hello and welcome Dov. How are you today? 

Dov: thanks for having me.

Anke: Well, thanks for coming. And let's just dive straight in, share with people where you're based and what's your business. What do you do?

Dov: So, I'm originally from New York, a little city on the East coast, United States. It's called Brooklyn, New York.

And, currently I live in Israel. So, which is, probably about the, all about the same size as New York city, maybe even fewer people. And, let's see. I mean, I came here to study in 1898 for six months. Ended up staying a couple of years. Got married here and I've been here since then, of course, with some trips to visit.

And, but most of, most of my businesses outside of the country, I spent a number of years running around here, building up something of a client base. I had a CEO, a peer advisory group for awhile with CEOs of companies doing between 10 and 150, $200 million in sales. But at some point I realized that, having not really grown up here and not being really, you know, you can go through the army.

I'd always be to some degree, an outsider at least. I mean, I didn't know that that was the, and that plus the fact that I came to realize that there are a lot of people who, like, I was good at what they do. Good consultants, experts struggled to turn that into a consistent flow of clients. And I realized that I felt like that was my calling.

So after I'd spent number of years struggling and I started to figure things out, I did figure things out. and there's always more to figure out. So, I mean to say I figured it all out, but, but I figured out a lot more than most people, who are not the charismatic guru celebrity type, but have a lot to offer and are looking to get ideal clients.

And I shifted my focus overseas to, to human, to reach other consultants, coaches, small business owners, small firm owners, and help them ...

[00:01:39] Rennie: [00:01:39] You know, some people would say, Oh, you're born in Los Angeles. You're still there. You haven't gone very far in your life and they're right. Well,

[00:01:49] Isn't it? So, so yeah. What's your business? What do you do?

[00:01:53]Rennie: [00:01:53] I, the short hand is we raise philanthropists. We work with, coaches, authors, speakers, trainers, primarily heart-centered business people who. Have not learned how to handle money effectively, just like 90% of the population hasn't. Yeah. And, they, they ha contribute to what touches their heart.

[00:02:18] And so we show them how to handle money effectively, make investments create a passive income, and it doesn't matter if it's in their business or outside their business, but that way. When their finances are secure and they've got additional funds flowing in, they can now donate money or their time to the causes that touch their heart.

My first career came about with a Master’s Degree and 25 years of counseling experience. That actually gave me a fabulous foundation to understand the inner working of the mind, motivation, behavior, and those crazy unconscious parts that hold us back.

But it did NOTHING to prepare me to run a business or make a bunch of money! Not at all.

That has come through grit and grace! Being committed to do whatever it takes to learn and grow. Finding mentors who will shine lights on the places I can’t see. Being in focused action, and a fierce and firm decision to follow this path and never, ever give up on my dream.

And the journey has given me a special place in my heart who are good at what they do, but don’t know how to get their message out in the world, and certainly don’t know how to own the value they provide. 

I blend mindset, intuition and energy tools to help mission-driven women make more money doing what they love. (Plus some kickass “Mama-bear” love!)”
