In today’s episode of Figuring Out, we have Schweta Merchant Gandhi in conversation with Raj Shamani. She ⁠is a Child Psychology expert, an NLP Master Coach, an educator, and the founder of Happy Minds.inc.

In this episode, we talked about the difference between traditional and modern parenting, what gentle parenting is, and how to deal with when a baby/ child throws a tantrum. We discussed how to nurture kids and how to help them regulate their emotions better. We then talked about what is the recommended routine for kids, what are some practices every parent should do with their kids and why modern parenting is important in today’s age, and why traditional parenting won’t be effective.

Towards the end, we talked about the new dads and how they are making a difference in parenting and in today’s kids. We then talked about why some kids become aggressive, and what we should do to reduce this behavior.
