Here’s a treat just for YOU.

Before all the noise and clutter of the music streaming industry, real talent stood out in clearer relief.  It’s gotten harder to ferret out a good sound in the electronic jungle.  And performers must work much harder to get noticed and make money.  But every once in a while, you just trip over something cool.

Ron turned me on to this duo last week.  He said they’d be at the Ingleside Winery on Sunday.  I’m glad we went to see them.  This is one of the guitarist’s bands. His name is Tim Bray.  He’s got a toolbox of sounds and rhythms he can produce on strings.  But the headliner in this ensemble is Karen Jonas.

As soon as the show started, I wondered what the hell they were doing playing the winery circuit.  Karen (I should say she is drop dead gorgeous and very sweet) came out with her rendition of some old standards.  Her version of Joline is superior to Dolly’s.  Sorry Parton fans.  But the lyrics don’t fit a yippee-ki-yay kind of beat.

She also has a catalog of her own pieces that are catching on with fans around the world.  Karen and Tim have played all over the country and around the world.  They have a following and sell their music.

And now, thanks to Ron and the P4B, you have tripped over them.

Ron and I will be back on Monday with our reaction to the Thursday debate among many other things.  That show will be in the can on Friday.  Then I’ll edit it and schedule for Monday.

We’ll review our predictions then.  Here are the things we anticipate seeing or hearing on Thursday night when DJT meets the puppet.

Biden will be jacked up on whatever they give him when he is making an important appearance.  Before his State of the Union, his Nuremberg Rally at Independence Hall, and other such fiascos that had big buildups, Joe was chemically “enhanced”.  He was not the guy who wandered off during the G-7 photo op.  He didn’t lose his place on the teleprompter, trail off into a wordless mumble and then say, “well – anyway…”. In other words, on a few occasions, some Doctor Feelgood, created an alert Joe.  So, anticipate the arrival of that Joe on Thursday.  Then anticipate an early lid at the White House for the next several days as Joe detoxes.

The puppet will use “convicted felon” so many times even Jake Tapper will want to smack him.  That’s a sure bet.  He’ll also use the term his handlers made up – “ultra MAGA.”  There is no such thing.  You either want Trump to Make America Great Again, or you do not.  The “ultra” is a senseless, adolescent trigger for idiots.  But he’ll use it – a lot.

Ron and I both contend that Joe will have a button in his downstage ear.  Why in the hell would anyone give up the last word in exchange for stage side?  The only thing we can come up with is to hide a device, an earpiece being the easiest.

The puppeteers will instruct Joe to be as incendiary as possible to rattle Trump.  One can assume Trump will be ready for it.  But Trump can be set off.

If Joe gets through the evening without soiling himself or slipping into a coma, his debate skills will be lauded as the GOAT.  Even if he launches into a medley including his Naval Academy appointment, Uncle Posey, kids rubbing his legs and Cornpop, the fluffers in the MSM will cheer as if they witnessed the Second Coming.

As I said on FB, Trump can spend the evening quoting Pericles and explaining quantum mechanics and the media will write him off as crass and ill-prepared.  Surely, they’d call the physics lesson racist.

This cuts to my criticism of what the Trump team negotiated prior to this debate.  This could very well be Trump’s Gettysburg moment.  I hope not.

Allow me to digress. For almost three years, Robert E. Lee outmaneuvered and outfought often superior numbers in his clashes with the Union Army.  He gambled often, even dividing an already inferior number of troops at Chancellorsville.  He won.  He was slick. 

Some believe, including some of Lee’s generals, that by Gettysburg Bobby Lee was starting to “believe his own press.”  Many were counseling the Confederate Army should disengage and beat feet for an exposed Washington DC.  Such a move would surely end the war under the most favorable terms the South could have hoped for.  Everyone knew they weren’t going to TAKE OVER the North. 

The Union public and DC politicians would have surely panicked at the approach of Lee’s Army ahead of the Union Army. I don’t even think Lincoln would have the stomach for DC as a city occupied by the Confederacy and under siege by General Meade’s troops. 

But Lee made a bad, indeed arrogant decision.  “No,” he said.  “We’ll whip ‘um here.” That move combined with Grant’s actions at Vicksburg made the eventual destruction of the Confederacy academic.

So, I can’t help but wonder at the weak negotiations by Trump (or his team) and their high fiving over “having the last word.” If they were in a courtroom, as we found out with Fat Alvin in New York, having the last word before shunting the jury into deliberations would be a great advantage.

But that will not the case here.  Video, and the media’s use of it, WILL diminish anything Trump says in the final 90 seconds. If he has good moments, they will play them down over the following week.  If he lands body blow after body blow during the night and finishes with a knockout blow to the chin, the MSM will not replay those moments.

So, he needs more of his go-to stuff.  Trump’s team should have negotiated two things, if failing to get both.  It should have been throttling the mics versus a live audience.  With open mics, Trump could be Trump and trip Joe at multiple moments.  Only a few would have been necessary to get the puppet off his game.  And live audiences are what fuels Trump’s jets.

There is no way the GOP side should have left the table without at least one of those things, if not both.  And if Trump thinks he can outplay the media on this, he may be looking at Little Round Top with a bit too much lust.

Which leads to the next prediction.  The people controlling the mics will play fast and loose with the rules.  At the end of the allotted time, WE BELIEVE, DJT’s mic will be shut down. Bang – Done.  However, as Biden approaches those moments the controllers will be quite lenient in letting him “finish a thought”.  When Trump or anyone else complains with the raw video to show it, the Dems and the media will label those people poor sports and conspiracy theorists.

In other words, and I speak only for myself here, Trump’s team lost the pre-debate negotiations.  And if Trump didn’t lead them, whoever rode honcho should be fired already.

My final point about the negotiations:  How could they possibly have agreed to only Lefty moderators and venues.  There should be AT LEAST one FOX News, FOX Business or Newsmax debate.  Because there won’t be, Bash and Tapper will be even more naked in their agendas.  They know there will be no opposing event to compare their performance with.  ABC will be just as dicked up in their moderation; perhaps more so.

The one bright, and darkly comic possibility is that Joe’s go-go juice wears off about half-way through.  Trump can help this along by goading him when possible – getting Joe worked up.  The world would watch as Joe goes from a fiery Goebbels to a lost, mumbling old man.  This could happen even if whatever they’ll be hiding downstage is functioning.  And it would be the excuse to finally jettison Joe and find a new candidate.  Now, that would be TV worth watching!

