream craft.
