How are you participating in the public service sector's oversight as public service to children affects all Americans, and if you have been enrolled in public education for 12 years? Then you come out of the public school system and do not address the failure of public services. You do not understand that public education has changed.  We have to demand the benefit of public education. We need to love all Americans!

What was witnessed yesterday at the Whitehouse yesterday where protesters invaded it as they the 45 said they were good Americans. Somehow a good America lost their lives on the 6th of January, and now we are talking about a murder investigation.  The reality of bad decisions that have been tossed around the last 4 years has not made America greater it has made America worst.    We make America great by allowing all children to have a basic start in the public education system. We all pay to join with me, and let us demand outcomes of public education! 

How will you ever know the power in the public education system until you challenge the system.  As an American, perhaps you thought that everything would just be laid out and an easy-to-follow format. Guess what? Not so!  American is this huge melting pot where people from every nation on this planet perhaps had come to claim land in America.  Then the true reality as to how Black Americans came to American and how the notion of entitlement of being the only service provider in the nation would not be the Black perhaps is not the only option! 

People who come to America as Immigrants value the American eduation system of public education is the greatest in the world.  But I bet if you have your children enrolled in a local school with lots of children living in your local community, just poverty children.   I can tell you that the few Black parents had the opportunity to participate in the public process because we all have to have enough resources to participate in the public education system's required structure.  You have to have a roof over your head and a place to lay your head, and now everyone can see how you are living reality check they always did as all the television went from an analog signal to digital that we are two-way transmission and don't think that someone has principals not to look?  Should the public service sector have a responsibility to monitor the benefit of public services? As a citizen comes with the great responsibility to participate in the process, especially of the maintenance of public services, especially as we all pay!  And it is not all about the property taxes as in Nevada the property taxes are small, I mean there are not as high as in California.  Even though California had other initiatives that have passed and been implemented just as Nevada had other initiatives that have been implemented and the responsibility is still on the State to meet the Federal Standards of Public Education, which would be a Free and Appropriate Public Education, and that would equal a basic right to work that would mean after the investment of 12 years of public services you should be employable and become a taxpayer?  As I see it that as there is no maintenance of effort for the Federal opportunity to learn as the IDEA of 2004 enabled children with disability to benefit from the public education system for free?   We can not continue not to demand the outcomes of public eduation level up and join in the request of public information to ensure that all children's needs are addressed and measure to a benefit, not a punitive prison pipeline. 

You can only be responsible for what you know that is not true.  You are responsible for becoming the best parent that you can be by participating and taking on every trial and tribulation that you faced on your journey.  Parents are not born. They have to follow the path set before them, i.e., reality says that so many people do not have the time as we all have to eat and have a place to rest our heads.   Where does it start? Many people don't understand where they missed out because if you are not looking at the maintenance of effort for all children who are enrolled in the public services sector and then apply the policies applied to create access.  Then no one measures the maintenance of outcomes for the investment that we all make as all responsible for the personal executions that have to continue to take place in the local Black community as we all understand that we can not judge the response of a Black person in America as some have chosen to fight back!  Do you really consider what I have chosen to do is fighting back!  All of the documents that are going on in your local State have been uploaded to the Federal Government Web site.  You know usa.gov or ed.gov.  Please don't take my word for it. There is even support for parents who need to understand Special Education's process1 under the Department of Education Department of Rehabilitation.  

We all must understand the purpose of the CENSUS?  And the count for the federal allocations for the poor and homeless and the retired veterans who are and maybe the homeless reality.  We have to Build Back Better our local schools and support that support all community! 

You have to listen to the podcast to really understand we have a choice when we understand choice! Few Americans really understand public education, but I will bet you that everyone coming from a foreign country understands public education value as there are so many countries that do not provide public education.  Americans need to get a clue, and change is not going to happen without a demand.  With the local states having the ability to say that your child is below basic and far below basic and then do nothing to support change is criminal.   Parents have pulled their children out of public schools, yet the schools do not have to transfer the enrollment? COVID 19 demonstrated that far too many Black Americans across this nation have been denied due process as these programs that they are placed in do not have the content standards as all other children enrolled in the regular school?

We need to understand the representation of letter grades. So and A (represents) Excellent!  And of course a B( Good) and then, of course, there is just C ( represents) Average, Fair. D wow(Poor, Pass?) and then there is the dreaded F (Failure to thrive in a public environment). Just the bottom of the barrel?  We are talking about the mere opportunity to participate in the public process of employment and civic engagement.  So few young people were engaged in the public oversight process until recent Kolin Kaepernick taking a need was different from the knee on George Floyd's neck, but they stand for the something right no voices for the harvest!  Understand what harvest still looks like in America 2021! 

We are living in a nation that ignores the cries of the Black people in America.  Failure has become an option, but you really need to understand the offer of a FAPE or what would be seen as a free and appropriate public education.   We all have to learn how to communicate to ensure that all Americans have access. If you care about public safety, then you need to understand that we all have to have shelter and a place to care for ourselves.  

What do you really understand about public education? If you don't understand your rights, you have no rights.  What is kinship in American, and who is talking about the outcomes of public education?   What is the benefit of the public education system when we have far too few children who are not benefiting and do not have the skills to become independent in America?  It is truly time for all of us to ensure that public education is the focus of 2021.  We have to have an equal playing field we all have to ensure access to prosperity.  What role have you played locally to ensure access for all children we all are responsible for the failure of the public education system living in America.