There’s a movie line, made famous by that Lefty kook, Martin Sheen in Wall Street; “I guess if a man lives long enough he gets to see just about everything.” Perhaps I’ve lived TOO long!

I always say we need to read Lefty rags, in this case WAPO, and watch Lefty programs that we might check our own positions and see what the children are up to.

And today I got a real treat. This is the first article I read by a major newspaper that makes the case that global warming is an extension of racism, sexism and class envy.

This is the opening paragraph of the piece I read today:

If you’re in the Northern Hemisphere, you’re probably aware that it’s been quite hot. Parts of the United States are bracing for a potential record heat wave this week, while wildfires are already spreading across areas of the American West. The season’s earliest heat wave on record in Greece saw the closure of the famed Acropolis in Athens and a number of tourists collapsing and, in some instances, dying while hiking in parts of the Mediterranean nation. More than a dozen Muslim pilgrims died of heatstroke on the road to Mecca, as the annual Hajj in Saudi Arabia was ravaged by extreme temperatures.

The girly alarmism doesn’t stop there. But let’s take a breath and digest this load of drivel before moving on. History IS NOT being made here. Lazy tourists in Bermuda shorts, out walking further than they have in decades in Italy, Greece, Egypt, Thailand and hundreds of other places, are passing out AND SOMETIMES DYING from the heat! Lions and Tigers and Bears! Oh my! This is not fucking new!

And they have had a dozen Muslims die just walking around the big box a few times. The event is a nightmare having nothing to do with anthropomorphic climate change.

And humidity? Are they joking? There are places between the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn that have never know a moment that isn’t bug-breeding sticky. When people not accustomed to these places travel there, and you get a REAL hot day, people fall out. Some people die. And we all know the dry heat has advantages over humid heat. But humid heat is better for you skin.

Then there’s the big news! There are wild fires in Western North America! Memory must strain back a few months ago to remember the last time that happened!

Travel is expensive. And we are still setting travel records post Covid. Many of the travelers are people whose lives went dormant during the virus shutdown scam. So when it’s hot as hell outside (that’s called summer) and you have record setting travel, you’ll have record numbers of lard asses falling out in the heat.

This entire WAPO article is the stuff of which teenage drama is made.

Then there’s this:

“By the end of May, more than 1.5 billion people — almost one-fifth of the planet’s population — endured at least one day where the heat index topped 103 degrees Fahrenheit, or 39.4 degrees Celsius, the threshold the National Weather Service considers life-threatening,” according to my colleagues.

Why is 103 life-threatening. We’ve had people going tits up in 95 degree weather because they insisted on tanning or hiking or using the BBQ when they were in no shape to do so in good weather.

So the correlation between heat and death as a phenomenon is NOT new! And in this article, the writer is trying to attach a common, if tragic occurrence to the shit that knob, Al Gore preaches.

And what of the 1.5 BILLION people? Scary, right? Well, Guber, if you consider an hour or two of solar declination from the equator, there are at least 1.5 billion people, likely more, who will experience exactly what this article says, if not more, on several late Spring and early fall days, and ALL of summer every single year.

The number of people means nothing as a data point. It’s just big. And like the prosecutions closing arguments in the Fat Alvin court case, “a lot” can be misconstrued as meaningful when it is not. In this case 1.5 billion people is not a dispositive data point.

This next segment is just chock full off the kinds of empty predictions we’ve been seeing since the late 80’s and makes me wax nostalgic for the STUPID, contrived “hockey stick graph.

“Researchers have linked the rise in temperatures to the El Niño climate pattern and decades of global heating from human emissions of greenhouse gases,” my colleague Scott Dance wrote. “A decade ago, scientists had estimated that the chances of the planet warming 1.5 degrees C” — the threshold greater than pre-industrial levels beyond which spells climactic disaster for the planet, according to the scientific consensus — “by 2020 were nearly zero. Now, the probability of that happening by 2028 is an estimated 8 in 10.”

Do you remember when that damaged and exploited child, Greta Thumberg and the bimbo, AOC said we had 12 year to end GW/CC or our demise would be inevitable? Yeah, this previous paragraph provides one of those moments.

What is the optimum temperature of the earth? Are we moving toward it, or away from it? The earth is GREENING right now. The opposite of the desertification, they hounded us about, is occurring.

And of course they have to say EL NINO?!?!?!?! All the “experts” have been saying since March the El Nino is receding and La Nina is waxing.

Before I get into this, let me say for the record that all the bullshit they attribute to this ONE Pacific Ocean current phenomenon, yes they are ONE thing, is a load of shit. I have seen everything from New England snowstorms to the carbuncles on Joy Bayhar’s thighs attributed to El Nino, often within a week of being told that we are in a “La Nina” cycle.

I am sure there is a quirky characteristic in the Pacific that someone named El Nino. I am sure there is counter motion that someone else unimaginatively named La Nina. I am equally sure that 90% of all the random weather activity attributed to these currents is pure, manufactured bullshit.

Like the “devil gas”, CO2, people like that knob, Al Gore want you to believe El Nino makes rain and draught, cold and hot, wild fires and floods. It’s not the other thousands of conditions and influences occurring daily on the planet. It’s just CO2 - OR it’s Nino/Nina.

The article talks about the sudden increase in temperatures, but makes no mention of the markedly increased solar activity of late. Sunspots and solar flares are up in number and severity. You don’t need to create skewed models based on wild assumptions to say THAT causes an increase in temperatures here on earth. And that effect is immediate, and coincides neatly with our mild winter and hot-ass summer.

According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA), This year to date ranks about 13th in terms of high temps. We have peaks like this about every 10 to 12 years. And solar cycles run about every 12 years. Hmmmmm. NAH! It’s GOT to be El Nino…or CO2.

The fact that the increases are being recorded almost uniformly around the world argues for a solar cause verses fluxuations in gasses and currents here on earth which are by their nature inconsistent and non-uniform.

Before we get to the really stupid, girly bits of the article, the writer returns to using big population numbers, having nothing to do with actual physics or the barely legitimate climatology to shock you. He speaks of “5 billion people” and says they will be exposed to unhealthy heat. 5 billion people already ARE! This article doesn’t move the needle on that.

