  • Ep 48 - Barriers to Having a Healthy Relationship (with Harmony Kwiker)

What barriers are between you and the relationship you want to have?

According to Harmony Kwiker, your relationship is a reflection of you. Which means that you may be in the way. But this is good news, because the work on yourself can always be done.

Join me as I interview Harmony about the wounds that keep us disconnected from out partner, boundaries, manipulation, and what self-love really looks like within partnership.

    Who is Harmony?
Harmony Kwiker, MA, is a psychotherapist, author, and professor at Naropa University, where she teaches transpersonal counseling. She is also the founder of the Institute for Spiritual Alignment where she trains practitioners to bridge the divide between traditional and spiritual transformation.
