I’m calling an audible here. I was planning to do a send up of UNESCO and the absolutely Stalinist plans they have for you. These plans will be carried out with the full cooperation, coordination and approval of the Biden Administration (or Obama’s third term).

But, ya know what? I don’t want to harsh my mellow today, or yours. So I’ve decided to provide a long-promised book review for you. I have several books to discuss with you. But this one was the subject of more than one episode in recent weeks. I really should have detailed this work weeks ago.

The famous guy you never knew…but should have.

I have a completely rehabilitated understanding of the diesel engine as a result of understanding our subject. If you’re following in the text, Did you catch my mistake in that sentence? I made the same mistake for the entirety of my life until last month.

The name of the engine is Diesel (uppercase D) and, citing another of my mistakes over the years, the name is not characterized by the fuel it uses; quite the other way ‘round.

In The Mysterious Case of Rudolf Diesel: Genius, Power and Deception on the Eve of WWI*, author Douglas Brunt dispels many a myth about the technology, while informing us about a most fascinating man.

Let’s begin with the man. Few men in history have given us more, and understood their own creations more, then Rudolf Diesel. Alexander Graham Bell and Thomas Edison did have a solid grasp on what they wanted to accomplish. They understood their medium enough to create wonders that served and amazed the world they sought to serve. BUT they didn’t have the soup-to-nuts knowledge Diesel would have to acquire, while growing his big idea. Diesel would not only teach himself the chemistry and dynamics of fuel, but also applied mechanical work, mass versus work, metallurgy, and large-scale mechanical modeling.

And while not afraid to get his fingers dirty, he was by no means a stout, gruff grease monkey I always associated with his engine. Rudolf had a challenging life. It was a life that could have rendered many bitter and resigned to fate. But he grew to be an optimistic and sensitive man. Brunt does a great job of portraying the development.

In order to understand the evolution of the Diesel engine concept, and to give us the full sweep of the historical significance of the technology, the author takes us through the entire life of the man behind it. We learn about the childhood that shaped him and the multifaceted life he led.

We witness the slowly developing but inevitable clash between Rudolf and the dark figures that dominated industry and politics in his day. We watch, as we have so many times, a creation intended for infinite good is turned to the use of things evil.

Your host always viewed diesel power, especially in personal application, to be loud, slow, lumbering cousins of our gasoline powered wonders. I had it all exactly backward. I was sold as like most of you, on the idea that gasoline was king. After all, it’s gasoline that provides the incredible power and speed for our muscle cars. It’s sexy, right?

Well, how many of us - be honest - have EVER needed the speed of a muscle car? IN terms of NEED, the answer is none of us, except perhaps police cars. And even they can’t REALLY use the full power of their cars without risk of death. You were sold, by purveyors of a product, to THINK it was important.

And sexy? Yeah, same thing. If being a candidate for intimate affection requires a car of a certain shape, and a speed capability YOU WILL NEVER TAP, you need to work on yourself. But we’re suckers. And the cars companies, and their partners in the petroleum business know this.

And yes, I know. Gas cars are lighter vs horsepower. Seriously, how often has that kind of efficiency been important in your life?

The fact is the diesel engines are far more fuel efficient than their gasoline cousins. And THAT is why John D. Rockefeller and his industrial descendants DO NOT want you in a Diesel car. Trucks, sure. They burn a lot of petroleum. Their engines are huge, again a factor larger than you or I will likely need for personal transportation. But in a car? Diesel is by far the superior product.

I will let Brunt and Rudolf himself explain why per mile, and per hour run, Diesel, AS DESIGNED, is cleaner than gasoline, hands down. The answer will surprise you.

My next vehicle SHOULD be a Diesel. But their are few people who want to sell me one for the reasons advanced above. Those reasons are detailed in the book.

But the book is not an argument of gas vs Diesel - at least not nakedly so. That argument evolves with the character and his times, as told by Brunt.

As a biography/fact-based murder mystery, Mysterious Case… will propel you forward and keep you in the game to the end. And you DO want to stay to the end. The book details without boring you. It argues without rancor, using the natural narrative as a vehicle.

I’m giving this book **** four stars. Highly recommended.

First, let’s dispense with Claudine FOREVER!

Most people are breathing a sigh of relief that Gay was fired from her perch as president of Harvard for her ignorant, two-faced testimony in front of Congress. Her plagiarism was the fig leaf the University, and the WEALTHY corporation behind it all, needed to finally shit can her.

Yay.

BUT…

…that was just a crappy bone they threw you to get you off the scent.

Her presidency was just the prestige post she scooped up as a diversity hire.

The is STILL a professor. A woman with her lack of intellectual scruples, who by ill-gotten credentials is SUPPOSED to be objective, still holds a professorship! With the wag of a finger, she can (and absolutely WILL) destroy the career and end the life’s work of anyone who disagrees with her racist world view. That, if they attend Harvard anyway.

The woman teaches false doctrine. She is among the chief promoters of DEI and other race-obsessed doctrines that keep this nation in a perpetual rerun of Room 222. White people stupid! White men hopelessly stupid! Only minority races know what is good and right. And the most refined wisdom comes from minority children and women.

While I will grant you, I know a boatload of stupid white people, they aren’t stupid because they’re white. In most cases they are stupid because they listen to race hustlers like Claudine Gay! This would be as opposed to sources like Thomas Sowell or Dave Chappelle...or me.

But Claudine belongs nowhere near a position where she can effect the lives of students.

More Orwellian “un-remembering.”

It’s the tripe people like Gay peddle that speaks directly to the next subject.

Fortunately, this segment marks a small victory for normal people over the “woke” mob of perpetual 12 year olds. I’ve spoken of the imbecilic nonsense of base renaming and statue destruction before. Specifically, I hit it in two posts in 2023. The Taliban and the Modern American Left - Same-Same AND The Un-Remembering of Things More Important Than Ourselves. This was a two-part series about the vandalizing of sculpture and desecration of graves endorsed by our present band of political whores. If you don’t know the crime committed at Arlington National Cemetery (ANC), these posts are both worth a visit.

Sadly, not enough normal people spoke up, so the 12 year olds won that one. The sculpture is gone, race as an issue in this country is being exacerbated, and the graves are being desecrated, probably as we speak.

Following the lead of bitchy, Lefty manbuns and shrews, the Federal Government decided to unremember history by renaming military bases to exclude (in the interest of inclusion!!!!!!!!!!) anyone who fought for the confederacy. Not to be outdone, the knuckleheads who run the Arlington National Cemetery decided THEY wanted to play the game too. Thus, the two posts I linked to.

While the Arlington grave desecration is by far the worst of the offenses committed in this vein, it pales in stupidity to what I reveal now.

The fight to cancel William PENN in PENNsylvania

Boys and girls, I have chronicled some of the most moronic examples of the “woke” mob throughout this Substack. I’ve spoken about the cult that is quickly cashing in on this national mental disease. I’ve laughed at gays supporting Hamas. But this is the mack daddy of WOKE absurdity.

Thanks to the outcry of normal people, the National Park Service has withdrawn a plan to remove the William Penn statue from Welcome Park in Philadelphia. The park and statue are one the site of, get this, William Penn’s former home in Philadelphia.

Because of their obvious ignorance of history, a group of shrews and man buns at the National Parks Service decided that because he wore a tricorn hat, Penn MUST have been one of those old, racist, white men we are supposed to hate now. And since native Americans AFTER Penn’s time were mistreated on occasion, in the colonies, the statue should be replaced by…Indian stuff.

Lesson one for the 12 year olds: Penn founded a province that was dedicated to friendly and cooperative relations with indigenous peoples. That later, Pennsylvanians behaved like mouth-breathing Billy Bobs to those tribes, is NO reflection on Penn. The perpetual 12 year olds would have no way of knowing this because history began around the time they reached puberty. Anything before that time is just not important enough to really understand, as demonstrated at the links mentioned before.

For now, after some real tap dancing by the National Park Service, the statue stands. But I can assure you, that won’t be the last we hear of it. The shrews and man buns who first farted out this idea are having hissy fits as we speak. They will float the idea again.

Why should you care? Let’s revisit the ANC insanity.

We remember our history through our memorials, the good and the bad, especially the contested. Statues and monuments are INTENDED to spark questions, in young minds in particular. The Civil War, more than any moment in American history, demands our understanding. 620,000 people died in that conflict.

Not all Union soldiers were honorable. Not all Confederate soldiers were scoundrels. There were brilliant and heroic feats accomplished on both sides. And the soldiers don’t start the wars. Political whores do. It is up to the soldier to bear the greatest pain of the political failures.

Whole families were wiped out on both sides. In Vancleave, Mississippi, one family lost all the males of fighting age throughout the extended family. The monuments not only serve us as a source of questions, leading to answers, they are always intended to soothe the hurt felt by families and towns throughout the country. We care through the remembrance. The sculpture I mentioned at the beginning of this piece was an amazing work intended to stand as a symbol of reconciliation. It has garnered praise from people of all racial and political stripes. That is, until the 12 year olds decided for themselves, and in their empty vanity, that it was something ugly.

If you do a deep dive through the links I provide and those cited, you’ll find that the man buns and shrews involved in the Arlington desecration were also accomplished mind-readers. They claim to know what the monument’s creator was thinking even better than the artist himself did. With ZERO evidence they claim he was glorifying slavery.

The 12 year olds claim that no slave went to war with the Plantation owner. They DID, as I demonstrated in the links. They claim the Mammy wasn’t loyal. Call it what you want, but many (most?) Mammies gave as much or more loving care to the children in her charge than the children’s own mothers did. They were integral to the lives of those children.

BUT, that doesn’t fit the adolescent narrative of the 21st Century man bun. To him/her all historical issues are one-dimensional, which is to say the vapid fixation of the feeble-minded. Duh, Union good. Confederate bad. I can’t even hardly spell nuance.

I failed to mention that the monument the Regime just destroyed was privately funded as a memorial for the dead mourned. To have done away with that particular work legitimately, that reality of funding would have to have been addressed. It wasn’t. The man-buns got away with another act of vandalism, backed by political whores. In this case because people at ANC wanted their 15 minutes too.

This kind of institutionalized un-remembering, along with the invasion of foreigners, few of whom possess critical skills, will be our cultural undoing; cultural suicide. We are diluting our American identity and our knowledge of our history. Do-gooders encourage those who come here to not assimilate.

We will regret this. The power brokers, creating chaos for their own benefit will rejoice in it…until they turn on each other. Then who knows if there will be anyone with the requisite wit to put it all back together again. The knowledge required to do so is being erased.

Uh-oh! The DA made a sex poopie!

…for this one. I’ll try to make this make sense.

First, his firm was getting serious money; hundreds of thousands of dollars, from the DA’s office. He’s getting $700k/yr. for his gig Fani got him in the Trump circus trial. His firm paid for all the trips “he took” her on. For that kind of bread, I guess most of us would risk dating the big, mean girl.

But, you can’t claim to be legit when your secret boyfriend gets the gig. These people are the embodiment of corruption and selfishness they pretend to abhor. They play at law and governance the way toddlers play house. They are not real adults. But the damage they do is real.

It’s almost that time again. We just passed the All-Star break. I had intended to bring Ron Cori back before the break to sit down with Sam Peebles from the Braves Dugout podcast. But I was on vacation through the break. But that’s okay because the season is definitely heating up. So I’ll bring them in next week to compare the Phillies and Braves, talk about each teams challenges and maybe take a wider look around the league.

So keep an eye out for that one. Ron’s shows have been consistently the most popular here.

And speaking of vacation… I’m fresh off the road. I and the woman and the dog hopped in the pickup and dragged a 5th wheel to the mountains and then the beach.