The writer, Ishaan Tharoor seems to sense that what he’s saying here will correctly be received as more WEF horseshit, so he is adding a new twist. He didn’t invent it. I’ve heard it before. But I haven’t mentioned it here yet. It’s more like UN crap, but in full support of WEF horseshit.

Now GW/CC is a class envy issue. Over several millennia, cultures have developed in ways that were heavily dictated not by global warming bullshit, but by the actual prevailing climate, geography, topography and culture of the areas populated.

But suddenly that is a point of contention! Tharoor CLEARLY wants us to feel some sort of silly guilt because a guy on the equator doesn’t have a three-bedroom bungalow on a lake with central AC. Actually I don’t either, but I am supposed to be moved by the injustice of it.

I am not so moved. You are not. Even if you claim to be - you’re really not. Neither you nor your car, nor your countries politics created this world. Tharoor knows this. But he also knows that if he repeats this kind of propaganda long enough, and often enough, then enough of you will start pretending to believe it. Enough of you will put stupid memes on you social media to get other people to pretend to believe it. Perhaps, over time, some of you will actually be stupid enough to really believe the nonsense is real.

But there it is was, in the article:

This putative effect of climate change also illustrates the growing global divide in how it’s experienced. “Long-term projections indicate that future warming will also lead to milder winters, sparing people in the wealthy Global North,” my colleague Harry Stevens wrote. “But in hotter, less wealthy countries — the places where people are least able to buy air conditioners, where poor laborers can least afford to miss work, where water is scarcer and the power grid shakier — summer heat will grow more dangerous.”

There is so much absurdity in this adolescent paragraph I won’t be able to cover a quarter of it here. So in reverse:

Power Grid? Is Ishaan joking? Hundred of millions of people in the very areas we are supposed to be beating our breast about DON’T HAVE A FUCKING POWER GRID! Many millions more have power grids so crude and basic, the weather won’t change anything.

“The wealthy global north”? What about the southern hemisphere? There are lots of places just as far from the equator there as what this dramatists refers to as the GLOBAL north. Are we to assume that those people are too stupid to make a life for themselves? Is the wealth and comfort they experience morally superior to the wealth and comfort in the north?

And of course, the term “wealthy” loudly implies that such wealth must be redistributed, which is already is on an insane scale, to fight…the climate. It wouldn’t be a WAPO article without more redistribution of other people’s money.

The article complains about people in hot conditions not having indoor AC. We are only a few generations removed from times when there was NO air conditioning - ANYWHERE! On average we are talking about fractions of degrees in overall increases. To act like people who live in those regions are suddenly going to dry up and blow away is ridiculous. It’s propaganda.

Then WAPO goes really crazy - and inaccurately so.

For good reason, public health experts fear for the resilience of communities living in the age of climate change. The latest World Risk Poll Resilience Index, produced by Lloyd’s Register Foundation using data gathered by Gallup, found a global increase among 147,000 people surveyed in 142 countries in “people who say they can do nothing to protect themselves and their families from the impact of a future disaster.” Climate change looms over these sentiments, fueling what the index’s authors suggest is “a global loss of agency and growing sense of helplessness.”

At this point, Tharoor marks himself as a true Lefty mouthpiece. A poll of 147K people in 142 countries?!? Are you joking. How many are from the poorest, hottest nations and devoid of cooling technology? Because there are a few things you can say almost uniformly about those people. First, they know it’s hot outside. They don’t know the exact temperature, but they are moving commensurate with the heat, as they have every day of their lives since they were born. Second, they were most likely not included in any polls in any great numbers. You’re not going to get feedback from a lot of people in these regions, unless you GOT IN A PLANE, and burned a shitload of fossil fuels to ask a couple of loaded questions.

And resilience? Is the writer joking? People in these regions are THE MOST resilient and adaptable people on the planet. They overcome more by noon, every day than the majority of the people “polled” deal with in a year.

I have traveled all over the world. The thing that stands out to me, in the context of this remarkably stupid article, is the poorer and hotter the region, the stronger, craftier, and more resilient the woman are - because they have to be.

The vast majority of the people responding to the “World Risk Poll” live in modern comfort, so the concepts claimed in this dog pile of a story don’t even apply to them.

Their IMAGINED “loss of agency” and their “helplessness” is the product of two things. 1. ALL educated respondents under the age of 45 have been told since kindergarten that their parents were causing the end of the world. They were instructed to fear any weather event as a product of GW/CC. They listened to prediction after prediction of pending doom that never came to pass. They are victims of Greta Thumbskull’s manipulative parents and that knob, Al Gore.

And 2. They live in a world where most of the civilized governments have made HUGE strides to improve the environment. But the newly monied but still uncivilized nations, like China, India and Russia, are happily sending lots of poisons into the atmosphere - increasingly, every day.

And CO2 is not among those poisons. CO2 is a substance critical to life on earth. And there is not a lot of it. The only way carbon dioxide can be a factor in ending life on this planet would be for us appreciably reduce it. But the numb nuts who write crap like this want us to do exactly that.

I would guess the vast majority of the population has seen enough bogus predictions to appreciate farce that is Climate Change Alarmism. The time has long passed that we start pushing back publicly against this kind of emotional nonsense.

Tucker Carlson once asserted that we have an obligation to hold these kinds of people up to ridicule. The damage they intend for our society is infinitely more serious than their hurt feelings.

Amazingly, in two consecutive articles, Ishaan Tharoor has looked at the world, taken a stand and gotten it wrong. Next time, Netanyahu vs the world.

I call him loony Left for his years of support for Left wing causes. Some were good, but so steeped in woke emotion that they lost their value. And this year he doesn’t disappoint. He has announced that he is supporting Biden, not because he’s stupid enough to think Joe Duh is a good president. He is doing it because the establishment is set against RFK, Jr. To accentuate his importance (relevance?), Sheen has enlisted other show folk to announce who sheen is supporting. I think I’ll have Ron announce who I’ll endorse in the general election.

Fair warning: I am a subscriber to two WAPO email services so I get this nonsense served up every day. And yes, it usually gives me gas. Jeff Bezos, being a member of the WEF/Davos Blob, sees to it that his publication carries an editorial line widely to the left of Lenin. No article is too nonsensical, so long as it promotes blob-like messaging.

That would be the recent NYC Trump debacle.

Eeeeew. Try to erase that image from your mind.

