Paul Sullivan is the founder of The Company of Dads, the first platform and community for Lead Dads—men who are primary caregivers, support their partner’s careers, and champion working moms and caregivers. A longtime New York Times columnist, Paul became a Lead Dad in 2013 and launched the platform in 2022 after realizing the lack of support for fathers like him. Through newsletters, podcasts, events, and corporate training, The Company of Dads empowers families and reshapes workplace culture around caregiving. Paul is also co-host of The Work-Life Equation podcast and author of two books: Clutch and The Thin Green Line. His journalism has appeared in The Times, Golf Magazine, Fortune, and Food & Wine. He lives in Connecticut with his wife, their three daughters, and three dogs—and is a passionate golfer in his spare time.
