Explicit Material Borders on Sexual Misconduct
The article was picked up by talk show host Lars Larson’s producer, Donovan Sargent, who then contacted me for an interview. The image shown to students on the Zoom class was a collage of young naked women with a partner, lying prone, on their bellies, with painful expressions on their faces. The images were inappropriately suggestive to match the content. What 14 year old does not understand what pain is anyway, unless they are taught BDSM is good.You would say we are making this up..not so! in July 15, 2014 article, Pro-life organization Live Action introduced another investigative video exposing Planned Parenthood’s disturbing practice of advising young girls about dangerous sex activities such as bondage/discipline and sadomasochistic sex (BDSM).
The investigations are part of Live Action’s series titled “SexEd: Planned Parenthood’s Dangerous Sex Advice for Kids.”
The latest exposé features the abortion giant’s facilities in Denver, Colorado. In the video, counselors offer suggestions to the undercover investigators, in graphic detail, of a spectrum of sadistic sexual behaviors, including “whipping,” “tying up,” and “asphyxiation.”
As the video shows, a gruesome crime involving asphyxiation was recently in the media. In January, police discovered 16-year-old Jessica Burlew with the corpse of 43-year-old Jason Ash, whom Burlew had strangled to death and mutilated with razor blades in the midst of “a sex game.”
A site for Planned Parenthood of Hudson Peconic also contains information about a seminar for educators called “50 Shades of Safe,” which seeks to explain “how a BDSM relationship is successfully navigated between sexual partners.”
But why should we be surprised when public schools’ only caution for students sexual encounters is mutual consent, and all forms of sexual experimentation is encouraged for students to know what they prefer in a partner, and who they really are!
Are there exemptions for exposing children to obscenity?
President Ronald Reagan formed a Commission to study the serious effects of obscenity and child pornography in our Nation. In 1984 he signed legislation isolating child pornography as a uniquely tragic and distinct criminal offense. Now, our children are being exposed to pornography in a very different way. Comprehensive Sexuality Education now taught in K-12 classrooms is a far cry from the “health’ classes of the 1980’s. Graphic descriptions of all forms of sexual activities are made available to students, not only via curriculum but recommended websites. Pornography is offered as a means of “safe sex.”
In other words, it is now legal for a teacher to display obscene materials to minors without parental knowledge or consent. This same legislation has been passed in 43 states giving educators free reign to peddle materials to students that would otherwise be illegal if an adult showed them to another’s minor child.
Is this really education?
Parents’ Rights In Education is against this comprehensive approach to sexuality, because students are taught to engage in risky behavior, usually without parents’ knowledge. We advocate for an OPT-IN policy only, with parent consent.
The unintended silver lining for the school shutdowns is parents are now far more aware of curriculum content. Parents are un-enrolling their children from public school and seeking alternatives!

Teaching Consent…is wrong
Teaching age appropriate sex-ed, along with what IS safe touch vs. what IS NOT, protects ALL children, as does reaffirming parents' rights, and the protection of their families from government overreach.Proponents of Comprehensive Sexuality Education claim teaching sexual consent negotiation reduces sexual assault. When teaching minors to engage in risky behavior of any kind, the answer to the question is, “it depends on the child (age appropriateness), and the context of the instruction.
Age appropriateness, and family values are always a consideration and because no two people are the same, a one-size-fits-all approach is not acceptable. The parent should decide.
Parents’ Rights In Education is concerned about the consequences when consent is taught within the CSE premise that all sexual activity between any two or more consenting people is good when condoms and contraceptives are used.
Teaching consent undermines any semblance of an abstinence message by instructing students how to coax another person to engage in sexual activity with them. In this context, Abstinence, reserving sexual relationships for couples committed to love and commitment, is relegated to the back seat.
The Planned Parenthood Approach
Planned Parenthood’s video promoting “consent” states that sex is simply about “connection and pleasure.” The decision only requires consent. PP’s videos teach how to negotiate for more sex, by saying things to each other such as, “May I take off your clothes?,” “Show me where you want me to touch you” or, “Let’s try this sexual activity I heard about.” The message “it’s never okay to force others to have sex,” is contradicted with phony respect tactics such as coaxing, seduction, or manipulation of others to get what you want.
Studies and surveys show rape and sexual assault are often fueled by the use of pornography. PP advises teen girls to watch porn with their boyfriends to learn about the types of sex they want. They teach BDSM is all right and fun as long as both parties consent. Grade school age children are now exposed to pornography, resulting in child-on-child sexual abuse, like the Oregon 12-year-old sodomized by his classmate in the restroom during class time, excused by authorities because it was consensual. It is obvious Planned Parenthood profits when teens have sex, by providing birth control, abortions, STD tests and treatments. Link to Article HERE
Scientific Studies show the brain does not mature until age 25…or later
We believe the lack of cognitive and developmental maturity levels of young people have been grossly overlooked by educators and curriculum authors.
Scientific findings regarding mental and emotional maturity are stunning. Conservative estimates indicate maturity at age 25.“The car rental companies got to it first, but neuroscientists have caught up and brain scans show clearly that the brain is not fully finished developing until about age 25. The changes that happen between 18 and 25 are a continuation of the process that starts around puberty, and 18 year olds are about halfway through that process. Their prefrontal cortex is not yet fully developed. That's the part of the brain that helps you to inhibit impulses and to plan and organize your behavior to reach a goal.” ...

