In episode #20 Part 2 of Michael Ryan's interview with Dave Hodrien of the Birmingham UFO Group.  Dave continues his discussion of U.S. Navy sailor Bill Turtle who was chased by a UFO on Hwy #80 in Wyoming which ended in missing time.