I think earthquakes and floods and animal attacks loom a lot larger than GW/CC.

The Knob has been using the GW/CC alarmism to rake in millions of dollars, usually of your tax dollars, to build “Green Scams”. He’s been known to pump and dump shares in companies that would never go on to do a thing worth paying for.

So the crackhead stands convicted. The Left will intentionally convey all the wrong conclusions from the convictions. They’ll go all gooey over how the Right, by getting Hunter convicted, were hypocrites about 2A issues.

This, of course will be pure fallacy and misdirection. We don’t want an an amoral, irresponsible crack addict running around with a gun. His well-deserved conviction is entirely appropriate.

Some people like Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) are a bit more nuanced. He doesn’t feel that the government needs to be so deeply involved with something as specific and private as a gun purchase. There is some meat there.

There was this in AP: “Hunter might deserve to be in jail for something, but purchasing a gun is not it,” Massie posted on X. “There are millions of marijuana users who own guns in this country, and none of them should be in jail for purchasing or possessing a firearm against current laws.”

I don’t hold with Massie on this. Take a picture, such is rare. There is a huge difference between a recreational hemp burner and a man with a meth and crack habit so severe, he sleeps in his car for two days feeding his filthy habit and loses his teeth from it all. That dude was living outside his mind. Along with his right to vote, the First Crackhead should never hold a firearm again.

But this is a smokescreen discussion avoiding the real issues with the Crackhead. This is also from AP.

Rep. Matt Gaetz, a Florida Republican and high-profile Trump supporter, posted on X, “The Hunter Biden gun conviction is kinda dumb.”

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., told reporters at the Capitol that the gun charge was a “waste of time,” though he said other accusations related to Hunter Biden’s taxes were “serious.”

This should be the basis of the real message from the GOP and conservatives. That message should be much more expansive and detailed. It should be delivered at every GOP appearance regardless of the occasion.

The “investigations” of ALL of the Crackhead’s crimes have been slow-walked for a decade now. They could have and should have had him in front of a judge for serious shit YEARS ago. They knew he was pulling illegal shit with Ukraine, Russia and the ChiComms since 2014. B. Hussein Obama’s administration called him a lobbyist. (Remember that).

They could have nailed him 10 ways from Sunday on a smorgasbord of charges. The government had a catalog on him since long before the laptop was left in a repair shop.

It’s fun to note that during the Crackhead’s trial, the FBI testified that they knew from the beginning the laptop was real and that it belonged to Hunter Biden. They knew this because they had been watching him for years already. They knew what he was up to. HELL, THEY HAD SECRET SERVICE FOLLOWING HIM AROUND THE WHOLE TIME, often cleaning up his illegal messes for him. Do you think those guys don’t talk to each other? Especially when their charge is a criminal fuck up? The clean-ups and his meetings surrounding the Biden money laundering operation are a matter of record.

The Secret Service is nothing if not discreet. But they aren’t going to take the fall for this loser. When an agent completes a shift everyone knows the what, when and where of the days events. If the report gets buried (thousands of them on the Bidens did get buried) it’s not the SS agent’s concern. He did his job.

So that proves what EVERYONE has known since 2020. Some of us knew long before that. Many of us who were paying attention. The “51 intelligence experts” who wrote that stupid letter for the media are all LIARS. We ALL knew that. And they weren’t experts. They were politically connected bureaucrats who got their jobs at the head of their agencies BECAUSE they were politically connected bureaucrats. Few were expert in intelligence. And they fed the American people a big, fat lie!

It was all orchestrated by the people who now run the White House and every action of Joe Biden today. He hasn’t made a decision of his own since he tied his shoes on Inauguration Day. He follows the orders of of Ron Klain, Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett and B. Hussein. Jill is the conduit.

The Big Lie was solicited and disseminated to media fluffers by Antony Blinken. That poof was rewarded for his work with the job of SecState.

Compare and Contrast

Let’s compare how the White House, the DOJ and their co-conspirators across the country handled the DJT case by comparison. They all had all the information they are using right now to “get Trump” in 2020 and by 6 Jan, 2021.

In most cases, they didn’t REALLY have anything, as was the case in the “hush money” trial and the Frumpy Fani trial in Georgia. In those cases they had to change statute of limitations laws (NYC) and invent crimes that don’t exist (NYC and Georgia). But they knew exactly where it was all headed per direction from the Biden Administration (Obama’s third term).

But they sat on it. They husbanded their time for purely political purposes. Remember, they were out to get a political opponent, not serve justice. They decided to stack up all their cases and cut them loose in the last 12 months.

And now that in several cases, the Trump, et al, defense have legitimate objections, the political persecutors are all screaming for the appellate process to be fast tracked so they can hold their kangaroo courts before the election!

There’s more!

The two tiers of justice, and the media’s pathetic role in it can’t be more obvious. Look at how charges against Trump and the Crackhead are established.

In Hunter’s case, as I said, they had him. They had him cold on blatant tax evasion, huge sums of cash from foreign governments and crony companies (now over $34 million and counting), no services rendered for that money, then VP Biden up to his eyeballs in the business and the cash and no Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) documentation. Remember? Lobbyist.

With ONLY the income, the FARA violations and the money laundering as evidence, there is no reason on earth that the Crackhead shouldn’t have been indicted in 2017. The tax evasion (something YOU would NEVER get away with, even is we were talking about $200) and the gun charge and Joe Biden breaking our laws by extorting the Ukrainian government, all could have waited until that was further fleshed out. That should have taken another six months. But Old Joe should never become a viable candidate for the presidency.

Even if the charges were negotiated down by an honest prosecutor in order to be left with the most egregious ones, justice could have only been served with Joe, Hunter, Uncle Jim and the others in Hunter’s pretend companies wearing orange jump suits.

With the Trump circus, there were few, if any charges for which ANYONE would ever see the inside of a jail cell. In every case prosecutors used what would later be called “novel legal theory”. That’s a nice way of saying the charges were contrived with the goal of pressing charges against a specific individual. They were clearly NOT intended to uphold laws or seek real justice.

Every case is filthy. In New York, in the Alvin Bragg case the statute of limitations had to be changed in the law first. That means for a while Trump could not be charged even for the petty procedural violation; the payments to Cohen for acting as fixer. Will Fat Alvin now go back and try every case of a similar nature that now falls under the newly extended statues of limitations for procedural error/violations?

