The power of thoughts and beliefs in breaking cycles and in being successful in gentle parenting its not talked about enough so I made a podcast episode about it where we talked about the value of thoughts and beliefs and the impact that it can have on your parenting whenever you are practicing awareness with your thoughts and being very mindful of the beliefs that are influencing you.
We talked about how your thoughts literally dictate your results in your life with the Brooke Castillo's the model and we talked about how you can start to realize the purpose of those beliefs so that you can except them for the purpose that they were intended for and realize that they are not what is best for you in this moment in your journey and how to release them.
Lastly we talked about the types of thoughts and beliefs that you can start trying to instill into your heart in your mind that is going to make everything about parenting differently easier for you or not easier simpler! ☺️
I concluded the episode with some encouraging words about my story and believe in that work and wanted to remind you guys about if this is something that is a hard area for you touchy subject something you struggle with then I do offer one on one coaching right now and I'm going to leave the link for that below if you want to book a free call with me

Hi Cycle breakers!
This episode is talking about getting to the root of what makes you a cycle breaker and truly parenting differently. A lot of times as we are learning and beginning, we simply just want to know what to do. and that's what I've been seeing. Everyone saying how do I handle this? What do I do when my kid does this?
While I love answering these questions and helping you and love how many advocates there are out there in parenting now that can answer these questions... I dont think these things help YOU in the long run.
Cause in reality you can learn all the gentle techniques, respectful strategies, mindful scripts and etc but if your heart and your mind isn't in the right place you are going to burn out. You are going to feel like a failure eventually, you're not going to feel like you.
The 3 things you need to be focusing on is Emotional Intelligence, knowledge of effective parenting and discipline strategies and techniques, and developing confidence in your knowledge, your ability and your decisions.