We spent a week in Cherokee, North Carolina. The RV was parked in a place called Happy Holidays RV Resort. It was pretty great. They had a great fireworks show for the 4th. My friend, Dale and I played a round of golf (He can play the game. I pretend...and curse…a lot). The only really nice drive I had all day almost hit the party ahead of us, 300 yards away. I NEVER hit 300 yards unless it is to send the ball three fairways to the right.

And I rode a very skiddish horse named Rio. We made a deal; he doesn’t throw me and I don’t send him to the glue factory. We both survived the experience.

I highly recommend the RV park and the town for a cool family vacation. To give you an idea how popular Happy Holidays is, there is a three-year waiting list to park your rig there long term.

We spent the second week at the Onslow Beach on Camp Lejeune. This was our second time staying there. It has a GREAT beach. We spent two days with my cousin, Barb and her husband Joe. They are both fans of the podcast. We WILL do that again next summer!

If you are military or DoD civilian, you should consider a cabin or RV stay at Onslow Beach. The only caveat, you are MILES from the gates to Jacksonville, Moorehead City or Sneadsville. But it’s worth it. You might even see that as an advantage.

A quick note about Peter Zeihan

Most of the warnings here about demographics and economics are from PZ. Some are mine. The 11 Points that I contend MUST be addressed to move through the coming contractions are mine.

That said, while Peter’s work is first rate thinking, and my work is nothing short of brilliant, they are the product of individual thinking. There are always variables that come into play that prognosticators never thought about, but thinkers and populations might come up with, to mitigate or avoid the predicted difficulty. Let’s hope there are a lot of people like that preparing for the near future.

And while I do enjoy PZ’s work, I am not a blind follower of his thinking. There are areas in which we disagree. I was surprised to learn, for example, the he is an ESG and Davos/WEF apologist. In a recent post, Zeihan said Davos was just a big party and that there were, meh, good things to consider in ESG.

I don’t sense an agenda, although there might be one. But I reject his thinking out of hand for two reasons. First, I have clips and quotes throughout this Substack of the Davos loonies telling us in their own words exactly what they intend to do to this world and to our lives. It’s already happening. Second, our government is shot through with Davos/WEF cult members who are putting ESG into play. They are also rapidly bringing a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) online. This is PRIMARILY a programmable form of electronic control over all of us. Meanwhile, BlackRock and Vanguard and other WEF member banks are buying up HUGE blocks of stock in key industries and wielding incredible power over boardrooms to promote a dull, grey life for you, and power and wealth for them and the rest of the cult.

C’mon. You don’t think Disney and Bud and Target are committing financial suicide because they care a wit about the trans fad, do you? They get rated by the government and those banks on how much of that shit they publicly pretend to support.

And for the record, “smart cities”, courtesy of Davos, will be prisons. The bars will be your cell phone and CBDC. Doubt me not.

What I won’t do is fall for the fallacy that if I disagree with you on point X, then everything else you say is wrong. That is the default position of most of our nation of 12 yr olds. Much of what Zeihan warns of is mathmatical certainty. No matter your politics, he’s worth the read. I’ll leave an unpaid link at the end of the text.

If you disagree with any of my 11 Points skip over those. But no thinking person can dismiss all of them. PREPARE!

Let’s talk about Crime

I heard it said recently that if the Democrats in our major cities stopped beating and killing each other, violent crime in this country would drop by 90%. I don’t know how accurate that is, but I’d bet it’s close.

We have become exactly what the ruling class want us to be. We are wildly divided over issues that are self-evident in their clarity. But we manage to argue over them anyway. That’s because so many of us are emotional train wrecks and reject reason for what sounds pithy or woke. We are distracted, not paying attention to the things we should. We have work, little league, Netflix and dart tournaments. That works out very well for the political whores.

But the thing the politicians need us to be more than anything is to be living in two camps; criminals and frightened sheep. Because we have been conditioned not to fight back, criminals and political whores thrive. People walk through their day itching to get into conflict, while others will do anything to placate the violent and the obnoxious.

This is why our cities have been turned into shitholes, more dangerous than Fallujah or Basrah ever were. For decades the political whores sucked up money from state and federal government, or directly out of your pocket and created sham “programs” to fight crime. It was all lip service. They were never intended to work. You are easier to control if you are frightened. And criminals are convenient for political whores who want too keep you frightened.

Now, they don’t even hide their agenda. Left wing DAs, funded by scum, often foreign scum, now state outright that they have no intention of fighting crime on a real level. They have no intention of clearing the streets of the worthless criminals or homeless or addicts who shit on our sidewalks. But god help you if you do. THEN they bring the full weight of the law down on your head.

That would be because you would be messing with the disgusting dystopia that feeds their power and wealth. Can’t have that.

They are actively building a world where there will be no sense of good and evil. They are actively building a world based on violence and ignorance. It works for them.

So crime is another area we must fix. The coming market shortages and demographic collapse SHOULD work out to be a minor inconvenience in this country. We SHOULD be able to get through it in relatively good shape compared to the rest of the world.

But with the criminal shit, emboldened by politicians who rely on the existance of the criminal shit, any blip in the supply of goods, any energy problems experienced (also an invention of political whores), any disturbance in our day to day life, will be seen as an opportunity for the criminal class.

Any consumable we value can and will become a black market commodity. We already have inner city gangs moving into the suburbs. This problem will grow exponentially in the present criminal justice system.

So, in order to see the other ten of the 11 Points to successful conclusions, we MUST radically alter our attitudes about crime and criminals, and so do quickly. Every citizen who wishes to live safely and peacefully MUST make the lives of their local and state politicians un-peaceful. We must get very loud at council meeting at the town and county level.

Do you remember the Loudon County parents who stood up for their kids in school board meetings last year? They got changes made. Some were elcted to that very board and to the county board of supervisors. They were loud and persistent, but most importantly - they showed up!

To do these things, we might have to give up a few rounds of golf. We might have to make carpool arrangements for little league. We might have to DVR our favorite movies. But we NEED to get in the faces of the complacent ruling class and make it clear their days in power are going to be very short if things don’t turn around very quickly.

We must, as a group, demand and secure the resignation or dismissal of the prosecutors and DAs who refuse to do their job. We must vote for politicians who have NO INTENTION of coddling violent criminals. We must also vote for people who will take a bulldozer to tent cities, force the people in them to clean up their act or live in institutions rebuilt for that purpose.

For the non-violent addict who gets in trouble with the law or the homeless guy who doesn’t know how to come by assistance, we can show compassion. And that doesn’t extend to letting them sleep on the street. That is not compassion. It is social suicide, as many major cities have learned in recent decades.

But to the violent criminal, we owe NO COMPASSION. We don’t owe them a comfortable cell. We don’t owe them a TV. We don’t owe them a weight room. We can provide books that impart real knowledge and perhaps even an education or a trade. But those must be earned and should be very expensive in terms of good behavior. Bad behavior must be punished harshly in full view of the prison population.

But it doesn’t stop there. Any official who breaks the rules in the disposition of criminals must mandatorally spend HIS sentence among that same population. Cops and officials who take bribes from ANY criminals, regardless the color of the collar, should get the same treament. In fact, the dirty cop should do time in a prison uniform with the word “COP” stenciled on the back of his uniform.

And yes, because I know many of you were going there, we need to be as severe with those who commit “white collar” crimes as well. In the world we are moving into, these bastards will do far more damage to the system, and huge numbers of lives, than any street scum would do.

But the visible crime. The crime that does the most psychological damage to the citizen, that tears at the fabric of society, is that done by the scum in our streets.

But what about non-violent street crime? Do we go after that with the same urgency as other crimes? While I would say there might be a matter of degree here - violent offenders need to go in a hole for a long time - I would also say that the constant thievery and vandalism plaguing our businesses and institutions is more pernicious than all the rest.

Of all the criminal activity exasperated by weak and corrupt DAs, it’s the punk thief and the addict looking for an easy fix that does the most damage of all. On its face, it may seem nickle and dime. But it is constant, and perpetrators are ever more brazen.

Earlier, I mentioned things ending up on the black market. It’s already happening in a world of relative plenty. And items in short supply are huge targets of petty crime scumbags. When you see video of these punks tearing through a store unmolested leaving with bags of merchandise, where do you think that ends up? It goes on Ebay. They aren’t stealing bread to feed their families. They’re scum. And there’s no one to arrest the scum.

If someone gets shot in front of a store near Union Square in San Francisco, it’s tragic and the cops are called to investigate. But you don’t then close the store. But if your employees hear gunshots every damn day and have to walk around human feces going to and from work, you close. And if your stores are vandalized every day and your property is stolen every goddamn day, you close. I would submit the latter is the more expensive for the store.

And that is exactly what is happening in San Francisco. Major employers and tax generators are leaving. They have to. And the city that was once a beautiful place becomes a little shittier with each closing. There have been many.

While each perp has to own his actions and should be severely punished by society, it is the political whores across the country who are actively facilitating the chaos, and then pretending to be the answer to the problem, while facilitating more. They don’t care about YOU! They don’t fear YOU! Perhaps it’s time you taught them to.

The tolerance of scum must end. The scum on the streets, the scum in our financial system and the scum in political office. How we dispose of the scum should weigh heavily on the minds of those considering any kind of offense. Right now, it doesn’t. That is what must change, NOW!

Trade Policies

This is yet another area where we should win in a walk. But with the bag o’ dicks we have running the show right now, we could end up getting dinged pretty good as things unravel.

In his book, The End of the World is Just the Beginning, Zeihan points out, in terms of supply and consumption, internationally, we peaked in 2019. There will not be a bigger, better year than 2019 for a very long time. That, in itself, is not a very big deal. The Boomers are aging out, the population isn’t growing by leaps and bounds (except for the illegal hoards crossing our borders), so in itself, we shouldn’t worry, right? Wrong.

When I was in the Navy we were taught that the Navy’s primary mission was to keep the sea lanes open for free trade - for EVERYONE. And for almost 60 years that is exactly what we did. But we have let that mission slide. Every year, we’re less and less interested in continuing to do that for other countries.

So the movement of goods, between aging and less productive populations is not only shrinking, but it will become more dangerous at sea. Don’t believe me? Okay, show of hands, who doesn’t think that if left to their own devices, Ukraine wouldn’t sink the first Russian oil tanker they could get to? I am including sabotage in open waters or in foreign waterways. And those are not the only unfriendly actors on the world stage. Their conflict is just hotter than most others.

Due to factors other than age, European productivity is dancing on the edge of a cliff right now, mostly as a result of unfortunate energy policies. The EU is soon to become a memory. Scotland might still break from the United Kingdom. Brexit is already in the rear view. And China is headed for the industrial dung heap.

Old alliances and trade relationships are about to become very fluid. Previously reliable supply lines will have gaps if they even continue to exist.

This will be a major challenge to governments and people. It’s the reason I wrote the 11 Points. We need a much more mature and resilient society and a nimble economy in order to get through the tough times ahead, or to make them less tough. That said, there is opportunity here, IF we can find competent representatives to exploit the mess on our behalf.

On my podcast called Walking With Giants with Patricia Degennaro, I hit on an idea that could have real legs. If it works, I want full credit in the history books. It has to do with new trade relationships.

The Brits, post-Brexit are still seeking trade partners. Leave aside they chose to pull the plug on the EU while the old order was unraveling. Their remaining in the EU would have staved off the worst of the slide only for a year or two. It’s even possible that the UK was just the first rat off a sinking ship.

We have a good reltionship with them already. I think we should grab a blanket and some nice wine and seriously canoodle the island nation. Great Britain still sits atop a huge commonwealth of nations. They have trade and cultural connections that can either thrive or wither on the vine as international trade and exchange of value becomes tenuous.

I think the US should propose an expansive free-trade network where we become the biggest, most powerful member and customer of the Commonwealth. And why not? Lot’s of former colonies, now independent, are loyal members. They can all continue to bow and scrape for King Chuck. But the important result will be a viable alternative to the dying global order. Many of the most important members are already existing allies. So maritime security would be easy to provide.