I recorded a podcast (https://www.buzzsprout.com/1095743/5761228) on October 6 about SIECUS and their new initiative to change the culture with sex ed. They literally claim they have “rights” to sexual freedom. This is not a new revelation necessarily, except they are now running full steam ahead to change laws in all states requiring public schools to implement their agenda. Last year they held a coalition conference in DC to formally implement their plan:
"Led by SIECUS, the Sex Education Policy Action Council (SEPAC) is a coalition of organizations, statewide coalitions, state agencies, and school districts from 24 states that are working to advance sex education that is comprehensive."
Our public schools, now social service agencies are embracing the SIECUS Agenda demanding K-12 CSE, and reproductive health care without parent knowledge or consent, for every student. I ask you…what is the role of a school? And how does this agenda fulfill that role?
I fell asleep last night literally thinking about the fact that right now parents in Washington state are fighting to overturn legislation just passed requiring K-12 mandatory sex ed to be taught in the schools. Oregon passed this same law in 2009, and California in 2013. I know what this looks like once embedded into law.
How can this be? Parents’ rights have been stolen by SIECUS! We cannot have our children in the public schools because of it. OPT-OUT is not possible as states are now passing laws requiring these concepts be taught in every subject. Oregon classrooms are saturated! Example: Students were refused their rights to leave an English class to avoid listening to students promote their GSA Club. They are working in tandem with state departments of education, Planned Parenthood, the LGBTQ lobby and others to force their agenda on families.
"Members of SEPAC will help shape a common narrative to advance comprehensive sex education policy, engage with policymakers seeking to advance and pass sex education legislation, educate federal congressional members on the need for comprehensive sex education, and create a model for expanding comprehensive sex education policy across the country."As you can see, public education is highly involved as “partners” with SIECUS in this national plan to promote sexual freedom and healthcare rights. In fact public education is the key government agency providing distribution for information and services without parents’ knowledge or consent.
I believe there is reason to accuse these entities of colluding to undermine parental rights via the RICO Act. Because of their actions, parents are unable to access the “K-12 free public education” afforded to all children. School choice is one answer…but, why should parents be alienated, while these extremists take over our schools?
Then there are the many families who have been victims of school counselors encouraging and facilitating minors to decide to change their sex! And…there is so much more! Bottom line: The state and Departments of Education are USING our children to advance their political agenda.As you know, I tend to focus on the big picture. Why go after the many tails, if we can cut off the head? We have plaintiffs! PRIE will do whatever we can to help.

Let Parents Decide!!
Parents should decide if CSE is Medically Accurate, Age Appropriate, Healthy and SafeParents, concerned about the emotional and well-being of their children have been left out of this decision making process. Many have strong values which are not respected by these Standards.
Parents want real equity in the process. Many are blindsided when they learn their children have been taught ideologies and information they deem inappropriate. This is wrong and biased against these families.
PRIE encourages school districts to provide an OPT-IN policy, not OPT-OUT for courses pertaining to controversial and sensitive materials, programs, and curriculum used in the health curriculum.
Opt-Out puts parents on the defense. Often, even with a request on file, students are exposed to assemblies, outside speakers, and curriculum from which their parents have requested an exemption.
The default has to be OPT-OUT, giving parents choice and peace of mind knowing their children will not be exposed to medically inaccurate, unhealthy and age inappropriate teaching without their knowledge or consent. OPT-IN protects the school and board members from unnecessary law suits if a student is mistakenly exposed to such curriculum. It is a Win/Win for both schools and parents.
Attention to this matter will not go without appreciation and support of our communities, providing real equity for all parents, and students.