The payments were not the “violation”. The violation occurred, according to Fat Alvin, when the Trump bookkeeper paid a lawyer money and picked legal fees from a drop down menu to do it. The “novel legal theory” blows the doors off reality with the extra double secret crime that Trump would be accused of and never have an opportunity to defend himself against. Get details of this part of the persecution in my 11 June podcast.

Hmmmm. Now what case was similar, but far more egregious than the Trump hush money case? You get a gold star if you said BJ Bill’s wife and the phony dossier they invented in 2016.

What that snake, Clinton did was to pay over $1 million to create and disseminate any information they could find that would hurt Trump. They came up empty. They couldn’t call him a womanizer, or crude, or inarticulate. That was already baked into the cake. That would have not harmed him at all. So, they made stuff up.

They had a guy of questionable character, named Steele create a document and move it around so it looked like it might have come from the Russians. And he worked with actual Russian spies to do it. BJ Bill’s wife then started shopping the “dossier” around. She even got the (by then) dithery John McCain to hand it to the FBI. They knew it was coming. This was just a part of the illusion the media would push on the American people.

So we now have a campaign hobbling an election, with the help of foreign, unfriendly agents, using libelous information and paying them all to do it. And how was the payment recorded? It was a legal expense!

It’s laughable.

BUT where did all this take place? Where did BJ Bill’s wife have her headquarters for that campaign? OOOOOOOH, that’s right! New York City. And they were on the job! They wanted an explanation for this $1M payment! (Trump’s hush money payment was $130k. His total to his lawyer, including other fixes and a bonus, expressed as such, was about $400k)

And boy, oh boy, did they ever go after Hillary! They cited her for a procedural violation and fined the campaign.

Meanwhile the whole country knew that an election had been thrown into disarray and lies had been told by the FBI, to the press and in official meetings, due to pressure put on the FBI and DOJ by the Hillary Clinton.

They paid a fine.

Trump paid a whore some shut-up money, saying nothing to anyone, and all the political piggies circled to make a federal crime from a bookkeeping violation, nowhere near as egregious and disgusting as what BJ Bill’s wife did, in a conspiracy that encompassed several law enforcement and intelligence agencies at the highest levels of government.

It’s worth noting that this was most carefully orchestrated with the active participation of John Brennan who waited for co-conspirator James Comey to mention the bullshit “dossier” to DJT, whereupon he would leak it to the press, as agreed prior.

I need to be careful here. I MIGHT get myself suicided.

But this is clearly two distinct tiers of justice. One for political whores, and one for the rich guy from the great unwashed who the political whores hate.

AND IT GETS BETTER!!!!

Even before all this shitty nonsense was put on the public stage by pigs like Brennan, we already knew BJ Bill’s wife had been INTENTIONALLY mishandling extremely sensitive information. She had used an unsecured, twice hacked, private server for official communications. She had communicated with B. Hussein using that server and B. Hussein had used an alias to facilitate those communications (because he knew the server was dirty).

Hillary and her plaything Humma Weiner (Huma Abedin) had told anyone in the State Department who tried to get Hillary’s communications into official channels to back off. Humma told the IT people to never bother the 7th floor about this stuff again.

BUT WAIT! THERE’S MORE!

Once it was clear she was busted, Hillary had smashed many electronic devices that were under subpoena to hide her criminal violations of the law.

Let me digress for a moment. I spend decades under the same security protocols as the ones BJ Bill’s wife worked under as Secretary of State. She and I were both required to sit through the same training as everyone else in the federal government who handled sensitive information. She and I were both required to sign off at least annually that we had taken the training and would follow the requirements. We both, I and Mrs. BJ, signed documents saying that we understood that violating the regulations outlined (under the authority of the law!!!) would result in charges. According to those regulations IGNORANCE OF THE LAW OR EVEN THE BEST INTENTIONS WERE NOT AN AN EXCUSE!!!

James Comey took and signed off on the same training as well. BUT, relying on the ignorance of Congress and the People, and knowing a sycophantic media would carry his water, Comey specifically circumvented multiple laws and policies to cover BJ Bill’s wife.

Once he outlined MOST of the crimes Hillary actually committed, he said (speaking without authority) that no responsible prosecutor would prefer charges against the wench because there was no clear intent.

Let me reiterate two decade of training they and I received. Intent doesn’t matter. And at the same time, HER intent was crystal clear. She destroyed devices under subpoena. HER WILLFUL THREATS TO UNDERLINGS TRYING TO FIX HER MISHANDLING OF INFORMATION ESTABLISHES INTENT TO COMMIT THE CRIME AND THE CONSPIRACY TO COVER UP THE CRIME!

AND IT JUST GETS GOODER AND GOODER!

Most people have forgotten that James Comey himself had his classified notes and memos leaked just before he left the FBI. The crime was referred to the DOJ. Of course, Bill Barr, the typical DC insider, took no action. But Comey’s actions were naked and egregious. The hypocritical pomposity Comey exhibited constantly was laughable.

More laughable is the fact that he is now employed by the College of William and Mary’s department of Public Policy. He teaches, get this, ETHICAL LEADERSHIP. He should be in prison teaching other inmates how to discredit people you think aren’t as cool as you are. That’s where his talent lies.

Back to the TWO TIERS.

You all know all of this. Everybody over the age of 30 knows all of it. And yet many pretend not to.

With all the rampant, shameless grift and graft of the DC establishment we’ve witnessed since the Clintons governed Arkansas, especially among Democrats, is there REALLY ANYONE who thinks DJT should be sitting in courtrooms today? In Georgia, Frumpy Fani, in coordination with the DOJ and the White House has turned, “find me 11,000” votes into a major RICO issue, charging everybody and the janitor to make her petty charges seem more important.

We’ve already discussed Fat Alvin’s invented charges, heavily coordinated with the DOJ and the White House.. And in my June 11 podcast we discussed “Judge” Merchan’s thinly veiled orders to the jury to find Trump guilty of something, ANYTHING!

Inside the Beltway, the political stooge, Jack Smith, under direct supervision of the DOJ and the White House, is trying to make the words “fight like hell” (uttered at one time or another by every politicians in the country) and the admonishment to protest “peacefully and patriotically” into a charge of sedition. How stupid do they think we are? How stupid are we, actually?