We could continue to grow our influence and trade with other important countries as well. Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Vietnam, the Philippines, Turkey, if they’re smart enough, can grow and trade with the Commonwealth + 1, or crash with the rest of the trading world.

But all this requires real heavy lifting. The repatriation of industry, already started (a little) in the United States has to really take off - NOW! We need to retool and relearn how to manufacture our own stuff on a power grid that doesn’t rely on tinker toys.

We need to rebuild our steel industry with technology we created and the rest of the world uses now. Micro technology and medicine must be viewed as strategic assets and brought here. Agriculture must return to the creation of food, meat and vegetables. We must STOP putting food in our gas tanks. It’s never worked as advertised anyway. And the nuts crying about cow farts and that awful fertilizer must be ignored. They are a threat to our national security.

ESG MUST be ejected from the economy and government. It’s a assault on YOUR personal liberty and stands in the way of all 11 Points we seek to address.

What we should NOT do, and what the puppet masters running the present administration seem to be doing, is prop up China. We need to educate China about the future. Xi Jingping has psychologically, gone fishin’. China has cities that are nearly uninhabited because they went on a building spree unsupported by population growth. We need China just long enough to spin up factories, here or elsewhere, to replace Chinese factories. Then we cut China loose to sink or swim. They need to kiss our asses if they want anything from us.

We need to wreck Iran’s nuke program. Just because B. Hussein wanted to be the Muslim-American Savior who gave Shia the Bomb doesn’t mean we have to go along. This has been a foreign policy embarrassment for the US for a decade now. Iran must be isolated. Regime change should be our announced policy. And yes, we would be repeating history. Hopefully we won’t have another Jimmy Carter in the White House at a critical point.

Tomorrow, Dr. Jill will cart out the puppet, on behalf of the cabal who are running the government. Anticipate that he will be propped up at the podium to spew fresh hate on his opponents. He’ll use the standard, stupid drivel they write for him, including “ultra-MAGA”, “White Nationalists”, “Right Wing terrorist threat” and “threat to democracy.”

Be aware, these dark tantrums are intended to piss you off. ALL of you. Right and Left. The primary goal is to get ANYONE who ever said ANYTHING nice about DJT to commit an act of violence. Getting a bunch of people worked up would be even better for the Regime. They would be overjoyed by any violence they can provoke.

But they also know that the Right, people with jobs, people with dignity and responsibilities, are rather difficult to rouse to violence. We only have one real riot to our credit since WWI. And the Regime, and their silly trolls, have been milking that for three years!

But the backup plan is built into the provocation. Through the puppet, and media fluffers, the Regime wants the Left primed in the event they lose in 2024.

It isn’t likely since the Left has ballot manufacture down to a science. It wouldn’t surprise me a bit if they have calculated how many votes they would need to create, and where, to ensure another false victory.

But failing that, the hate speech, from an “elected” official will be the gasoline they throw on their minions.

The Right may not be prone to riot. But riot, gratuitous looting and violence are the default go-to for the base of the Left. In the event they do lose, the Regime won’t be satisfied with the stupid cry-ins we saw in 2016.

No, the political whores on the Left will want the streets to burn. And they know people will organize just that. [Wait, you didn’t the riots we put up with for two years were spontaneous events, did you? Don’t be silly. They were well orchestrated, “mostly peaceful protests” during which 36 people died, thousands were injured and $2B in damage was achieved.]

If the Regime loses, and the Leftie riots occur, the Regime will blame whoever wins in 2024 for the riots even before they take a single official action.

So don’t look for anything remotely intelligent tomorrow. Look for lots of ugly red meat and adolescent pandering.

A word about the invasion of illegals

First, I will state it plainly, NONE of the illegals pouring over the border, bringing their diseases and problems with them, are asylum seekers. Almost none of them is from Mexico, if any.

Mexico is a treaty nation under international agreements for asylum seekers. When the illegals got there, from wherever they came, their asylum seeking days were over. Mexico is not permitted to wave these creatures through to another country. The few who did have REAL asylum issues should have been processed for at least a temporary stay in Mexico and ALL the rest should have been turned away.

But that’s not the main point I wanted to make about the invasion.

I keep hearing about the “broken immigration system”. That is the defense the political whores use to keep the flow of disease and drugs pouring over the border. We would love to stop the flow, but the “system is broken”. The same whores say we need “comprehensive immigration reform” before we can do anything about the phony asylum seekers.

Too often, in an effort to appear collegial, I hear conservatives allow that “comprehensive reform” is needed but can’t we fix the border at the same time? Such allowance give credence to an utterly bullshit point.

Every time a Lefty, especially Biden or Mayorkas, say unvetted millions are pouring over the border because the “system is broken”; and when they say it under oath in front of lawmakers, they are committing perjury and indicting themselves of criminal activity.

To wit…

The law, whether Lefty and Righty whores like it or not, is clear about immigration, refugees and asylum seekers. We are doing none of what the law requires. So, those at the top of the organizations responsible for enforcing these laws are criminals. They add to the charges, which should be brought, by suborning lawlessness among their departments.

They have turned our border patrol into a welcome wagon. They have wrecked life in border states. They have damaged farms and businesses on these areas. They have willfully facilitated rampant drug traffic. And at no time in the last three years have they followed the law.

“The system is broken” is no defense at all. It doesn’t permit lawlessness on the part of the Regime. It doesn’t entitle business cronies of the government to their near slave labor. Government, like every other swinging dick in this country, is required to follow the letter and spirit of the law. If they don’t like a law, then representatives are required to make a winning argument to change it. Failing that, the law stands and must be enforced.

Since Mexico broke international agreements by helping these people cross our borders, and since the cartels Biden is actively assisting are located there, the correct, legal action to take immediately is to zip-lock the border and start shipping every single “asylum seeker” directly into Mexico to have their treaty-mandated hearings.

When caught anywhere in the country, any illegal who doesn’t claim asylum status should be immediately returned to their nation of origin.

Too bad there are so many whores in charge.

I have no illusions that the Regime will do any of this. I KNOW there is not enough testicular fortitude inside the beltway to insist on the Regime following the law.

I am simply pointing out how poorly these whores are performing on your behalf. It matters little. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU! THEY DON’T GIVE A WARM, WATERY SHIT ABOUT YOUR SAFETY, HEALTH OR SECURITY. NOT ONE BIT! They SEEK to screw you over. They INTEND to create an unstable environment. All for reasons I have outlined in adjoining articles on this Substack.

I’ve always said that if I could write full time I’d be willing to do it for free. Well, I’m full time, and I’m doing it for free. It doesn’t feel as purely good as I thought it would. It is a labor of love, but I wouldn’t mind picking up a few sheckels and yen: a little beer money.

I don’t listen to Glenn Beck often. I work from home and only hear his show when I happen to be driving and a commercial interrupts Chris Plante. Beck was in fine form this morning.

One of the things mentioned was all the protocols, under the auspices of the UN, in cooperation with “private companies” in the US, to decide what information should and should not be permitted to be on the internet or the airwaves.

I already know I am heavily throttled on FB. This is part of a long-standing arrangement they have with the government. But that’s small potatoes compared to what’s coming real soon.

And again, this has everything to do with the Davos lunatics, like that knob, Al Gore. They are heavily featured in recent posts on the P4B. In fact, a speech Al made recently was included in the commentary about this subject.

Ultimately, entities like the FBI will be charged with enforcing the UN speech rules. I will get into the specifics in the coming week. But for now, I’ll just say the FBI, DOJ, DHS etc., until the take my means of communication away, can snuffle like piglets between my magnificent butt cheeks.

First, they had us put food in our gas tanks (ethanol) to no benefit. I will allow that they weren’t thinking big back then. But getting away with that surely helped inspire the idiocy they are rapidly building now.

Then the big thing was electric cars. So popular were they, that the nanny state is STILL giving you YOUR money to buy them and giving car companies YOUR money to build them. They lack range, they are dirty as hell to make and NOBODY will ever want to buy a used one. They are tinker toys. They have no future, but Uncle Stinky is doing everything they can to keep the money flowing to their cronies who they help to build them. OBEY.

In the ongoing experiment into how they can fuck up your life, but keep you obedient, they have widened the net of things they want to downgrade or manipulate. Bottom line up front: They want everything you use to be subject to central control. If you are a bad serf, they will turn off your phone. If you keep your house too warm, they will turn off you electricity. If you go further than you are permitted to go, they turn off your car. If you commit any number of sins against the state, like writing for the P4B, your money will be turned off.

Doubt me not! You must start fighting back!

Let’s continue the list. Two years they started to craft legislation to ban gas stoves. When a Department of Commerce guy made a truth poopie and announced the fact, the Regime immediately denied it. Then they quietly continued apace. Now California and New York are banning gas stoves and water heater hookups in new construction. Certain classes of gas stoves, the ones people on a budget can afford, are already banned outright.

As demand is artificially crushed by Uncle Stinky, all gas stoves and water heaters will ALL be replaced by electric appliances which we all know run on pixie dust and warm smiles.

Last year they mandated that your air conditioners will be downgraded to save us from global warming. [shudder and whimper] This is among the most stupid of ideas, in that everyone will just run their gear longer and harder, especially at peak summer hours. Any reduction of amps per unit will be eliminated by hours per unit run. But they probably know that. They don’t care about you! They simply demand you obey.

My regulars will have seen my drive to be in all 50 states by the New Year. I didn’t make it. And a single tear shines on my face. But what the hell. The subscriber list had a few ticks up and I’m with you guys and you’re what matters.

These days they are getting hardons for your lawn equipment. As stated in detail here, California and that knob, Gavin Newsome are mandating that all lawn equipment will be battery-powered. Without a huge rehash, let’s just say the idea will not succeed. But the government will not relent.

In recent days, Joe Duh’s puppeteers had him quietly announce they are now going to downgrade your refrigerators and freezers. And they’re after washers, dishwashers and dryers. We need to use less power and water because of climate change! [butt pucker]. This WILL NOT improve a single thing.

Some of you are old enough to remember the switch to low flow toilets. What a joke. What we used to do in one flush we now do in three or even four if we ate a lot of spinach last night. And so it will be with this stupid idea of a power-saving washing devices. We’ll use more hot water pre-rinsing our dishes, pots and pans. Then many will double cycle the washing machines. Clothes washers and dryers will be run in the same way.

Ah, but that’s why Big Brother is insisting on smart meters. You will be watched! If you use too much power and/or water, it will be cut off until you kneel before your betters and live a less comfortable, less healthy life. And your kids will see you kneel.

The lunatics behind ALL of this, the green scammers and the Davos/WEF cult intend to run the world broadly and your life specifically. To do so they have embarked on making your house less enjoyable and more inconvenient. They are working through a series of steps, all coming at an accelerating pace, to get you used to obeying them.

The illusion is the saving of power and water. They do these incredibly stupid things instead of the real effort required to improve the delivery of power and water. Why fix the grid and build proper power plants (natural gas, Nuke, geothermal and LFTR)? Just make the proles use less and less power.

I know what you are thinking right now. What about poor Klaus Schwab, John Kerry, Bill Gates and that knob, Al Gore? Won’t they suffer in this Retarded New World? It’s kind of you to worry. They are your betters after all. John Kerry calls the group “a select group of human beings” and “almost extraterrestrial” in their quest to “save” the planet.

But you needn’t worry. This bag o’dicks will be quite comfy, thanks. They will continue to have gas stoves, all the propane they can bury in their expansive compounds, and eat all the best meats. We will exist to ensure their comfort and luxury while we eat the bugs and pretend meat they will sell us.

