At the top of the pod, Adam talks with Bryan and Gina about the mask mandate finally going away in Los Angeles, despite some very confusing messaging. He then rants about the effectiveness of face masks, and plays a clip (as well as reaction clips) from a recent event where Florida Governor Ron DeSantis told kids they could take their masks off. Adam also chats with some listener callers, and the guys welcome comedian Felipe Esparza to the studio. The guys discuss comedian Byron Allen, as well as Felipe’s upbringing in Mexico, and living in some rougher parts of California as well. Before the break, they talk Felipe’s path to comedy, and trying to cross the border illegally.
