“Why do I get the idea that you two know way more about this than I do?” After the encounter that Saint and Alister had on the second floor, it seems that Phillip Creek is not as dearly departed as previously thought. With a bar full of patrons and a whole small town to answer to, it’s up to our investigators to dive a little deeper into the events leading to Phillip’s demise.

The atmosphere within the Lakeside Bar and Grill is lively, loving, charming. It’s enough to put you at ease and almost make you forget why you came here. That was, until a haunting chord reverberated out of the previously inspected jukebox. An icy chill creeps over the bar as everyone draws their attention to that specific corner.

The signs of the supernatural aren’t materializing very clearly, but the glow of the neon signs of the Lakeside Bar flicker and permeate the room. The Lakeside is hopping. It’s as hopping as it’ll ever be. That’s Alister and Saint’s cue to do what they do best - blend in with the locals and look for clues.

Alongside the fog over the lake, there is a cloud of grief hanging over the Lakeside Bar and Grill. The building is empty save for their host, Lefty Douglas, but the signs of mourning are sprinkled throughout the bar. Flower petals drift from the memorial wreath in the corner. The slow drip of the kitchen sink can be heard through the fry cook window. A lone radio plays in the kitchen. The light buzz of a neon sign flickers in the front window. There’s a stillness in here, but perhaps, not for long.