You live in a country where petulant, activist judges are brazen enough to remove their party’s prime opponent from elections. Putin much? I fully expect the U.S. Supreme Court will dump the Colorado Supreme Court’s hissy fit.

They sure as hell better. There are people who really don’t like DJT [hand raised] but who will not tolerate any more electoral bullshit from the Left. But that’s the whole point of that courtroom exercise and the others we’ll discuss today. They are intended to incite violence and spark hatred.

You live in a country where aliens, including illegal aliens, can vote. Even before the Regime teamed up with the cartels to smuggle in millions of un-vetted bodies and drugs, the fix has been in. In fact, the fix anticipated the mass smuggling by our own government.

Several states (all?) arranged for aliens and illegal aliens to have drivers licenses or state ID’s. It was declared illegal to note immigration status on these ID cards. These cards are used for voting. So now we have armies of illegal voters. Hell, even the damn census taker can’t ask if people are illegals.

Further, the “non-profits” and “non-governmental organizations” that coach these aliens and illegal aliens on how to game the system, make sure the aliens know it was the Dems who smuggled them into the country. It’s the Dems who will keep them here and protect them even if they commit violent crimes. Then they hand them a ballot. Comprende Democrats? Amigos, bitches?

Political whores try their best to convince people with Hispanic surnames that their interests are tied to the fate of the illegals because…well…some of them have similar names. The good news here is, these REAL Americans are onto the Dems silly, shallow, racist game.

Can we be more stupid?

Oh, easy. You live in a country where adults, MANY adults tell THEIR OWN CHILDREN that boys can turn into girls and girls can turn into boys. Poof. And if they want to make a meal of it, actual adults tell THEIR OWN CHILDREN that they can have themselves mutilated to make the game of make believe seem…sort of…real. Sort of…for a year or two. Then the hell sets into the kid’s life.

In a few areas you can lose your parental rights if you don’t go along with the whole trans charade, including mutilation. Josef Mengele would have been so proud of these people.

People pretending to be teachers, who are actually activist indoctrination drones, teach white kids that they are evil and racist at birth. They conduct exercises where white kids are separated out for different treatment to punish, embarrass or otherwise break their spirit so they’ll buy into the blatant bullshit. And, oh, don’t tell mommy and daddy.

Indoctrination administrators are telling parents that math and sciences are racist. Showing your work is racist. Insisting on schedules is racist. Setting minimum requirements is racist. Merit is racist. They pretend not to know that all those statements are racist!!!

I have lots of these examples of how the average citizen has allowed himself to be so boxed in. We don’t believe any of the bullshit, but we pretend to because we want to be a part of the nonsense or we are too scared to fight it. So I’ll do one more. This one is from the right side of the Uniparty.

Every couple of months, FOX News goes all idiotic over space aliens. They feature the same wide-eyed knucklehead to tell us HE KNOWS we have dead aliens in our possession. In these reports a photograph is featured of the two space creatures. And they just happen to look EXACTLY like the ET of movie fame. Of course no one is allowed to take samples of these obvious plaster sand castings.

Even Chuck “Snake Oil” Schumer holds the occasional hearing on the subject. He’s got nothing better to do. Lot’s of vapid adults pretend to believe this. It’s exciting. It makes the dummies feel like Carl friggin’ Sagan to talk about it. BUT…

Now, I just stepped you through the five-minute exercise to point out how easily cowed too many of us are. In a few seconds, in the Main Event segment, we’ll talk about how much more easily we’ve been fooled. The big government con game has been much more nuanced and gradual. They use the loud, obvious stuff, like the trans fad to keep you looking at the shiny object. Meanwhile, they run green scams, CBDC and smart cities right under your noses.

The Main Event

If you read the articles I’ll link to without my prologue, you might see through it immediately. But some might be taken in with the self-congratulatory jargon, tarted up as sensible rhetoric. You might even be impressed with the high-minded goals these organizations CLAIM to strive for.

But even a moments pause will allow you to see the real intentions of these kinds of organizations and the damage they WILL do if they are not torn from society, roots and all.

Let’s start with two articles about the Rockefeller Foundation. Pretty mainstream, right. An old rich guy’s legacy doing good and righting wrongs, is it?

NO!

This is the bulldozer poised to level what’s left of the strong, successful society we in the West have built. In its place will be the serfdom I’ve been warning about for a long time now.

Things to consider while reading this article.

I’ve warned you about “smart cities” many times on this Substack. In a nutshell, they will be your electronic prisons. Your cell phones will be your shackles. CCTV cameras everywhere will be the razor wire that contains you. Your travel will be restricted. Your diet will be throttled by those who own EVERYTHING that provides food. You productivity and money (CBDC) will be the playthings of those exempt from the serfdom; the betters you will serve.

If you leave your assigned area, your car will shut down (golf carts already use this technology to keep you off restricted fairways) and your phone will not work (other than to rat out your location). With the same electronic chains in mind, what travel you will be permitted (if your a good, little serf) will be heavily limited in distance and duration.

How can I possibly know this? The people I am introducing today SAY THEY INTEND TO DO ALL THIS! And as in the case of the first link, they claim in breathy terms how it is all going to be good for you.

Here’s the best part. All that crime we are enduring, the political discord, the pitting parents against kids, White against black, gay against straight, and on and on. That’s intentional. It will be the springboard for all the above. "Look what we “saved” you from!” they’ll exclaim.

When reading the article at the first link, keep in mind your CBDC, the money they can turn on and off even when it is in your account. And check out this slick shit.

Climate refugees? there is no scientific reality that demonstrates what the hell a “climate refugee” might be. But they are going to “rush” money to them over their cell phones.

Let’s leave aside how the fuck a “climate refugee” can even enjoy a cell phone. Instead we’ll talk about how they will come up with the money to rush to them. That’s easy! They already have it. It’s in your account. They just reduce what you have and give it to the non-existing “climate refugee”. This will more than likely end up rushed to the corrupt head of the country where the “climate refugee” lives. It will build another palace or buy a private jet. The people designated to play “refugees” will get a drink of water and a bag of rice.

But you can see how this ties neatly into the Climate Alarmism which has yet to be proven right on a single assertion or prediction. But it is still the tool of choice for sociopolitical manipulators.

Tele-health?

Do we need a new digital infrastructure created to provide tele-health? To share medical information? Well, if all the people we are supposed to be helping have cell phones, then the answer is absolutely NOT. We simply need to codify the use of firewalls on medical information so it can be better communicated to the user.

The few honest people left in the system are leery of this. They know the government and insurance companies will get a hold of this information and use it against patients for employment and insurance coverage.

So, the technology already exists. BUT the ability to turn it all on and off, based on what a good serf you are, will be a part of the digital concept the smart cities rely on.

And since it will be utterly under the control of the new Big Brother, tele-health can also be a handy tool for tele-death. Have a problem with the politics of a certain region or individual (like yours truly)? Big Brother can take care of that with a keystroke. No medicine for them. And who wants to care for old people? They don’t serve Big Brother well. Are you 80 and sick? Tele-help says morphine for you. Bon voyage.

You might say “they would never do that!” I will remind you of RFK Jr and his two rules of politics. The second rule is: If a government can abuse a power, it absolutely WILL abuse it. Once these people have total control of the hand that feeds you they will act ALWAYS in their own self-interest. Moral or ethical considerations will not be a part of the equation. To do other will open the door to their downfall. Once in the cat bird seat, they will never relinquish it. That’s RFK’s first rule.

I’m not predicting the future here.

I am not telling you what is going to happen. I am only warning what IS happening right now, and carrying it out to its inevitable conclusion. These people are already doing what I say they’ll do as the article demonstrates. They infest every level of government and academia.

Again, note the sales line about it being good “for all”. There is nothing under the sun that is good “for all”. There is no one-size-fits-all, government enforced program that works or has ever worked - EVER. In the case of what the Rockefeller Foundation and their fellow Davos cultists intend, there is only one set of concepts they will impose on you.

Buzz word salad

The second link, also linked within the first is an even more chilling preview of your life.

It won’t be too chilling if you are already a welfare sponge. You won’t feel a thing. But if you are a productive member of society, with your own goals and dreams you have an unhappy life to look forward to, if we don’t succeed in ridding our society of these presumptuous usurpers.

The key thing that jumped out at me in the 17 Rooms article is the use of buzz words employed. In context, they demonstrate clearly what I am saying today and have pointed out before.

Examples:

Stakeholders: This is bullshit term I first heard in the hallowed halls of government. Back then it was a cute bureaucratic term to refer to participants in a particular program. It implies that the participants have skin in the game or hold a stake.

The real meaning of the term would be people with a REAL, PERSONAL STAKE in something. It can be interchangeable with the word stockholder if a commitment of money is involved. If not, then it refers to people whose personal sweat and effort have been committed to thing.

In this context, “stakeholders” refers to those “non-profits”, “NGOs” and other individuals who will siphon off the fruit of YOUR work through the good offices of Big Brother. They have no real stake. They are not helping the world. They are just waiting for the payday. 17 Rooms is just one big collection of the naive groups who will design our, and their own, fealty to Big Brother.

Sustainable: This is a dead give-away of intent. Today, as we’ve learned discussing wind farms, solar farms, and bugs-for-food, on this substack, “sustainable” insists on the use of all the resources the Davos cult, through BlackRock, Amalgamated Bank, ESG and CBDC, etc. will own and control. Inspired by the Chinese business model and Social Credit Score, your quality of life will hinge directly on your ESG score; your obedience and docility. Except for the bugs, nothing they call sustainable is any more sustainable than what we do now; much less so in most cases. For example wind power vs Nuke or Natural Gas for power. That they even make a comparison should give you the lie to their intentions.

And I have no intention of eating their goddamn bugs!

Collective: A general quarters klaxon should sound inside your head when any person, ambitious for power as ALL these people are, uses the term collective in terms of effort or reward. The “collective” is communist code for “the suckers we’re trying to get one over on.”

17 Rooms U: That’s college campuses (campi), as I said earlier. There is no bigger sucker for this kind of self-importance and pie-in-the-sky bullshit than a college professor, especially those engaged in false disciplines like sociology and pop psychology. They just eat this shit up and vomit it on our kids. Always they appeal to the student’s naive, emotional nature but not their critical grey matter.

Fun: I just put this in here because I thought it was just peachy how they found a “fun” way to fuck up our world for us.

Here’s the bottom line.

There is one force that has fueled everything we’ve accomplished since man walked upright. I have a need or desire, and I know what I am willing to pay for it. Someone has the answer or the product. We negotiate. I have my needs met. The provider now can service his needs based on how well he serviced mine. That’s economics.

It’s not he economic distortions and manipulation taught in university or abused by government today. Sound, real economics has carried us to where we are now despite the interference attempted, all throughout history, by those who seek to corner markets and control all of us. They have failed repeatedly to game the system.

But, now they stand a real chance of succeeding. If we don’t decentralize information and the means of it, if we don’t fight back for the lives we want, the power mongers like Gates, Schwab, Kerry, Soros the Chinese and the rest of the sick cult could very well succeed at wrecking the world we’ve enjoyed.

These people are the new central planners, if we let them finish the groundwork. They ACTUALLY believe they can MANAGE the entire world. They are truly that delusional. In reality all they can do is create dull, grey, feudal system. It will last until they betray each other - another inevitability. Then it will be left to our grandchildren or great grandchildren to start over with only the warped information left them by the cult.

I know the excuses. “I’m in the public eye.” “I’m busy.” “I don’t want my business to suffer.” “My friends would have fits.” “I’m not political.” List as many as you want. They don’t hold water. If you let these creatures succeed, and they are well on their way, your life will be what they tell you it will be…while you feed the “stakeholders” and keep the cult in the luxurious lifestyle to which they’ve become accustomed.

Conservatives, libertarians, Jeffersonian and Kennedy liberals, virtually all the same animal, MUST elect those who see the dangers we see here. Better yet, run for office.