In Mar-a-Lago, the same Jack Smith, at the insistence of the White House, has turned a civil matter between a former president and the National Archives into a major criminal case, complete with a dramatic jack-booted raid, Guns and helmets and flack vests, oh my!

You can browse this Substack to find lots on this case. Suffice it to say that Trump has a valid document-by-document argument he can make in the case. Whereas Biden has no such claim. Biden committed hundreds of counts of actually stealing classified documents with NO valid defense for doing so.

And we’ll just brush past the years long conflict between Obama and the same people over tons of documents which were improperly stored and held for conversion to digital format. And YES, it was later discovered that many contained classified data and/or FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY designations. It took years for NARA to finally get the records back. I will dedicate a whole new podcast to the Orwellian “rehabilitation” of that debacle. But I will say now, if you look at the news feed, that rehabilitation started just before the Mar-a-Lago raid.

And every modern day president has left the White House at odds with the National Archives and fought their own fight over their records.

So top-to-bottom, soup-to-nuts, you can see clearly that what has been happening for the last 9 years from Russia, Russia, Russia to Frumpy Fani, has been a political persecution of the first order, carried out with fanatical passion.

And everything we’ve seen on the Biden side of the ledger, from Chinese cash to the Crackhead’s laptop to Biden swiping documents, has been a constant cover-up, aided by an ass-kissing media.

The Left in this country is completely off it’s nut. I realize that’s not news. But every day they continue to amaze at how remarkably stupid and rabidly anti-American they really are!

I just picked up a story in my email about how the Dump Biden movement is presenting a real threat to Old Joe’s reelection. What a shame.

That there are dump Joe people on the Left isn’t the crazy part. There are Never-Trump-ers on the right. The crazy part is the reason these jackasses are busting on Joe.

Members of the party of which the sitting President of the United States is a member (for the truly slow, that’s THIS country), are calling for his demise in support of a backward, uncivilized, violent pack of scum known as Hamas. This is the hill they have chosen to die on. The modern Left is ready to throw the baby out with the bathwater out of their devotion to rapists, cowards and psychopaths and the billionaires they support in Qatar.

I realize this may all be a girly drama being played out by a few well-placed shills who will make a dramatic return to the fold just in time for the election. It is the kind of theater you’d expect of a party utterly lacking a real issue to run on.

But the message they’ve chosen! They’ll throw Israel under a bus and cash in ALL of our national dignity, in either a serious or disingenuous way, using Hamas as their poster boys?

With the border being overrun by diseased, uneducated MEN, along with men who are the tools of foreign governments; with household income in decline for years (unemployment numbers mean nothing); with fentanyl, crime, pathetic trends in education; they decided to hang their hat on Hamas?

The next time someone tries to tell you the Democrat party cares about human rights or women or our cities, give them the middle finger salute and laugh as you turn your back on them.

There’s this from Newsmax.

UCLA is being sued by Jewish students. It seems the school participated in the maintenance of a Jew-exclusion zone during their anti-Israel, Pro-Hamas dirt bag demonstrations.

There should be multiple schools getting buried in lawsuits right now in campuses across the country. There were multiple incidents of Jewish students being forced to use designated entrances to buildings, NOT mandated by the school, but by the Antifa punks, posing as legitimate protestors and ENDORSED or tolerated by the school administrations.

In every case where a student, Jewish or not, was shoved, denied freedom of movement or personally intimidated by the punks in the demonstrations, the schools should face legal retribution.

In the case of UCLA, the school hired security to bolster the protestors and “discourage unwanted students” from walking where they wished or needed to be.

ABORTION, ABORTION, ABORTION!!!

On 6 June, The Megyn Kelly Show had David Pakman on to discuss a variety of topics. He is a consummate purveyor of adolescent snark and intellectual dishonesty.

For example, his response to criticism of Biden’s border bullshit was to say the situation is no different for Biden than any other president - sometimes the numbers are down and sometimes they go up a little. He was even stupid enough to say that there have been times when more people crossed under Trump than under Barack Obiden.

One can only wonder what units of measure he was using when he said “there have been times”. Was he talking about a few stray days?. Was he talking about a few minutes out a few stray days? A few seconds? Because there is no measure against which any presidency compares to Biden’s unforgivable damage to our population in terms of illegals or drugs. He even beats his present boss and White House cabal leader, B. Hussein by a wide factor.

When talking about the Democrat strengths Pakman practically shrieked that abortion was a big one. The fact is, abortion and "Russia, Russia, Russia” are ALL they have. The former is misdirection and the latter is a hoax.

Pakman almost got the vapors when he said that every referendum since Roe V Wade was overturned has been pro-abortion.

Well, how about that, jackass! That was specifically what was intended by SCOTUS when they finally shit canned the garbage case law that was Roe. It immediately became a state issue. I realize Lefties think the central government is our mommy. But what has been proven is that getting the mommy out of the argument didn’t end abortion - for anyone. In two states women may be inconvenienced by a three hour trip to have her abortion on demand. My heart bleeds! Cry me a river!

But the fact that this is seen as a strength for the Dems is not only a testament to their idiotic devotion to having a huge central government. It is also an indictment of the poor messaging and lack of discipline among the GOP. My cohost, Ron Cori addressed this in the JCS Ep 19. Crafting a message that laughs openly at the false panic about abortion SHOULD BE child’s play. But Republicans treat it like it’s rocket science. They are afraid to craft the message. So, in a vacuum, the girly, stupid argument sucks up all the oxygen.

If you get a chance, catch the Megyn’s 6 June episode. Pakman is a real headache to listen to. But he is a good example of what happens when a party stays on message. Even when the message is complete bullshit, it keeps the talking points churning. Having real issues to offer should make it easier for the GOP, not harder. They just need two grow a pair.

And speaking of the border…

Show of hands… how many people thought Old Joe’s executive order (EO) this week indicated he gives the least shit about Americans. If so, allow me to disabuse you of the notion now.

I’m in good company, Rand Paul agrees with me on this, which affirms his brilliance.

The Biden EO was touted as stemming the flow of illegals by restricting the claims for asylum. This description is, of course, a complete fiction.

It does imply that asylum claims can be restricted, but only after the average number of diseased and un-vetted outsiders reaches 2500 per day over 7 days. That is already against the law and an insane number of people (males - military age) to allow into the country. Without reading the worthless document I am certain there is a rider that says POTUS can override any restriction by declaring an “emergency”. This, Joe or any other Lefty president would do frequently - without any real emergency at the border.

