Path To Purpose

Have you ever done EMDR?  Do you know or have you experienced compound grief? Grief is a natural response to loss.  In this espisode we explore grief in its many faucets and how I was trying to work through mine and what my mind was trying to 'say' while I was wanting to process and the name Edna bublbled to the top of my mind, lol as my new name for my inner critic.  We talk about preoceesing grief in relation to a process addiction.  Within this episode I mention the wonderful Karen Druckers book; Let go of the Shore and read from pg. 12.  Her book is fabulous!  I also mention "The Untethered Soul" and read from pgs. 93-94.  Write to us at [email protected] and find our luxury vegan sneakers www.wholeheartedbrand.com and our Insta: @wholeheartedsneakers
