Yoga is a great way to reduce stress, increase happiness, and enhance being present.  We love it soo much that we want you to give it a whirl~

Yogi Amy graciously recorded this guided yoga practice to give anyone who's never experienced yoga an idea of what to expect.

It was recorded 2 years before it was finally released but never released-(for all those perfectionists out there, this is April leaning into not "BEing" perfect and instead allowing imperfections in the recording to come out so that the message and lesson of yoga can be shared (aka shine your light even with flaws).

Okay, April isn't REALLY getting naked on this episode...although we can't actually prove what she wore when she recorded it???
This episode was actually inspired by a recent speaking engagement April was invited to give regarding her stance on Vulnerability.
April shares 3 examples of her own life where choosing to be vulnerable created more expansion and grew her paradigms far more than had she chosen to protect her ego or live in fear.
Today, April invites you to consider where you can lean into vulnerability within your own life to fully see the powerful shifts it has to offer.
