What do you do locally to look at the maintenance of effort for public services and citizenship?  The outcomes for public services in your local, city, town, state come from the investment implemented in your community? It is the American dream!

1. How is it that you see yourself involved in local policies or the implication of public services for the children in your community?

2. How are your personal insecurities affecting your ability to participate in the implication of public policies?

3. How do you see your personal involvement in the public services provided in your local city, county, state if you are a taxpayer?

4. How are you evolving as a citizen in your local community, or do you see your voice's importance in the maintenance of effort and support provided to the children in your local community?

5. Do you have children, or do you see yourself as a participant in the system of America's Public Education System?  In America, where every human generates a dollar allocation from the federal government in reimbursement or support intended to support a strong American government system! 

6. Are you more concerned with the way folks view you or willing to put it out there are no second chances in life!  Do you realize that so many children are in the larger cities across America in the 12th grade and only reading at the 4th-grade level? These folks who provide the support are just documenting that they do not have the ability to complete tasks!  Who the hell changed the public education system to pre-penitentiary or pre-prison?  Americ the beautiful!  The reality is there are wonderful things that happen n America, and then there is just the really ugly!  George Floyd!  

7. As an American Citizen, I have to right to question the Maintenance of Effort of Public Services provided to the children who look like me in America! 

8. LIVING IN THE ENTERTAINMENT CAPITAL. OF AMERICA!  LAS VEGAS NEVADA WHERE 80% OF THE CHILDREN IN JUVINALL HALL ARE BLACK!  DO BLACK LIVES MATTER?  WHEN WE FAIL TO EDUCATION THEN THE INTENT IS TO INCAARCERAT!

9. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH WE HAVE TO DEMAN THE MAINTENANCE OF EFFORT FOR PUBLIC SERVICES BEING PROVIDED TO OUR CHILDREN AMERICA WE ARE AMERICA ALSO!

Access is everything what are you willing to do to demand America allow you to benefit!

Hell, for my people, it is a nightmare! 

Who are you, and how do you see yourself in the maintenance of effort of the public services in your local community our New President Biden understands that it is all or none.  No more dual nations!

We all have to understand nothing is free in America especially being Black in America. We have always known that evenly all change was to come!

So it is not that I know everything, but if you pay taxes, you should want to get to the point of being responsible for the maintenance of effort with public services. 

The reality of operating Behavior schools is fighting for me.  I can not see how this continues to take place now, so. We have programs being operated as if they are public schools, and these are just programs created to hide children who are not learning at the same pace as all other children.  

I have moved to Las Vegas within the last three years and found that they do not even operate in the same manner. Actually, they do not really function as a governing board.  You be the judge!

It is and has always been our obligation to educate ourselves!  If you don't know it is time to learn!