The time of our power is fading quickly. Use your power.

Prologue

I posted this piece, as part of a series, about mid-year. Today, I saw this on X.

This is one of the false issues the cult uses to market its nonsense. I’ll be banging away on this subject and the Davos cult in coming weeks. But for now, here is the redux. Call it a primer. Listen now.

I’ve been saying there are ten major areas where we have to get our shit together in order to get through the next two decades with any kind of success. I lied. It’s 11.

The topics are Energy, Crime, Civility, Education, Maturity, Economics, Life Skills, Trades, Immigration and Water. Today, I am adding Food to the list but not for obvious reasons.

I have already hit Education, Economics and Water. I may revisit Ed. and Econ. before the series is finished. But for now, since I am thinking of it today, let’s talk about Food. This is a fairly simple topic so I may have time to bring in another topic before this episode is up.

As many of you know, a great deal of this series is based on the work of Peter Zeihan. His book, The End of the World is Just the Beginning is a must read. If you don’t read another book this year, if you haven’t cracked a book in a decade, you MUST read this one…and, well, my next book…and the one I am serializing here. But I digress.

In his book, Zeihan details his view of what the world faces as populations age out and the deglobalization that will follow in short order. The picture ain’t pretty. A common theme throughout his thesis is this. Because of our geography, relatively healthy/young-ish population and productive neighbors, the US should get through this era in fairly good shape compared to the rest of the world.

I would agree with that IF (caps, bold, italicized) we had a stable, civil population, an honest government and a true free market fully functioning today. We don’t. Today’s topic is a prime example of the weaknesses we face that could put this country needlessly into a tailspin as the world comes unglued.

When I started this series I didn’t see food as a major concern. But as I thought about it further I realized that many of the stupid things we do in the agricultural arena, if permitted to continue, will negate some or all of the advantage we should have.

Keep in mind that we still import lots of food to this country. We export too, but that is a matter of abundance in specific food sub-groups. When the existing world trade and production system begins to break down, certain foods will become rather scarce; far more scarce than they should be.

If we didn’t have an over-bloated central government, peopled by dipshits, I wouldn’t worry. But we do. They are intentionally making the production of food difficult to ward off local, potential, theoretical problems at the cost of creating HUGE, real, national problems.

Because of their restrictions on natural gas, fertilizers are extremely expensive. When framers complained about this they were told not to worry, the GOVERNMENT is going to set the new lower STANDARD for how much fertilizer you can use. Without such Maoist interference from the Nanny State, yields are already dropping across the country. The government is going to see to it they drop further, in the name of making your life better.

The fact is we should already be doing two things regarding our veggies. We should be goosing yield as quickly as possible and growing more varieties in anticipation of losing many from the international market. Even some of those will go away for a very long time since we can’t grow them here. But at least we can widen our own varieties of grain and vegetables.

Second, in order to facilitate those varieties, WE NEED TO STOP PUTTING FOOD IN OUR GAS TANKS!!! You’ve heard me talk about this before. By subsidizing ethanol much of our farmland has been plowed under for the production of corn. This makes the gas you buy more expensive, causes the cost of the abandoned produce more expensive, scorches the cylinders in your engine and decreases mileage - defeating the intended purpose of less pollution.

The political whores know all of this. But they can’t let go of the subsidy. It keeps money from farmers associations and PACs coming into their own pockets…er, uh… I mean into their campaign funds. They are intentionally damaging our food production for a pointless but lucrative exercise that helps NO ONE! So, no more food in gas tanks. Write your representatives, state and local, NOW.

I’ll have more on this when I cover Energy specifically. That will be a multi-episodic topic.

It’s not just the veggies

The DC Stalinists are actively destroying our beef and pork industries through onerous regulations. We should be swimming on beef and pork. But, as was announced by the Davos/WEF cult (present owners of most of our government), beef will be permitted as an occasional treat for the masses. Only wealthy people (them) will be able to afford it after they finish crushing the industry.

You will be permitted to eat all the bugs the plants they own can produce.

And for the record, yes, I do believe the destruction of our meat processing plants and the deaths of so many cows, pigs and chickens stinks to high heaven. For example, we were told last month the 18,000 COWS died in an explosion and fire at a dairy farm. 18,000? Did the explosion kill them? If so, how large was the tactical nuke? Did the fire kill them - and not the guy the firemen pulled out alive? If it was the fire, how long were the animals allowed to cook? That’s a lot of big animals. And last year it seemed like every month we were hearing about yet another fire at a processing plant. So there’s that.

Then there’s the fish.

I saw an ad on TV about whales and dolphins beaching themselves in great numbers. The idiotic upshot of the commercial was that the sea mammals were beaching themselves because of climate change. It’s pure propaganda. It is 180 degrees out from the truth.

Whales and dolphins are beaching themselves in huge numbers right now. But it isn’t because of climate change. It is because of the way the government and cronies are wasting your money in the oceans with worthless tinker toy ideas which they pretend will fight climate change. For months they have been sounding the east coast preparing to put wind turbines off the best beaches we have. Sea mammals caught between the sonar and the beach are running up on the beach to get away from the deafening and disorienting noise.

I’ll leave aside the uselessness and ugliness of the stupid windmills, again for when I discuss energy. Now we’ll just stick to the impact they’ll have on food.

But we don’t eat whales and dolphins. That’s true. Those poor animals are suffering pointless deaths from what will kill off our east coast fishing industry from New York to South Carolina. And they’ll continue to kill themselves when the windmills are in place.

But it will be the construction of these monstrosities that will disrupt prime fishing areas. What fish are not killed by the actually construction will move, likely into international waters. They will move because of the massive construction that will occur over many years. They will stay away, and mammals will continue to beach themselves because the windmills will impart their own sound signature in the waters for as long as they are turning. The sea life will see these areas as danger zones for about 25 years. That will be when the last of these wind pigs stops turning because NO ONE will overhaul or replace them.

So years from now, our grandchildren will point to the derelicts and ask, “Grandpa, what are those?” And you can answer, “Oh, just some useless shit the Biden Administration left for us.”

Here’s the upshot.

Picture your favorite seafood restaurant at your favorite beach resort on the east coast. I was in one last week. My sons and I, and some friends went to Carmen’s in Sea Isle. It’s a fine place and a famous landmark. The majority of the menu is local catch; whatever is in season.

Once construction starts on the useless pin wheels there will be NO meaningful fishing off the Jersey shore. What fish survive the destruction will leave. Carmen’s will have no point to continue to exist for many years, if ever again. This will be the case in town after town for 650 miles - more than that if you follow the contours of the coast.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Every person who benefits from the seafood industry, both as consumers and providers (processing, packaging, transporting, equipment suppliers, retailers and countless other ripple effect businesses that surround seafood facilities, small and large) will suffer needlessly. The industry will be destroyed on the east coast.

Food is the keystone issue.

I heard it said, I know not the author, if you have food you have lots of problems. If you don’t have food you have one problem.

Of all the pieces of our lives this series addresses, food is king. Without it, and in abundance, all other problems become pointless issues. People will start dying - needlessly. If Peter Zeihan is correct about the collapse of the Chinese economy, the demographic meltdown, the transportation disruptions and much more, food will become a dicey deal everywhere. Mathematically, I don’t see that as a BIG “if”!

Zeihan says he doesn’t see it as a major problem here for the reasons I mentioned earlier. But in the last several decades we have become masters at wasting time and resources on stupid pursuits. Or government is notorious for doing exactly the opposite of what should be done.

While ruining every sector of the economy they can, energy, labor, lending, savings and more, they are using Orwellian and Rand-ian nonsense to destroy our food supply.

If we don’t loosen the screws on natural gas NOW and allow the fertilizer industry to recover before things come unraveled then all the rest of the list we’re covering here won’t matter. If the Regime continues to trash our fisheries with the wind tinker toys, a whole sector of life on the east coast will disappear.

We can have a civil, educated, non-gender-psychotic society. If that society can’t eat it still goes in the crapper along with civility, education and gender, and the rest of the list.

All the points work together and MUST be brought into working order. NOW!

So my question is, as always, how long will YOU let this continue? Whether we speak of just the food issue, or the whole list, how long will YOU allow it to go on? Email you representatives, state and federal. Troll their social media. Badger them into action NOW - before things get desperate. By the time the first idiotic wind pig blights the eastern shore, by the time the farming sector starts to die, it WILL be too late for letters and emails. Things will get extreme and angry quickly

Here is how the BIG FOOD SCAM will work (is working).

In the Netherlands, quoting the Davos/WEF cult as the author of the bullshit, the government spoke of how THEY should tell farmers how to farm and distribute the food, based on race and social status of the recipients.

This scam was played elsewhere, for example, Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka has ceased to exist as a country as a direct result.

The take over and denial of a proper amount of fertilizer is being touted as an answer to Climate Change.

At the same time The Cult is preaching that coming food shortages will be caused by CC/GW. This is a lie, of course. We haven’t even gotten into the stage of extended growing seasons from CC/GW. If that actually happens it will still be long time before the Iberian peninsula turns into a desert. In fact, there is strong thinking that increases in CO2 will lead to the forestation of some desert areas.

The CERTAIN food disruptions will come - are already starting to come - from falling demographics and deglobalization. ANY “answer” that is created by the government/Davos Cult will be total mess. Our international food sector will operate with the quality and efficiency of a Soviet car company. That’s not EVEN a maybe. It is a mathematical certainty.

The reason Davos/WEF is pursuing this is to further control you. They see what I see. They see what Zeihan sees. And they want to cash in on it. That’s why China and Bill Gates are buying swaths of farmland in North America. They’ll game the markets, they’ll decide what is grown and the Cult will control distribution - period. Our food, our labor will be doled out to the world; the rest of the Davos domain.

The absolute result in this country will be diminished incentives to farm and produce maximum results. This will result in LESS food being created and more starvation around the world.

The free market is the answer. To defeat these Cultists, states, municipalites and farm communities need to band together and IGNORE the new EPA and Dept of Ag policies (they make ‘em up every other month) and work with the energy sector privately to establish a strong market for natural gas-supported fertilizer.

Immigration

I am about to find out who, among my readership, are liars.

We have some time. These podcasts usually run between 40 minutes to an hour. I try to give you lots to cover during your commute, run, walk or whatever you do while listening.

The government told you Obamacare would make medicine more affordable FOR EVERYONE. They said you could keep your doctor. Those are lies, factually false and intentionally so. The present puppet show called the Biden Administration repeatedly says the THEY (the administration) have created 10 million new jobs. Sometimes the say 7 million. No matter. Both are lies. We’re about 250,000 jobs above pre-Covid levels. The rest have been people returning to work after a one to two year vacation. The pathetic real growth that occurred, as was the case in the Barry O years, has occurred despite the damage done by the respective regimes.

The Regime tells you the Inflation Reduction Act was an inflation reduction act. [loud game show buzzer] OH! Another lie, thanks for playing. The crony boondoggle known as the IRA (retarded legislation, not the terrorist group) threw a few subsidies out their for some connected sectors. That is not an anti-inflationary action. It is the opposite. Paying for part of an end-user’s costs in a chosen sectors is not fighting inflation. The direct effect WILL BE more inflation.

The rest of the crony boondoggle was splashing trillions more dollars into the pockets of people who will pretend to fight climate change with the stupid machines discussed in the previous segment. They won’t work as advertised; not even close. I’ve demonstrated why before and will do so again later in this series. And the crony climate “fixers” will pocket the lion’s share of the money, your fucking money, for themselves.

So yeah, Inflation Reduction a lie too.

I’ll do one more whopper before moving on to the immigration lies.

