The world’s outsourcing is shifting to the Philippines, and there is a good reason for it. John Jonas, the Founder and CEO of OnlineJobs.ph, found that reason to be powerful as soon as he got his first Filipino employee. Aiming to share that experience with other entrepreneurs, as well as create many new jobs for Filipinos, he built his business to become the largest website for finding Filipino virtual workers, with over a million Filipino resumes and hundreds of thousands of employers from around the world using it. With the greater bulk of his work being outsourced, he now works for only 17 hours a week, doing only the most essential things for his business.
