This week, Whit is saying "CARBONARA" (huh???) to pasta, bread and other white carbs, even though her dietician specifically advised against it! She's forging her own path and making her own choices and cutting out food groups left and right. Whit decides to put herself to the ultimate challenge - to go out for Italian food with her friends, Babs and Glenn and allow them to order all of her favorite foods so that she can "look the carbs in the face" and say "don't call me, I'll call you." But will Whit make it on no carbs once the cravings kick in? Will she find foods that make her feel energized or will she stick to her old favorites that make her feel sluggish?
