The devil has ways that are so subtle that we can become convinced whatever it is that has happened good in our life it was of our own doing and whatever happens bad in our life it was our own doing. It is true that what we see around us is the result of the choices that we have made, however, we must take the time to understand what are the influencers of our decisions. Despite all of the things that could be listed as influencing agents, the reality is that there are only two, good or evil.

It is not an inconvenience to have to change your plans to meet the needs of your family.  When we give our time to meet the needs of another we are making an investment in that person.  The action of giving your time may not seem as glamorous as a shiny, new gift but it has the ability to have a lasting impact that is felt for generations, even, centuries.

Where does your faith lie?  Is it in the things that you can see?  Is it in the things that you are familiar with?

It is difficult to drive a car forward while always looking in the rearview mirror.  Your destination will not be in sight.  You will not be able to tell what is on either side of you.

What is the real you like?  Is it the person we think we are? Is it the person others think we are?

Drinking coffee from the saucer used to be the most enjoyable way to drink it.  This would allow the opportunity for the coffee to cool and prevent a burn.  The coffee in the saucer was usually a result of the cup running over.

Can you give too much love?  Can you get too much love?  There are so many ways for us to view these questions that it might be more than we can resolve in a few words.

Righteousness is translated in its’ most simple form as meaning ‘right clothing’.  The righteousness that many of us seek in God still deals with the same issue.  We should be clothing ourselves in the right clothes before God, spiritually.

None of us are perfect, yet we can strive each day to be better than we were the day before. Salvation is a gift that has no cost associated with it other than to believe that Jesus is Lord. Paul exhorts us to work out our salvation daily in the book of Philippians.