The reason we KNOW this is because Joe and the Lefties presented the GOP with what they called a “compromise” on the border so the GOP would sign off on wasting more money on Ukraine. It was a shifty bit of business. They spent four months “crafting” a bill that was absolutely certain to fail in the House. During that four months, they cried about the poor Ukrainians (about whom the Dems give not a single shit). They said it was preposterous that the GOP would hold out like this when the entire world was in danger of Vladimir Putin’s aggression.

They don’t care about Putin either.

The idea was if the bill got passed, a bill that is even more ridiculous than Biden’s idiotic EO, that would be a cool bonus. But if it didn’t, the Dems would pretend to care about Ukrainians and cry about the mean, uncaring GOP until election day. This is precisely what they are doing now. But they knew that POS bill was going nowhere. They just wasted four months.

Joe’s order was as unserious about fixing the border debacle as the Dem bill was. Both are intended to codify the dogshit situation we have there right now. Bring in the Chicoms! Bring in the terrorists! Bring in the drugs! At least the Dems will get a huge cadre of illegal voters out of the deal.

If the White House puppet was serious about fixing the border, he wouldn’t incentivize that lawlessness we see there every hour of every day. But just before his bullshit EO, he terminated without explanation and in contrivance of law, 350,000 asylum cases. We will never see those people in a court until they commit a violent crime and the media can’t cover for them. Many of them will commit the crimes and will be cut loose back into our streets in short order.

That’s how serious Obama’s puppet is about protecting YOU! I have said many times here, THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU!!! If you think they do, you deserve everything they want to do to you - including overpopulating the nation with illegals.

A bit more modern history.

Liberals, male and female, are spotting their panty liners over the “conviction” of DJT in New York. Throughout the circus I have listened as some commentators have explained the backstory behind it. But few, if any, have laid it all out in one go. So, I will do that here.

Back in 2015-16 a prostitute named Stormy Daniels saw an opportunity to extort money from Donald Trump.

Right out of the gates I can hear the hue and cry from the sex-positive DJT haters out there.

First, you’re bitching about the term prostitute. Hey, I have NOTHING against prostitutes. The libertarian in me says that if you can make money as a whore, without being controlled by some jag off pimp, that’s fine. It is, in my opinion, a legit way to earn a living. 90% of my readership will disagree with me on that. I’ll even lose a few for saying it.

But if you have sex for money, whether someone is pointing a camera at you or not, you are a PROSTITUTE, a whore. You are a member of the oldest profession.

If you come back at someone, in this case someone you played hide the salami with, and sat give me money or I will spill the beans, while that MAT+Y be legal, it’s still extortion and a shitty thing to do. But we’re talking Stormy here, not Susan B. Anthony.

So, Michael Cohen, self-proclaimed fixer and Trump’s attorney at the time, was told told to fix the situation, which he did.

In 2017 Trump started cutting checks to Cohen for this and other fixes along with actual legal work Cohen preformed for Trump. The paperwork reflected the payments as “legal expenses” by the bookkeeper, given the choice in a drop down menu. She was paying a lawyer. She chose legal expense. Not dishonest, not a crime. It was the only entry that made sense.

The checks Trump signed, installments of $35,000 per month as agreed by Trump and Cohen, AND INVOICED BY COHEN, were marked as a retainer. Whether you owe a lawyer money or not, there is nothing to prevent your monthly payment to a lawyer from being called a retainer. He bills what is owed on the fly. While receiving a retainer a lawyer can be called upon at any time to act on behalf of the person paying the retainer. To claim the term is anything other than a retainer requires the ability to read minds. More on that later.

This would later come to the attention of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Election Commission (FEC). One can assume it was through the fact checking of the scum bags who would later publish the whore’s book. Both entities chose not to pursue it. In the case of the DOJ, there was no meat here. People paid hush money all the time. It’s not illegal. In the opinion of most people, the payee is the scumbag more than the payor.

As far as the FEC is concerned, any money spent by a candidate that can be in the least way assumed to POSSIBLY be for a purpose other then electoral politics , for example simply getting a greedy whore out of your hair, is not a violation. This alleviates the requirement of an investigator, or in this case a jury of having to be mind-readers. Keep a pin in the that for a bit longer.

Then there was New York.

Even Fat Alvin Bragg was made aware of the transaction between Trump and Cohen. At first he saw what the federal entities saw. Nothing worth pursuing.

But that was then…

While Trump was still serving as president, his old lawyer, Michael Sleazebag Cohen got himself rolled up for a number of REAL crimes. There was tax evasion and running some kind of taxi medallion scam. He was in real trouble.

DJT-hating activists in the DOJ, the department was rife with them, connected a few dots vis a vis Trump, Cohen, and Fat Alvin. They had Fat Alvin look again at the Trump payments to Cohen from 2017. One can safely assume they provided considerable coaching to get Bragg up to speed on their plan to finally “get” Trump. And Bragg ran his shitty, Soros-backed political campaign promising to do exactly that. That is item one on the list of reasons to reverse Trump’s conviction. The prosecutor was openly targeting a man, not a crime.

Bragg had Cohen dead to rights. He was cleanly busted and was going to cop to some real crimes. Then the DOJ got Fat Alvin to tack on two made up crimes which at first Cohen had to have explained to him.

Cohen had already agreed to the plea deal, but Fat Alvin added on two counts of election violations. Cohen was told if you cop to these as well, we’ll go easy on you for the REAL crimes you committed. So what did the shyster, ambulance chaser Cohen do? He copped to the two things he knew were pure bullshit. And viola, a new Trump crime was born.

This all occured years ago. But as they would do with all the crap Trump now faces, they sat on the case. The plan was clearly to bog Trump down in court during his next presidential bid. You can rest assured that if Trump had decided not to run all the bogus charges he faces would have been flushed.

In late 2023, four jurisdictions were now in a foot race. With heavy coordination from the White House, they had to see which years-old and contrived cases would be tried first. Once Georgia (Frumpy Fani also coordinated with the White House) and New York seemed to carry the day, the moldy old convictions…I mean trials… suddenly had to be tried TODAY! Any motion by Trump’s defense was declared by the corrupt prosecutors as a delaying tactic. NOW time was suddenly more important than due process! Political expediency trumps justice.

