April recently participated in a Body Landscape Consultation with Zen Buddhist nun, Jaguang Sunim.  Episodes 129-131 break down that experience and give listeners a unique opportunity to explore the concept of Body Constitution and Body Landscaping as a way to expand one's Paradigm.

Yoga is a great way to reduce stress, increase happiness, and enhance being present.  We love it soo much that we want you to give it a whirl~

Yogi Amy graciously recorded this guided yoga practice to give anyone who's never experienced yoga an idea of what to expect.

It was recorded 2 years before it was finally released but never released-(for all those perfectionists out there, this is April leaning into not "BEing" perfect and instead allowing imperfections in the recording to come out so that the message and lesson of yoga can be shared (aka shine your light even with flaws).