In January of this year, son of a mobbed up Union boss, Richard Trumka, Jr. made a truth poopie. He said the Consumer Products Safety commission was considering banning gas stoves. Alarm bells went off everywhere. Brandon’s press bimbo read from her binder that there were no plans to ban gas stoves. Then New York banned natural gas (NG) stoves in any new construction or renovations.

Then Brandon’s goons banned a whole slew of new gas stoves. “But not all of them,” was their response to the charges of lying AGAIN. But they WILL eventually get rid of all gas stoves. By banning the ones most people can afford, they know they will see a massive decline in the use of the stoves as time goes by. This will lower demand on NG to an unserviceable level. When the demand sinks low enough, the valves are shut and no more gas goes to households. But they’re not banning ALL OF THEM! Don’t be silly!

I will leave aside the obtuse stupidity of the regime in not considering having multiple methods of cooking and heating in all neighborhoods when say, the lights go out for a long time. You’ll need wood stoves, natural gas, propane, electric from generators, whatever can be found and shared. And there will be many times in many places where the lights will go out for a very long time in the near future. I touched on that in a previous post Time is NOT Our Friend, and will say more on that later.

If you follow the White House Twitter feed, you will find that several times daily, they blast out another falsehood. And I’m not talking about Trump-y kinds of lies - mostly silly exaggerations. I’m talking about lies, that when believed, shift power. These daily lies, with five minutes of effort can be immediately debunked.

And you don’t have to go to FOX or Newsmax to do it. A search through AP or the New York times will usually do the trick. If you are the least aware of your world and STILL believe any of the above bullshit, you’ll buy the next one too.

So, why continue to be a sucker?

I demonstrated all those lies to ask why people believe the government on immigration.

After 2 years and more than 5 million known illegals strolling across our southern border from ALL OVER THE WORLD we continue to hear from Alejandro Mayorkas that the border “is not open.” He thinks he’s being slick with that line. Note he doesn’t say, “The border is closed.” He is stupid and elitist enough to think that YOU are stupid. You’ll think, well, it’s not open so the millions of illegals must not be the Regime’s fault. If you do, poofy Al is right. You are stupid.

Our southern border ceased to exist in all but name only in January of 2021. The only bottle neck was the theater of pretending to “process” the hordes streaming across and Title 42. The border now doesn’t even exist as a fig leaf. People hired to defend that border now serve as clerks and nursemaids to these ungrateful asylum scammers. Except for tiny holes being plugged by the Texas National Guard, there IS NO border. But Mayorkas still lies and says “the border is not open.”

Now there are people, even people reading this post right now who will defend the lie. Anyone who would do that is a liar themselves. Whether they are just lying to themselves or lying to all of us, they are still liars.

There is a very specific mistake we are making at the WORST possible time in our history. It isn’t that we are taking on immigrants. It’s that we are taking on the wrong kinds of immigrants. And no, douche, I don’t mean Hispanic when I say that.

Remember, the illegals we have violating our borders are not just from Latin American countries. They are from all over the world. They are using this route because they saw clearly that the Regime was cooperating with the cartels to import as many people and drugs as possible. We’ll get to the why later.

The hyper-bullshit now rears it’s ugly head.

Before we get to the fix, let me talk about the justification THE LIARS have used for years to let every prick looking for a pay raise cross the Rio Grand. It’s the the existing law.

I think some time this week I’ll knock over a bank or a liquor store. I have the perfect justification. The existing laws are broken. They don’t give me the things I want. So I must do as I please to get what I want. If you dare tell me I can’t or, heaven forbid, arrest me, you’re a racist. You’re backward. You don’t care about my rights.

Pro-illegal jagoffs want things too. A pay raise (illegals), cheap labor (government cronies), or blue votes (the Regime). They want these things and can’t get them under existing law. Therefore existing law is broken. Because they KNOW they don’t have the valid argument to actually change the law to allow for a border rush, they simply ignore existing law. As a bonus, the Regime kills more people with fentanyl every year than we lost in 11 years in Vietnam. Yes, the regime is actively facilitating the movement of drugs and people across our border illegally. OUR GOVERNMENT is KILLING AMERICANS - US by the trainload every week.

For the truly slow, the government is engaging in criminal activity. How much more stupid can we become before we go the way of Sri Lanka?

So, why the immigration scam?

The first answer is obvious.

We have a government that let’s people flock across the border unchecked (they simply refuse parole and are allowed to go anywhere they want) or checked (they accept parole and are given a court date years hence that they WILL NOT show up for). No one is stopped unless it’s a really slow day and they catch a few of the thousands of pieces of dogshit who are coming through with the hoards, terrorists, rapists, murderers, etc. Most of them stroll through unmolested as well.

We have a government that stands by while states allow illegals to vote. And they file suit against states that enact voter ID laws. They also keep pushing for fast track citizenship for every swinging dick that comes across.

How much more naked can it be? These are MILLONS of future democrats. I’m not saying Hispanics and Haitians and Chinese and Ukrainians are automatically Democrat. The educated ones, usually legal immigrants, are certainly NOT liberal. But of the millions flooding in, the only thing they know about America is one party gives them stuff! So they’ll vote to get more stuff. REAL immigrants are smart and mostly right wing. The illegal hoards are not. They don’t understand representative government as laid out in the Constitution. But then, neither does the average American citizen.

So, yeah. By adding an estimate 8 or 9 million KNOWN illegals to the mix WILL mean votes for the Donkey.

The second reason is a little more nuanced. It’s a shiny object to keep you from noticing boring stuff like declining crop yields, failing wind mills and solar cells, ChiComms CONTINUING to buy up America (while lining political pockets), the swing toward digital currency (in progress), the bug factory in Canada where you’ll be forced to get some of your protein through the manipulation of your digital currency, the destruction of the beef and pork industry.

When was the last news story you saw about how large wind farms effect the movement of surface winds? And oh, kill birds, lots and lots of birds - and big ones.

Finally, they are teeing up the intended racial, ethnic and economic unrest this human flood is primarily intended to foster. That will give them yet another excuse to gather more power, “because we just can’t have this unrest from the White Supremacists.” Mommy Government must take more control of the streets. Tah-Dah! The case for smart cities (high tech prisons).

The solution? Don’t participate. States and municipalities need to declare themselves the opposite of sanctuaries for illegals. No hiring of illegals. No selling homes to illegals. No renting to illegals. No Driver’s Licenses for Illegals. No school for illegals. If you want those things, go to New York or LA or Chicago, not Normalville.

This is a jam packed episode. We’ll start with some quick hits and then move to the main event. Don’t forget the smattering of important links and footnotes in the text below the audio line.

Last week I posted a quick hit on Ukraine. I used a play on words to demonstrate how tribal, narrow-minded and emotional people are on the subject. And why wouldn’t they be? On one side of the argument (those who don’t see any benefit in helping Ukraine) people keep talking about “Nazis” running the show in Ukraine. Other than people SAYING it, I see absolutely no evidence of National Socialism having a foothold in that country.

On the other side there are those who have only one default position when someone questions ANYTHING in the way of assistance from the United States. You are called a Putin lover, or some other stupid thing. This is purely the result of the emotional blackmail used by our government to justify the possibly wasteful and rampant flow of money flying to Ukraine while our border stands agape, Maui needs to be rebuilt and criminals own our streets.

It is when you straddle the issue, as I did quite consciously on 1 Oct, that the irrational tribalism emerges.

I titled the piece Skew Ukraine…! I knew most brains would fly across the word and subconsciously read Screw Ukraine or assume I made a typo and was secretly in love with the little Russian Jerkoff.

And my buddy Tom G. fell for it. I am sure he’s not the only one, but he was the first to engage in battle leading nowhere. To wit: “Actually Matt, it is a case of who’s side you are on in the Ukrainian war. There are two sides, one is defending itself and the other is invading a foreign country.

Try this, instead of Russia insert the words Soviet Union. Are you still just as comfortable with them running roughshod?”

This is the opening salvo in what typically becomes a classic circular argument on social media. While it demonstrates my point about how this whole Ukraine mess has become hopelessly propagandized, it also points to something I have often written about here. The quality of our discourse, even among “educated” people has been obliterated by technology and social media. This was the point of my hashtag #nationof12yrolds.

We need to stop swallowing everything our favorite politician, news host or Instagram knucklehead spews at us, and start looking at the world from a more mature, analytical angle. If those passionate about Ukraine hadn’t spent the lead up to the war wringing their hands, and been aware enough to shame the present Regime into quick and early action, we might not be here right now. I proudly count myself among the pathetically few voices who did criticize the foot-dragging and telegraphing of sanction plans BEFORE THE WAR STARTED.

That’s a pretty sad and empty neener-neener, but there you have it.

Anyway, I posted a video at the bottom of the text which somewhat demonstrates how strong we left Russia, post-invasion. It also speaks to the complexity of considerations we must make. How many of the people with Ukraine flags on the bumpers would be willing to pay considerably more than we are paying now for gas to see Russia properly punished for the invasion? And even THAT wouldn’t be necessary if the Regime hadn’t gutted our own energy sector. But Europe would have been devastated by it all.

I am not one who will lose a minute of sleep seeing an establishment politician sent packing. The coup in the House is exactly the caliber of action I have been calling for since 2011.

BUT!!!!!!

I have been calling for other things as well. While all very exciting, the timing and follow-through of Matt Gaetz’s actions were…let’s call them sub-optimal. First, you don’t lead a palace overthrow without a substitute head to wear the crown. Yay! The king is dead! Um…er…now what? Are you gonna…? Wait. No, not me…I thought…Oh, shit. Okay everybody, take a week off.

The fact is every institution in DC needs to be throttled vigorously! But you have to have your ducks in a row to do it. Gaetz did not. His stunt was on par with Biden letting the Russians invade Ukraine just to have a shiny object. Before you turn the House and your party upside down you need to have an immediate plan, a popular substitute standing by AND A SENATE MAJORITY, preferably a veto-proof majority.

Gaetz’s premature political ejaculation proves only one thing. Gaetz is a fairly immature and impetuous man. And the ones who went along with him (I am politically aligned with them, normally.) were just as dumb.

Do the smart work to take both houses. THEN take the big steps I outlined in my brilliant (if poorly edited) masterpiece, Street Politics: It Ain’t Your Daddy’s GOP Anymore! Available wherever brilliant masterpieces are sold.

Knee-jerk jerks

During the post-9/11 debates that gave birth to what would be the Patriot Act and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), I recall seeing a Senator, I forget who, exclaiming that Congress needed to pass something because, “we need to look like we are doing something!” This was in response to push back from the White House, not wanting to create a bureaucracy in response to a violent attack.  There was not one comment on CNN or FOX.  I never read anything later about it in any magazine.  Not even on Drudge.  This comment was made from the well of the Senate!

What a breathtakingly stupid thing to say! How much more stupid were we? We stood like idiots and watched the 535 incompetents hatch two deformities that would only be outdone by Obamacare.  Because they wanted to look like they were “doing something”.  In short order, Bush caved to the we-need-mommy-to-fix-everything fever on Capitol Hill.

First there was the Patriot Act, formally introduced in the House by Frank J. “Jim” Sensenbrenner in October of 2001.  It was a homogenization of the Uniting and Strengthening America Act, Financial Anti-Terrorism Act and a stampede of panic-button notions and whims floating around inside the Beltway after 9/11[iii].  It was a massive decision, taken in haste by people who, as usual, didn’t read the goddamn bill.  Did it really need to address the Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act? Really?

Despite Sensenbrenner’s repeated insistence to the contrary, the NSA, the Justice Department, the White House and a Department to be named later noticed that the Patriot Act mentions wiretap, tracing and the FISA court (now a rubber stamp for anyone wanting to nose around in your phone records).  They decided that it was the will of Congress that the NSA should take a vacuum cleaner to the Internet and phone records.  They would process warrants that included such specifics as - everybody that Verizon has on record.

