What does God’s faithfulness towards us look like? Hosea 1:1-11 directly shows us. God represented Himself through Hosea, and we are Gomer. Their marriage is the message. Even in our mess, He still chooses us to have a relationship with. That even though we might use the gifts He’s given us for wrong, He still loves us and redeems us.

Living on mission means helping build the Kingdom, and can be the most fulfilling kind of adventure. 41% of people don’t have any kind of access to the Gospel. God is calling you somewhere, do you know where? Some are called here, some there, and some to the ends of the earth.

Has your life been changed by Jesus? Mark 5:1-20 shows how the enemy wants to enslave us, and have us looking for life in places where only death exists. Our pride can often cause us to believe that our sin is too much to be saved from, but the Bible extensively shows that nothing stands a chance against God Almighty. The world is lost, broken, and in desperate need of saving; you don’t have to look far to see that. Right before Jesus left earth in Acts 1:8, He commissioned His followers around Him with a purpose: to be witnesses. We’re called to be witnesses in word and action to a dying world, in our work place, schools, places that we frequent. To tell someone about Jesus is the most loving thing you can do for your neighbor, so pray, seek wisdom, and go!

That sin you can't shake, the lie you keep falling back into.  It's hard to live with, so we tend to cover up like we're okay, like we've got it all together - the enemy wants us to believe the lie.  But God wants to free us from the bondage, He wants to give us life abundant through Him.  In this message, Pastor Phil shared his story of how God healed him from a life of covering up the hurt and pain of sin. We must believe God unconditionally, submit to Christ completely, and walk in truth and transparency in biblical community.
