Hello everyone,

As You see I am in South Jersey spending time with my dear sister Linda. We had a nice meal of quinoa with parsley from her garden, scallions and seasonings, as well as homemade hummus. We talked about the Arc of the Covenant and watched funny Kristin Wig clips; we have quite a range.

It is Tom Verlaine’s seventy-fifth birthday and he is much on my mind. His Marquee Moon is almost full and I can’t help think of him on some beats celestial journey.

I accidentally left my little speech on the podium during the book fair but someone caught the tail end so I’m posting it for you. Right now my editor Betsy Lerner is speaking of her new book Shred Sisters, then I have another duty. Meantime I took a walk and got a few palm tree shots.

Oh, last night I did bump into a couple of celebrated figures. I will include them. Now I have to get prepared for my next task. Sending good wishes to all….

Just stopping by to say how much I appreciated your well wishes yesterday. I am going to have dinner with Lenny, Jesse and Alec, so I only have a few minutes. On a completely unrelated note I looked at my pictures to see what I was doing on today’s date through the years and found two nice pictures by Steven Sebring. We were visiting William Blakes’s grave. I took some Polaroids as well. Well, I have to go. Have a good evening, be back soon. Bye…..

Hello everybody,

I was doing so many things at the same time that I accidentally neglected to send this post. So here it is. Just a lot of this and that. And I remembered the third big event for 2025. My new book will be published. Feels like a miracle.

Below is a shot of Betsy Lerner’s new book. And a harried shot of me racing toward my deadline, heating coffee and plowing away. Taken in my kitchen by my great friend the Artist Steven Sebring.