Boy, These Guys Have ALL the Answers…Just Not the Right Ones.

Fast on the heels of the Patriot Act was the creation of the Department of Homeland Security.  Being herded like cattle through an airport, by under-qualified security guards[iv] is only the tip of the iceberg for this monstrosity.  And it is emblematic DC thinking.

In the 1970s the Israelis figured out it was a good idea to nail the cockpit door shut in commercial airliners.  Their hijacking rate dropped to nil. 

How did we deal with hijackings? Meh.

Long before subhuman religious nut bags flew planes into the Twin Towers, Tom Clancy released a book in which a Japanese pilot flies a 747 into the Capitol Building (1994).  It was quite a shocker.  But I remember thinking how easy it would be to do something like that.  I wondered then, what we were doing to prevent such a thing.  As Tom Clancy was one of the most popular authors at the time, it is a lead-pipe cinch that people in a position to know about these things also read it. 

Reaction? Zilch!

In 1995, intelligence people in the Philippines (!!!) warned us that known or suspected Al Qaeda members were taking flying lessons in the United States.  There would be several more reports of this kind of activity over the next several years.  Including flying instructors mentioning how strange it was that the religious nut bags didn’t want to learn how to take off and land; just how to maneuver in flight. 

Still, no alarm bells. 

By mid-2001 the FBI was just getting around to checking out some of the reports.  They would later say that they knew that the subhumans were taking flight lessons but figured they were just planning for conventional hijackings, not a suicide mission.[v]  (WTF?!?!)

Following the 9/11 attacks and the revelations above, did the government get serious and drill down into the existing intelligence and law-enforcement communities to route out the points of failure? Did they arrest, fire or even demote those who allowed the attack to take place through incompetence or indifference? Did they kick ass and make basic philosophical changes to the way these communities did business?

Noooo! That would have made sense.  No, what the Beltway stooges did was create a whole new, cumbersome and equally incompetent bureaucracy to heap on top of the existing dog pile.  Not only did they not correct the basic problems within the communities, they made their management and cooperation infinitely more complex.  Even the very top of the chain of command for intelligence is now a Byzantine balloon knot of overlapping responsibility.

So, why the History Lesson?

So far, the only serious candidate to speak plainly about the mind-blowing incompetence on all levels of the government is Carly Fiorina.[vi] She is also one of a handful of hopefuls who has the background to take on a large, philosophically malfunctioning loony bin that is our government and turn it into something to be proud of.  Sadly, she is a big fan of mass data sweeping.  Rand Paul has no equal in taking on the derelict DHS system and I believe he has the intelligence to be a superior President, but he needs to get real specific about his views and intentions if he is going to overcome his lack of executive experience as an image issue.

I go on a lot about how we need to shit can programs that are the darlings of the left cheek of the governing class.  But the next POTUS must be willing to kill stupid wherever it rears its head. 

Cleaning up the Patriot Act and fixing (eliminating?) DHS will be a tough fight.  It is popular with both the military hawks and left wing statists.  That alone proves me right on its overall worthlessness.  But you will need the support of the public to deal with these pigs.  Right now, all a commentator has to say is, “Well, what if we get attacked again? Then where will we be?” The public is presently convinced that DHS has been effective.

Please note that all or nearly all the terrorism busts have come from tips.  These tips were from foreign countries or regular civilians who saw or heard something.  The data sweeps have not produced one bust.  The shoe bomber, the underwear bomber, the printer cartridge bombs all made it onto airplanes. 

A fat, religious, nut bag on staff at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, communicating with known terrorists, was transferred to Ft.  Hood where he killed 31 people shouting “Allahu Akbar”. 

In fact, Nidal Hassan was a major in the U. S.  Army.  He was responsible for the psychological well-being of American soldiers.  And no one twigged to the fact that he was in communications with known terrorists.  (They watched him doing it.) This, even after he would inject stupid, religious, anti-American rants into what were supposed to be meetings about military medicine. 

Good job, NSA! Good job all you guys who worked with Hassan! Our special thanks go to his superiors for their timely action! You guys really know what to do.  Like the national security posters say: If you see something, keep your mouth shut or you might offend a fat, religious nut bag.

Since 9/11 people have confused the terms security and safety.  One of the few legitimate functions of the central government is to provide for the national security.  They cannot provide for your safety.  There isn’t enough government for that.  So if you are walking through a mall or boarding a plane thinking that the DHS is on the job and has your back, think again. 

In the first paragraph, under the heading quoted at the beginning of this chapter, the NSA says: “Our value is founded on a unique and deep understanding of risks, vulnerabilities, mitigations, and threats.  Domestic Surveillance plays a vital role in our national security by using advanced data mining systems to ‘connect the dots’ to identify suspicious patterns.” Well, the NSA, the CIA and the FBI had pretty good stuff before 9/11.  The NSA is always decades ahead of the rest of us in terms of technology.  But they couldn’t connect the dots between a very realistic and popular story line and years of low-tech tips about terrorists right here in the US.  They blew it then and they aren’t much better at it now.

Don’t get me wrong.  If something were to happen, say a bomber using what looks like a box of Cap’n Crunch and a FitBit as a triggering device, blew up a comic book convention and you got whacked, you can rest assured the NSA would then collect all the data ATT had available on the guy.  DHS would then make new policies to look for shooters or bombers that fit your killer’s profile.  We’d never see another box of cereal or an electronic wristband on an airliner or in a mall again! So there!

But since we’ll not likely get a match on that again, the NSA and DHS will be left to react to the next killing – after the fact.  But hey, be thankful there is a whole cabinet level department devoted to following up on one killing after another.

It is possible that, some day, a weird phone conversation will be picked up at precisely the right moment and a major, professional terrorist plot will be foiled.  But you can’t build a strategy on that.  And such odds are not a valid reason to dig into the personal lives of every citizen.

Whether you are a private citizen or an aspirant to higher office, you have to look this stuff hard in the face.  The DHS was an elaborate and expensive piece of theater designed to make you think the politicians were at the switch after 9/11, even though they weren’t there one second before.  Its creation has also added deleterious red tape to the already over-bloated law enforcement and intelligence communities.

One of the keys to good intelligence collection and analysis is knowing what you don’t need as well as what you do need.  Too much information muddies the process.  Massive NSA data sweeps have one, and only one, purpose.  To collect and store as much information as is humanly possible on everyone for future use.  It will be used to either find interesting facts about killers after they have killed, or for powerful politicians to destroy you and/or your character if you make life inconvenient for them.  There is no other use for it all.  In order for collected data to be timely and actionable it would have to be much more discreet and come in much smaller, focused packages. 

So my challenge to candidates and handlers is to talk to experts in the field.  Avoid government lackeys.  Honest experts can verify what I am saying.  Continue your elementary school civics lesson, teaching people the value privacy holds for them.  Teach them the potential costs of losing that privacy.

DHS as a Totalitarian Tool 

We can go a step further.  Why does the DHS have urban assault vehicles and billions of round of ammunition? All types of ammunition? In the event of war, agents from the DHS are not going to be loaded onto C-17s and sent to the front.

How might history answer this question for us?

Well, in the early 1930s, FDR was busy prolonging the Great Depression by making lots of busy work programs along with other statist policies to grow the size of the federal government.  One of the programs was the Civil Conservation Corps (CCC).  This was a national organization of (mostly) men, formed into military-style organizations and shipped hither and yon to build dining halls and walking paths through our national parks.  It oozed national pride and propaganda.  If you visit the Gulf Islands National Seashore (National Park) in Ocean Springs, Mississippi, you can walk on the remnants of one of these paths.  At the turn-around, you’ll see a faded photograph of the CCC on display.  It is a picture of morning muster.  The men are formed up, in uniform, in platoon-sized groups.

For Ma and Pa Kettle, the explanation for having a CCC was that men needed work and the national parks needed roads and paths, so we created the CCC.  But that was not the main reason for its inception.

After the Treaty of Versailles was signed in 1919, French general, Marshall Ferdinand Foch echoed the misgivings of many when he said the treaty didn’t bring peace but “an armistice of 20 years…no more than a 20 year truce. ”

Everyone, with the possible exception of Woodrow Wilson, knew that another major clash of nations was an absolute.  And most countries went about preparing for it.  By Roosevelt’s lights, as it was with German thinkers, the upcoming war was going to be a war of mobility and supply.  How the hell does one train for that? Simple.  Do it.  The CCC did create some lovely fixtures for us to gawk at to this day.  But they were the training ground of future strategists and logisticians.  That was the primary mission; to learn how to organize, feed, house and move hundreds of thousands of men and their equipment for large-scale endeavors.  The CCC was an experiment in wartime logistics, and a very good one.

But again, the DHS is not going to fight a foreign war.  What are they training and equipping for? I’ll ask again; why does the DHS have urban assault vehicles and billions of rounds of ammunition? Why is the NSA collecting EVERYONE’S communications data? What battles, er uh, contingencies are they modeling? And, cui bono (who benefits)? What can the governing class do with such instruments? Render itself invulnerable? To whom?

If you are going to shrink the size and reach of government and yet you allow this kind of intrusion into our personal lives and this kind of contempt for citizens, you are full of shi’ite.

Still being fascinated.

I am still reading The Mysterious Case of Rudolf Diesel by Douglas Brunt (first mentioned here). I usually have two or three books open at any one time. And I wanted to finish the next in a WWII series of novels I was engrossed in. I did. Now I have the time to dedicate my morning reading to Brunt.

I can tell you most confidently, it is a worthwhile read. The complex threads Brunt weaves into the story are having a duel effect. As I said before, the long-standing power connection between government and cronies (that’s called fascism), that drove corruption then, is still as prevalent, or more so, today. More on this in a bit.

But it is also an excellent history lesson about things large and small. And it demonstrates how the small things (Diesle’s love of art and conflicting views of militarism, for example) give color and life to the large.

I’m about half way through the book. Perhaps I’ll do a proper review when I finish. I should probably do one on the After Dunkirk series as well. It’s an interesting historical fiction loaded with little factoids we never knew or have long forgotten in the sea of low-rent TV documentaries that are so popular these days.

Mea Culpa

I was wrong. Take a screen shot. It doesn’t happen often.

I told you that the pathetic wretches Gavin Newsome had scraped from the streets of San Francisco for Xi Jinping’s visit would be back within a few months. That was other than correct. It took about a week.

Newsome, his nose still brown from his previous visit to his comrades in the CCP, held a news conference during the great disinfection of San Francisco’s streets. When asked the obvious question about the stunt, he was most firm. No, he insisted, these streets are now safe! And this is only the first step. We are going to make all California’s streets look like this.

You bet.

Predictably, it did turn out to be just another opportunity for Newsome to snuffle like a piglet between Richochet Rabbit’s butt cheeks again.

And this is the guy most likely to replace Biden when Old Joe steps aside after the convention. Remember this. Think about what a shit stain California has become in the last few years. As president, Glamorous Gavin will not only allow the entire country to become California, he is determined to make it happen. It will be intentional.

A quick question:

Where, IN THEEE HELL, did the boney, confused, old puppet come up with $200 million for Ukraine last week? Did the Federal Reserve issue him a personal check book? Chew on that and hit me in the comments. It should prove a lively discussion about who would be allowed, in a REAL constitutional republic, to spend money.

Yes, by that phraseology, I am implying we are no longer a real republic. We haven’t been at least since LBJ, possibly since FDR. The United States of America, as identified in the Constitution no longer exists. Do we have enough patriots in this country to revive it?

Is there an insult which would go low enough to label congressional Democrats?

I really like British and Australian comedians. They have real moxie. They frequently refer to weak, ignorant losers as “cunts”. It sounds funny as hell when they do that. Surely, this week, watching events unfold, they’d refer to House Democrats as cunts. And they’d be right to do so.

