My guest on this episode of The Sensitive Rebel is Maria Granovsky. Maria is a freelance writer for businesses in complex fields like law and medicine. She's also the co-founder of writeandprosper.com, a site dedicated to helping early-stage medical writers grow a sustainable business. 

In her former life, Maria was a patent litigator, representing clients in a variety of innovative industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, telecom, and semiconductors. Prior to that, she was a bench scientist, earning a Ph.D. in medical and molecular genetics from the University of Toronto by making a mouse without one of its genes. 

Maria is an avid traveler. Among her most memorable trips are a weeklong horseback trek in Iceland, a month's stay at a Florentine convent, a weekend trip to Istanbul, and an exploration of the Canadian wilderness by canoe.

My guest today is Lowry Olafson. Lowry is a Canadian songwriter who has released nine albums and toured the globe. He also plays well with others. He’s led over 500 songwriting sessions with more than 10,000 people most of whom had never written a song before. 

He's passionate about helping people find deeper meaning and joy in work and life and loves writing PowerSongs with them to help them do just that.

Lowry lives on the ocean on BC's beautiful Sunshine Coast. He loves to row, laugh and sing at very opportunity.