COHEN’S NAKEDLY DIRTY PLEA DEAL: VERY STRONG GROUNDS FOR APPEAL

So in a deep blue city, with a corrupt, deep blue prosecutor who once turned down this case, with a deep blue judge who should have recused considering his daughter was becoming a millionaire off the case, and a deep blue jury, Trump goes to trial on what would at best be a procedural violation, a citation and fine.

And that’s where the magic happens. Early in the proceedings, Trump is slapped with a gag order. Gag orders are usually intended to protect a defendant from having a jury poisoned by the court of public opinion and sometimes to protect witnesses. When issued by a REAL judge, everyone involved with a case is subject to the order. But not under Merchan.

While Trump was threatened and cajoled and fined for speaking out, key witnesses and Fat Alvin were running their mouths with reckless abandon to anyone who would listen. Cohen and the whore were especially vocal.

Did “Judge” Merchan view the situation and decide to finally include everyone with the gag order? Did he think turnabout is fair play and lift the order from Trump? No. He doubled down on the injustice and continued to threaten Trump.

HERE IS ANOTHER AVENUE OF APPEAL, SHOULD THE TRUMP TEAM FIND A LEGITIMATE APPEALS COURT.

Then came the funniest part of the entire sitcom. Fat Alvin declared that this case was a felony because the procedural “violation” was carried out to commit a federal crime. Exactly what federal crime was a secret. Make that make sense. Fat Alvin and “Judge” Merchan never did.

During the trial, the fake “judge” refused Trump the testimony of his key witness. The former head of the Federal Election Commission (FEC) would have testified that you can’t call Trump’s actions an FEC violation. As I said earlier, if a payment by a candidate, supporter or a campaign can be seen as being ANYTHING other than a direct contribution to a campaign, it cannot be legitimately be considered a campaign violation. The FEC has no mind readers on staff. Neither does the DOJ or Fat Alvin’s office.

But the “judge” couldn’t allow the jury the benefit of that input. It would spoil the surprise. The surprise for the Jury would come after closing arguments.

DENYING THE KEY WITNESS WITH PROBATIVE AND DISPOSITIVE TESTIMONY FOR THE DEFENSE. APPEAL!!!!!!

The whore speaks.

During the proceedings there would emerge two more reasons Trump should walk away clean on appeal.

First, in a sidebar where the defense objected to what they knew was going to be a salacious, non-probitive, non-dispositive line of questioning. They wanted the “judge” to keep Fat Alvin’s team focused on the details of the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and money paid to Cohen.

The “judge” in an effort to taint the jury, and possibly play with himself under his robes, overrulled the defense’s motion.

And so, we were now treated to yet a third version of what supposedly happened that fateful night. Her story has gone from:

Donald was very sweet. It was no big deal. The sex was consensual.

To:

I made him my bitch.

To:

I was horrified! I couldn’t escape! I think I BlACKED OUT!

So now the star witness is shown to be a serial liar on this very subject.

It was the third version of the Stormy schtooping story was related to the jury, in sordid detail, by the prostitute. The “judge” clearly knew what he had allowed was wrong. But he was in the bag for Fat Alvin. To try and cover his lack of ethics, he remarked at the end of Stormy’s perjury that he had no choice but to allow it all because the defense never objected.

But the defense did object in the side bar. They knew the “judge” would shoot down objections going item by item and that would make the defense look desperate. So we are already well into mistrial territory here. And Merchan’s post pejury remarks were put into the record in the hopes that a favorable appeals court might overlook his prurient seediness.

The prosecution had no such problem with serial objecting. Through most of the trial, especially during Costello’s testimony, the prosecution would object at an insane rate. No reason would be given and the “judge” would sustain every motion. Fat Alvin never had to worry about his hacks looking bad because the “judge” was squarely in their pocket. By carrying the prosecutor’s water, the “judge” made them look good. He helped sell the false narrative.

Merchan’s over-the-top mistreatent of Costello stands alone as the basis for claiming that the “judge” himself was prejudicial.

The surprise and the judges instructions

Here’s where this case takes on a level of depravity unseen in any legitimate court before it. The surprise the “judge” and Fat Alvin conspired to keep from the jury was that after being promised the prosecution would reveal the mystery, federal crime behind the crime, they didn’t reveal it. SURPRISE!

Instead, the ‘judge”, now virtually sitting at the corrupt prosecutor’s table, told the jury to make up the underlying federal crime from a short list he provided, or even to come up with another such crime ANY federal crime. They were commissioned, in the “judge’s” instructions, to come up with the crime and then adjudicate it as the new judges and prosecutors, attach it to the procedural violations they’d been bulldozed with for several weeks, AND THEN decide a verdict.

By following the first instruction, the jurors would charge and convict Trump on a charge of their own; no evidence entered into a record and no representation by the defense. They were already told to connect the contrived hush money charges to their new secret conviction. So, once he’s guilty of the jury’s made-up charge, he is automatically considered guilty of the hush money charges. The jury was instructed to find the defendant guilty.

This is what the talking heads have been calling “novel” case law. I call it unadulterated bullshit.

For the conclusion reached to be legitimate, a specified federal crime, tax law or election law, must have been tried and a conviction attained. THEN, if NY STATE found a connection to the federal crime, they could then charge Trump with a conspiracy contrived to commit the federal crime. And the actual state charges would have to have been far more substantial than what Fat Alvin had.

What we witnessed over the last few weeks was a dog pile of a case, delivered in a sloppy fashion, followed by a closing argument that attempted to replace legitimacy with a vast volume of words, 4 plus hours, followed by a convoluted order to convict from the “judge”.

HUGE APPEAL AMMUNITION!

In all I count six that would likely win at the New York State level, and sail through SCOTUS with at least Kagan siding for Trump along with the conservative majority. (9-0 would not be entirely out of the question.)

Everything we’ve covered here is factual. It’s a matter of record. From the White House visitor logs to the judge’s instructions to the jury.

When the appeal succeeds, the panty-clad Left will scream and pull their hair out saying Trump got off on a technicality. And in a sense, they’d be right. Almost all appeals are won on technicalities, large and small. In this case the “technicalities”, there are many, all stem from the the absense of an honest prosecutor and disinterested judge.

In the Trump hush money case, as in the documents case and the Georgia case, political NUT-BAGGERY, COORDINATED BY THE WHITE HOUSE, displaced justice entirely.
