  • Art In All Actuality
I always get excited when I get artists and creatives on my podcast. Anyone can proclaim yourself an artist, but I think the art is nothing without the artist himself/herself. In this episode, Annie talks about her fashion, style and art journey. With changes in her life, her art also follows. Tune and hear her story!

  • "I'm Fine."
Hey Ponderers! Hopefully you haven't forgotten me yet! These past weeks have been a lot of changes but also a lot of growing. Recently I've realized how most of my life has been living up to expectations and making my loved ones proud. Although it isn't necessarily bad because its helped me get out of my comfort zone, accomplish great things and brought me new opportunities, it has been a lot of pressure and I barely have time to do what I want to do. Once adulting hit, I got more responsibilities added to my plate, I found myself exhausted and not motivated. I felt stuck. It brought me under a cloud. But with how I grew up, my situation, it's not easy to drop everything and deep in my heart I know God put me in this position to prepare me for a great future, but it is also up to me whether I want to continue and learn how to balance everything. In this episode I talk about how I got over these negative thoughts and my reflection thoughts. Work with what you have and make your life you own. Life can make make things you've always wanted to do harder to obtain, but it doesn't mean it's impossible. Everything is a process, it takes time and it is a journey. Don't bottle in your feelings and it's okay to not be strong all the time.

  • Vulnerability
How vulnerable are you? Do you think it is necessarily good or bad to be? There are many instances that have us feeling vulnerable to the world. It is an uneasy feeling to have but it can also bring out the strengths in us. Vulnerable situations are inevitable and cause us to feel weak. But what are you going to do about it? How can you turn fear into triumph. Join Nicole and I as we tie this topic with our personal experiences with sexual assault and harassment. You are not alone.

Hello Ponderers! The episodes really keep getting better. Do you find yourself fully living or just surviving? Are your circumstances getting in the way of reaching full happiness? In Garrett Taira's case dealing with Chronic Intestinal Pseudo Obstruction, he definitely does not let it stop him and approaches life with optimism, hope, excitement and drive.  Despite the challenges, he has stayed positive, has the most warming smile and has used his gifts in acting, dancing and speaking in front of audiences and on Youtube. Although it has taken a big toll in his life, he has never let it define him.