I would never do that. I never employ such language. But comedians loyal to King Chuckie might.

As of this writing the crackhead has flaunted the congressional subpoena in a remarkably stupid way. He stood in front of the building he was supposed to walk into to give testimony.

Strictly speaking, if you don’t show for a subpoena, you best have a damn good reason why you cannot PHYSICALLY be present. But the crackhead was physically THERE! And he used the opportunity to insult the entity that issued the subpoena. Pretty damn stupid.

Naturally, the House Dems circled the wagons to protect the crackhead. The cunts (oops, sorry) complained this initial appearance by the crackhead was supposed to be a closed-door event. That somehow invalidates the exercise.

Well, for all four years of the previous administration, in support of charges devoid of the least validity, the very same Dems held countless initial closed-door hearings with subjects. Most of the proceedings were held in secret. But now they bitch.

How long will you let these creatures represent you?

John Kerry spews cringe-worthy truth from his blue-blood blowhole.

When the cult gathers in Davos every year they spout the most egregious affronts to individual rights and decency. They capture themselves on tape doing so. Then when called out on it, they deny saying such things in interviews. Ignorant drones on social media, welded to their tribe in blind loyalty, call quoting the Davos cult “conspiracy theories”.

All this is led by their cult leader, a ridiculous German who likes to dress like a Klingon, Klaus Schwab. He is the Jim Jones of the wealthy, power-hungry, private jet crowd. These rich geeks think the lyrics to If I Were a Rich Man are an example of valid philosophy rather than the simple-minded cynicism they were intended to convey. “When you’re rich they think you really know…”. This collection of wealthy wingnuts have convinced themselves that since they built computer businesses, or designed better mouse traps, they have been endowed with a mystical knowledge of EVERYTHING. They conclude thereby, that they should be the masters of all life on the planet.

Don’t get me wrong. At least some of them realize the nonsense about Global Warming and the population crisis, etc., that they make up, is truly bullshit. Some don’t. But they all know the manufactured problems they claim to combat should be their ticket to untrammeled power.

Their greatest advantage is that the stupid, true believers are working at all levels of all Western governments. These are both professional politicians, who have never put their hand to real work and career bureaucrats, most of whom owe their existence to busy work, mini-empire building and spinning the wheels of bureaucracy to create the illusion of activity.

It is through these drones that the cult is gaining traction for their ideas and ambitions. And what are these ambitions? One way to find out is to browse this Substack. I have taken on the Davos/WEF cult frequently over the last few years. The buttons lead to examples here and at the Revolt.

The cult’s immediate priorities.

It is through listening to John Kerry in a recent interview with France 24 we see the immediate plans of the Klingon worshipers. They have decided in the near term to go after your food supply to control population growth. Naturally, Kerry uses global warming as his casis belli.

Let’s dip in, shall we?

Idiotic point #1: Population

“This has already stretched food and energy needs and supplies. UN projections say the figure will balloon to 9.7 billion in the middle of the century.”

Kerry is concerned. "I don't think it's sustainable personally".

Why is this such an idiotic point?

Well, first, right out of the gate the article mentions food and energy. The assertion is that there won’t be enough to feed everyone.

Until recently, despite piss-poor planning and the glorification of urbanization, the United States had a pretty damn good agricultural sector. We, along with Ukraine were among the countries that fed the entire world. But now, as Kerry expresses his worry about feeding all those new humans, he’s doing his best to make it impossible.

And while he is saying this, his cult, the WEF, is convincing their drones in government to eviscerate the farming sector with propaganda about climate change causing GW/CC and the need to cut back on fertilizers. If we are going to have more people on the big blue marble, we need more food, not less.

The cult knows this. That’s WHY they are attacking the farming industry. They want it to fail. They need it to fail. It must shrink and become unstable so they can buy it and control it.

The Chinese know this too. They are in bed with the Klingon and buying up huge swathes of farmland in America. Bill Gates is doing the same thing. He’ll tell you it is because he cares. That has nothing to do with it. It’s all about how many calories will be made available to you in their Retarded New World and who will sell them to you.

I said I’d get back the the Diesel book earlier. Here’s the parallel. Bill Gates and the Chinese and the rest of the Davos/WEF cult care about you in the way that John D. Rockefeller cared about people in his day. He didn’t. He set out to corner markets for every single thing he sold. In the process he found more things to sell and monopolize again. THAT is the thinking that drives the Davos cult.

They intend to do it all by breaking modern agriculture first.

Sri Lanka as a cautionary tale.

Let me wax tangential for just a minute or two. When the Davos/ WEF cult announced their plan to use Sri Lanka as their test bed for farming, to prove they know better than framers how to grow food, their drones across the globe applauded. The project was a propaganda bonanza.

At the time, Sri Lanka was a tiny country with a dense population. It relied on exporting an annual surplus of food for income.

The Kilngon’s minions convinced or cajoled or bribed the Sri Lankan government to immediately halt imports of real fertilizer. Farmers were told to use natural compost.

The first year yields were in the toilet, of course. Only a hopeless idiot would expect otherwise. By the second year the population was broke and starving.

Instead of seeing the failure for what it was, cult drones in the media blamed the RESULTING shortage of cash for being the ORIGINAL problem that led to the crash of the Sri Lankan economy. This is revisionist history, written within a year of the failed green scam. The propagandists said it couldn’t have been farming methods. Established “organic” growers had yields as good or better than the regular farmers during this inhumane experiment. AND “organic” farmers even got a premium for their tea!

Some of you see where this is going. But some don’t.

The first clue you can glean that this is propaganda is that organic farmers always charge more for their product. It is labor-intensive and low yield operation in the best of times. It doesn’t provide any additional nutritional value over real farming. AND they have a captive clientele who will pay more so they can impress other idiots that they only buy “organic”.

So, when Davos and the Sri Lankan government trashed the nation’s farming sector, organic farm yields didn’t COME UP to compete with real farming. Real farms failed to the point of yielding what the little “organic” farms could yield, which is not enough to sustain Sri Lanka as an agricultural exporter.

So no, asshats. It wasn’t a shortage of money and credit that destroyed an agricultural success story. It was a hair brain, cult scheme that destroyed Sri Lanka’s farming, CAUSING A LOSS OF CASH AND CREDIT! If anyone tells you different, and they are trying, it’s a lie.

And through the manipulation of fertilizer guidelines in the US, along with restricting the use of natural gas in the process, the Davos drones in our government, backed by the Davos kingpins working to corner markets for their own benefit, are doing to our Ag sector what they did to Sri Lanka’s. Okay, let’s take a break.

I don’t know about you, but I need a couple minutes of happy, happy, joy, joy. And we have that right now. The holidays are here. The time of year between Thanksgiving and Christmas is my favorite time of year. I hope that’s true for you, too.

Please, as you celebrate this year, don’t get caught up in the hype. The gifts are fun, but they are not that important. Take pictures, but don’t be like me, getting so focused on taking photos that you lose the actual experience of the moments. See EVERYTHING around you. Your kid’s giddy smiles, your granddaughters hair, the neighbors crazy over-the-top decorations, the quiet time before going to bed. Take mental snapshots of your family and friends. Inhale it all deeply. Immerse yourself in it.

This is the point in the podcast when I would talk about our main support, Po River. And I will put some pics and links in the text. But I can no longer guarantee arrival by Christmas for the designs I have made offsite, mostly mugs, clothes and ornaments. There is a fair chance it will, but I can’t promise. Even my in-house stuff will be a tight squeeze.

But whether you do order something or not, I am hoping you are looking forward to the next few weeks.

I realize some people reading this don’t get too amped about the holidays. You don’t have family or you don’t like crowds. Social obligations give you anxiety. For you, I’ll suggest that you go through this time and just be you. Don’t interact in a way you think people expect you to. Seek joy your way. Smile at strangers and say hello. See how many smile back. Wish everyone well and be grateful for the ones who reciprocate.

And my challenge to everyone is to look out for those you know are alone for the holidays. Seek them out. You know who they are. Invite them to talk about things they care about. Make them smile. Take a mental snapshot of that. Be grateful for the joy you’ll feel at seeing them happy or grateful.

The two-stroke reciprocating engine of love is never so valuable or evident, or as easy to operate, as it is during the holidays. Use it.

Along with their patented GMO veggies and taters, the cult wants to sell you their fake meat. They claim this will fight global warming. But fake meat plants will emit more pollution and “greenhouse gasses” per pound than real beef, pork or chicken. The cult and their bankers (BlackRock, Vanguard) own the fake meat industry and the bugs-for-food industry. They know their shit won’t be nearly as satisfying as the real thing. They know they won’t reduce pollution by a single cubic liter. So they need to destroy the real thing. They’ll reduce it down to a level of production and raise the price point so that only they can enjoy it.

In other words, John Kerry, et al, are not the least concerned about feeding the masses. They are concerned with controlling the markets and selling you everything you will be permitted to eat.

If these power monkeys were as smart as they pretend to be (they’re not) they’d have been striving since their inception to EXPAND the farming sector, possibly improving the chemicals used in fertilizer to make them even safer. They would have been touting the benefits of lots of REAL, HEALTHY food production. They’d have encouraged the training young people how to become successful farmer themselves. But they didn’t.

If these power monkeys were smart enough to run everything (they’re not), they’d have seen decades ago that we were reaching our demographic/productive peak. Which we did in 2019. They’d have encouraged us to decentralize, reduce urbanization and not try to rely on tech to save us. But they didn’t.

The fact is, the cult and their government drones DON’T know what is good for you. They only know what they want to do to you. Climate alarmism, what I referred here to as a new religion, isn’t real. It’s a tool, a magician’s misdirection. These people are using an Orson Wells flimflam to spread panic and get you to fall into line with the rest of the drones.

Crap! I am several minutes into this segment and I’ve only scratched the surface of the bullshit in ONE article. See? That’s how prolific is the manure spread by these charlatans.

What else did the BS article say?

This kind of talk gets funnier and funnier every goddamn time I see it!

These people don’t know how to achieve anything like what is touted in the quote. They just don’t. They make it up out of whole cloth. First the make up the problem, GW/CC. Then they make up fake figures to fight the fake problem. They tell us that if we cut X amount of carbon or carbon dioxide from the atmosphere, we’ll throttle the global temperature by X amount.

They don’t know that! They have no idea the effect. The West has made radical reductions in all kinds of pollutants, including CO2 since 1970, radical reductions! And yet we are told that had no effect. So how can more reductions result in in an exact temperature reduction? 1.5 degrees! Kiss my ass, liars.

And, as I’ve said on this Substack before, they claim to know how to control global temperatures to within a degree (they can’t). But not a single one of these schemers and charlatans can tell you the optimum temperature of the earth. Are we moving toward it or away from it? None can explain the greening that is occurring around the Sahara desert.

In this light the article goes on to repeat the old GW/CC scam line. “Cattle rearing for human consumption, food waste and deforestation further contribute to warming, which in turn is responsible for droughts, flooding and extreme weather conditions.”

What an amazing substance the devil gas, CO2 is. Like it’s partner methane, as designated by the Cult to find new villains, it can cause floods AND drought! And of course, it causes all manner of imaginary “extreme weather conditions.” When asked to catalog those conditions, the drones and cultists just get mad at you.

Continuing the point from the previous week about Rockefeller compared to the modern monopolists, these guys are playing you. They are using a long-game con to acquire total control of governments and economies for their own gain. And that of their progeny. They truly wish to go down in history as the creators of a new feudal system in which you will be the serf providing these modern lords with luxuries while you eat the bugs and fake meat they require you to eat.

Another way to look at it might be a global company town. They monopolize the output, you get subsistence, nothing more. Anything you do buy; food, clothes, furniture, comes from their stores ONLY.

You will be warehoused in their “smart cities”, mentioned here among many other places. You will be monitored, controlled and obedient.
